Sentralt plassert hotell med gangavstand til mye. Basseng ganske lite, men ok takterrasse. Kan bli litt vel folksom utover dagen når det er veldig varmt. Fin størrelse på rom og det er et lite kjøleskap på rommet. Hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Kan fint bo der igjen.

Very convenient location to walk everywhere and the staff were very helpful. Parking was full when we arrived but they directed us to another lot. The rooftop was nice to relax on after a day out.

God og central beliggenhed, men Spa afdelingen var lukket for ombygning og rooftop poolen på var meget meget lille - det var mere et soppebassin ikke en pool. Indretningen af værelset var basic og der var glas vindue i bruserummet ind til værelset så man kan se den der er i bad.

Hotel moderno y confortable. La habitación grande y dotada de toda comodidad. La limpieza impecable y el desayuno a buffet muy variado. El personal es disponibile y gentil. El hotel también dispone de Spa, lo que le suma un atractivo. Todo positivo, incluso la posición, a unos pocos metros de la catedral. Lo aconsejo vivamente!

This hotel is situated in a very nice centric location. The lobby is very modern, the breakfast was really nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and light up in a very nice manner. The staff was a delight!!! Outstanding job!! The only opportunity we found was the smell that some times came out of the drainage. Specially from the WC room. Also, if you have a car, parking is conveniently located at the hotel, however, you may want to call ahead and verify the size of your vehicle as they use a special elevator for limited sized vehicles.

A good basic room and convenient location for 2 nights in Granada. Our room was clean but smelled of mild cigarette smoke. Reception was friendly and provided easy check in/out. For this type of the hotel, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food options. The people that work during breakfast do an exceptional job.

A very modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada centre. Very clean and housekeeping gave a good prompt service. Staff at reception excellent and always willing to help. We did have any food at the hotel so unable to comment.

Great location close to most of the popular sites. Still quiet area to be able to sleep at night. Walkable to dining, shopping, sightseeing. Room was clean. I liked the medium firm bed, was perfect for me. I walked to the hotel from the train station and liked that i didn’t have to climb any stairs to get to the hotel. Shower had good water pressure. I walked up couple blocks and had breakfast and dinner at the international diner. Another block up is a McDonald’s to charge your phone on the table midday.

Great location for walking to Albecin, Alhambra and commercial centre. The hotel is very clean and efficient. Beds comfortable but the room was quite small , there’s a lot of street noise and a thin opaque glass door to the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy

Hotel in a good location, easy to find after a good guidance from the Hotel (necessary due to closed roads). Nice room and comfortable beds, but the room was hot and the aircondition did not work very well. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noice from outside. There were two sets of earplugs in the room, so this has obviously been an issue earlier. Breakfast was excellent.

Great position on main road. Close to Cathedral and markets. Reception service was excellent Wifi was intermittent- very frustrating- sometimes it worked and then went off. Didn’t matter where in the room I was, it kept turning off after a couple of minutes of logging on. However wifi worked brilliantly in reception area and breakfast room That’s the only complaint I would have - otherwise good hotel to stay in

We did not like the staff member's attitude who checked us in. Elena could not look us in the eye and kept her focus on the computer screen. The male member of staff at breakfast was unhelpful, unfriendly and downright rude when my wife complained about being offered a dirty table.

We had the best check in experience with Jose Ramon. He gave us a map and thoroughly provided us ideas of what to do and where to go. Booked our taxi to the airport for the next day. Super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel facility is very convenient to walk everywhere. It’s like a swedish style decor like IKEA, but very clean and simple. We felt like we were staying a relatives house. We used the rooftop pool for an hour too where they gave us drinks. Loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Check in was rude. Staff all cold. Asked for non smoking room and was placed directly beside the outdoor smoking lounge. Tried calling the front desk 2x and never answered. Bathroom sewage smell bad and it also smelled same in hallway along with residual smoke. The worst though was the hardest bed and most uncomfortable pillow ever. On a positive note - the breakfast that was included was decent buffet. The location is amazing too. Looks so good online but not in person. Overpriced by a mile for what’s offered. Would never recommend to anyone.

The property was excellent but the build itself is nothing without the personnel working on it, they were very friendly since the first moment, they took care of our car, I would like to make special mention to Rafael (Rafa) who was our guide since the first sight, he recommended tours, restaurants, point of interest, he is one kind of the employee that any company would like to have and keep for ever. Great location, centrally located and walkable to everything we needed and wanted to see or visit. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel in the almost center of Granada. There are plenty of restaurants, souvenirs, coffee, breakfast and of course tapa places. The hotel is very nice. Paolo was extremely nice at the front desk. Afternoon guy was as well. If I’m ever back across the world, I will stay here again.

Arrived for a 2pm check in having travelled a long way to Granada. Was met by guy in reception who said room wasnt ready and to go away and have rome food and comeback later. I advised him check in was stated as 2pm? He said we are busy? Had to leave cases and clothes in a store cupboard which wasn't fit for purpose. Completed all the paperwork at this time. Arrived back at just before 4pm and cudnt find my reservation despite already being checked in? Even sorted but still had to make a call to check on room? Just overall a poor start to our anniversary stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They took our huge amount of bags when we arrived early and let us check in a little early into our room. They did the same thing on the day we checked out. They Got us ice and limes and give us advice. The spa was so delightful. Just what we needed after a long day of touring and very affordable! Room was very comfortable if small and the roof deck was absolute heaven with gorgeous views of the whole city.

Safe, clean and perfectly located. Hotel staff was exceptional!! We had an early morning train and they had breakfast prepared for us to take on our journey. We can’t wait to return to Granada. A shout out to David Murcia who made our stay more special due to his hospitality and making us feel so welcomed.

Very convenient location in central Granada. Just a short walk to the cathedral and lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very new - or at least recently remodeled. We added the buffet breakfast which was excellent.

Bel hôtel à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et 15 minutes de l’Alhambra. Chambre claire, tranquille et spacieuse. La possibilité de stationner (en supplément ) est un plus. Le personnel s’est montré très serviable. Seule la piscine est un peu décevante car très petite.

Ausgesprochen freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption - für jede Frage rund um die Uhr offen. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, sehr saubere Zimmer! Die Lage an der C. Gran Via de Colon ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Besuche der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ebenso optimal ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Rua muito estreita, bem complicado para estacionar, mas ao chegar tinha um funcionário do hotel ajudando a organizar os carros e ele mesmo levou nosso carro para o estacionamento. Ótima localização. Quarto pequeno. Toalhas já estão desgastadas. Ar condicionado não funciona direito. Desliga sozinho no meio da noite. Tomadas funcionam super bem para o padrão brasileiro. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Disappointing stay. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The 3* rating must be due to the attached spa as the hotel felt like a stark and sterile, low-end, chain hotel. Expectations based on pictures and reviews had led me to expect more. The staff interaction and service was perfunctory. There was nothing welcoming or helpful. The noise from the street below is quite loud (obviously a frequent complaint as the hotel left earplugs by the bed. Definitely skip the mediocre and overpriced breakfast. There are much better options within a few blocks.

Great location for excellent food and tourist attractions. Staff were brilliant, place was clean. Gym machines adequate for a quick city break, didnt see anyone use it. Pool was a plunge pool but adequate. Dont put signs up saying no smoking if you provide ashtrays by the pool. No toilet facilities obvious outside private rooms. Downsides... cant go to the bathroom at night without waking your partner. Breakfast, cant cater for numbers and looked pretty dull. Best to avoid and head to one of the squares with cafes, restaurants and bars who provide excellent breakfasts.
