Unfortunately my room had a terrible smell for the whole week I was there. Staff attempted to correct it but failed. I had to complain every day which really impacted my holiday. Other than that the suite was nice. Take bug spray too the bugs really bite.

Excellent staff, everyone is courteous, Thai culture?,very friendly.people,Toey, Alexander… we might come back next year 2027 for this paradise, very quiet,relaxed place for retirement, family style, safety, nice swimming pool, ssport center, sutlebus to downtown where we could listen free night ly music, shows ect 👌

Hotel is very chilled - staff are very nice. Breakfast has good range of food types. Two nice restaurants on site. Played pickleball most days. Could easily organise trips out. Rocky the parrot is a character. Beach is not accessible at high tide but beach area above sea wall is nice quiet area with good sea breeze. Pools are calm - plenty of seating in one row around so no huge volume of people

This hotel was remarkable perfect. The rooms were nice, cozy and clean. They had a lot of activities everyday for kids and adults. A basketball court, tennis court, nice gym both inside and outside gym. They go above and beyond with their service. The cleaners even left a palm leaf with a note on it and the next days weather with some snacks every night. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay incredible.
