Good hotel with good breakfast. Room good size and clean. Room facing the countyside so very quiet. Close to the autobahn for a stop over. Restaurant was good, but don’t like that you must choose at least 5% tip. If you’re so confinced of your excellent service then let the customer decide if it is that. Missing information about the hotel’s sauna/wellness area at check-in.

This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great review from me, was it not for this occasion, the handling of it and variety of staff attitude ( from very nice to arrogant). Breakfast was average with the same for my entire stay, tables often not set up properly. I stayed for 11 days and not sure I would stay here again. The children‘s playground, once done with love and great skill, is neglected. However, great buildings, animals around and a wonderful setting. Pity about some staff.

Hotel rooms are not in same place of reception. So if it's a rainy or snowing day, it's a good idea. Strange pillows, too soft.
