Alex at the front desk is amazing. The parking was super easy. Taxis are cheap in Granada. All the way across town and was only 7 euro. The breakfast is very nice. We liked the room. Overall great choice for our stay.

The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because they showed an indoor pool & hot tub. But when we went to use them, we found out that you need to buy a wellness program for $22 Euros each for 1 hour, that’s $44 Euros per couple per night, a ridiculous cost for something that should be free & wasn’t advertised as having extra costs!

Das Hotel als solches ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war super. Die einzig negative Anmerkung die ich zu machen habe ist auf das Zimmer bezogen. Es waren 36 Grad Außentemperatur die man im Zimmer super mit der Klimaanlage herunterküjlen konnte. Leider gab es im Bett nur ein Laken zum zudecken so dass die Kühlung nachts zu kalt war. Ausschalten der AC ER natürlich möglich aber dannnwurde es schnell zu heiß. Decken erhielten wir leider nicht. Mit anderen Worten, die Nächte waren hauptsächlich dadurch bestimmt die AC an und auszuschalten 😩😩😩😩

We had a couple of issues the night we arrived but after we send them a message they made some efforts to address the situations. I believe they have refurbished rooms that are better than the one we had. A/C is a bit outdated and struggles to keep up with the heat here. The restaurant at the lobby level is to avoid. There are much better options in town.
