The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Everything else was meh -- overpriced and soulless, the hotel caters to conferences and group travel. At least the staff was charming. It's called Marriott Harbourfront yet only a few rooms face the harbour. My room faced a roof and wall (as do most others) and when I told them it was depressing, they moved me to a room where I could see the harbour if I stood in one corner near the window -- an improvement but still not worth $400 (US) per night. Would never go back.

Upside. Fabulous location, professional team, comfy bed. Downside. We needed to switch our room which was plagued by a consistent dripping noise from the plumbing throughout the night. Disappointed with the no frills experience vs the €600 a night price tag.

We asked for harbor view and we got a slice. The room was at the beginning of the hall so it was noisy. We did not use room a lot but the early morning noise from construction outside and hallway were not appreciated. The room price was expensive for our experience.
