Hotel muy bien situado, muy cerca del centro y enfrente del Museo. Bien acondicionado con todas las comodidades, habitación muy amplia. La única pega no disponer de aparcamientos ya que el que tienen es muy pequeño y está siempre ocupado.

Todo muy bien, excepto por la incomodidad a la hora de dejar el coche para subir el equipaje, que hay que dar toda la vuelta al edificio para coger la rampa, y el escaso espacio para vehículos que hay en el parking de pago del hotel, que nos obligó a utilizar una plaza muy estrecha.

Difícil aparcar en el exterior. Hotel emblemático de Huelva. Habitación amplia y cómoda, colchón muy bueno. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular. Dejan agua y un vale para un par de bebidas en el bar, de cortesía. Personal agradable y que te hace sentir bien. Para el próximo año tendrán una piscina en la terraza. Muy recomendable.

Me parece increible que pongan habitaciones al lado del gimnasio y muy temprano te despierte la cinta de correr porque alguien está usando el gimnasio.

Overall this was a nice hotel. Great location and nice terrace and bar (when there are staff available to order drinks that is). However this 4 star hotel misses the mark on minor details, for example: - The air conditioning in the room was weak - I was unable to access my own terrace because the door was jammed - Half the power sockets in the room didn't work - The power sockets in the bar and restaurant didn't work - I had to get a replacement key for my room twice a day as they consistently stopped working - The gym was underwhelming; the dumbell rack was only half stocked and the air conditioning didn't work Having said that, the location and the nice bar and terrace made for a nice stay

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas con un precio de más de 200€ por noche, el estado de conservación de la habitación es lamentable, no sé si es el término adecuado, porque llevan conservándola más de tres decadas... Suelo de madera viejo, abombado en varios sitios, jambas de madera podridas, ventanas de los años 80 que no aíslan ni térmicamente, ni tampoco acústicamente, suciedad en las paredes del baño, ascensores viejos, balcones con un embaldosado viejísimo, la cama de matrimonio muy pequeña, las cortinas viejas y sucias, en fin un desastre muy caro... Pajares y Esteso grabaron los bingueros en este hotel... Sólo se salva el desayuno y la atención de los empleados.

What was great: Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast options, great service all around. What was not so great: It was 78-80 degrees in Huelva (in March) for the days we stayed there. The room was an oven and there was no A/C. When we contacted the reception, they told us that the A/C is only turned on in the summer months. Our only option was to open the window (to a balcony) which is nice, but on the warmer days, there were also mosquitos, as windows in this hotel don't have screens. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect an option of A/C and Heat all year-round.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel. Its located very close to the railway station, and as Huelva city is not that big, it’s convenient to see all the attractions. The hotel is a bit dated from the outside, but it seems to have been upgraded inside and the room was very modern, with a great shower and a very comfy bed. I would recommend this hotel and also Huelva which is a lovely city.

Excelente hotel, a unos metros de la estación del tren y a unos minutos del centro. El servicio excelente, todos muy amables. El desayuno estaba incluido y es un bufet bastante amplio, ahí lo único malo fue la música durante el desayuno, realmente fea y con una vibración terrible de las bocinas que molesta bastante.

Esta es nuestra segunda estancia en NH Huelva y, una vez más, todo ha sido excelente. El personal es siempre amable, atento y profesional. Quiero destacar especialmente a Diego, quien realmente va más allá para que la experiencia sea perfecta. Su trato, disposición y dedicación marcan la diferencia. Sin duda, volveremos. Como único punto a mejorar, la experiencia en el desayuno se vio afectada por la actitud de la encargada de sala el 10 de enero. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas con un precio de más de 200€ por noche, el estado de conservación de la habitación es lamentable, no sé si es el término adecuado, porque llevan conservándola más de tres decadas... Suelo de madera viejo, abombado en varios sitios, jambas de madera podridas, ventanas de los años 80 que no aíslan ni térmicamente, ni tampoco acústicamente, suciedad en las paredes del baño, ascensores viejos, balcones con un embaldosado viejísimo, la cama de matrimonio muy pequeña, las cortinas viejas y sucias, en fin un desastre muy caro... Pajares y Esteso grabaron los bingueros en este hotel... Sólo se salva el desayuno y la atención de los empleados.

What was great: Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast options, great service all around. What was not so great: It was 78-80 degrees in Huelva (in March) for the days we stayed there. The room was an oven and there was no A/C. When we contacted the reception, they told us that the A/C is only turned on in the summer months. Our only option was to open the window (to a balcony) which is nice, but on the warmer days, there were also mosquitos, as windows in this hotel don't have screens. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect an option of A/C and Heat all year-round.
