I am filling this feedback out on behalf of my husband who had made the booking. We had made the booking for my husbands 40th birthday and whilst we enjoyed the stay. There was a few things that could have been better l, firstly we did not have a good nights sleep, the room above us was clearly having a late night party and whilst I understand noisey neighbours is perhaps a risk you take when staying in a hotel, this impacted our children and the next day for us all. As we were all very tired from being woken up several times in the night. The other thing that was disappointing was the pool temperature, although staff at the pool said it was what it should be it felt very cold so much so my 5 years old son didn’t want to get back in it after being out for a short period of time. The pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel so the children had an activity to do within the hotel so that was disappointing. Lastly I ordered room service on one occasions, originally the staff member has said it would only remake 15-20 mins but it ended up taking closer to 50 mins which again was disappointing. This stay was for my husbands 40th birthday so was supposed to be special.
