Car charging - One issue: Charged the car in the garage, and it worked fine, however their read-out after charging was way off what the car said. It was 7 KW over what the car actually received, and the price they gave me per kw, was more than they informed me of beforehand. They said it was 0,35 c pr KW. But instead they charged 0,42 31 € for 73KW) The car received 66. The cars readout includes phantom drain. Also the transitions in the garage are sharp. A Tesla model 3 just graced with one person in it.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, cerca del centro de la ciudad, en una zona tranquila y segura. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y comodas. Cuenta con parking y el personal de la recepcion es muy cordial y atento. Cerca de muchas opciones para comprar y comer. Ademas permiten mascotas. Recomendable para familias.

Not really a pet friendly hotel, not allowed to go anywhere near the bar or restaurant area , no other space where you could eat with your pet even with her in a pet carrier, the other mayor problem there was absolutely no parking available, after driving hard for six hours only to be told you will have to find street parking these are metered spaces, my wife and I walked for an hour before we could find a pay meter that actually worked, I will never accept parking available as a fact ever again or stay at this over rated hotel

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to everything and easy to find. Parking under hotel, very tight but easy to get to. We are in the restaurant, delicious lunch and not expensive. Room very spacious with every amenity. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Quiet.

One problem - Arriving at the property I learned that we had to call ahead if we wanted parking. No notice of this prior to arrival. As it turned out street parking was free and we only needed the hotel parking for one night. Dining room was expensive but there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

La estancia bien, algún huésped anterior de la habitación se le debió romper un vaso y al ir a coger un juguete de mi nieta de debajo de la cama, que compartía habitación, salieron trozos de cristales. El motivo de la estancia era visitar a otras dos nietas que son de la localidad, al solicitar poder alojarse una de ellas con la que ya estaba contratada, no hubo problemas, pero veo desproporcionado el suplemento, ya que no incluia nada.

El hotel está muy bien, bonito, moderno y en pleno centro. Nos alojamos en una suite, muy acogedora y con una terraza impresionante. Lástima que no la hayamos aprovechado por el tiempo. La única pega y es bastante importante es que había un torneo de fútbol y estaban alojados muchos jugadores adolescentes y nos hicieron la estancia un poco incómoda, corriendo y chillando por los pasillos y llamando a las puertas de las habitaciones. Yo pagué por un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior para tener tranquilidad y no la encontré. Una lástima.

Passage 2 jours à Huesca, hôtel très bien placé, acceptant les chiens, avec un supplément modéré. A la porte d'un grand parc pour la promenade. Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Je vous conseille les chambres supérieures avec solarium situées au 5 ème étage, au nord de l'immeuble, avec une vue magnifique sur la cathédrale.

Passage 2 jours à Huesca, hôtel très bien placé, acceptant les chiens, avec un supplément modéré. A la porte d'un grand parc pour la promenade. Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Todo perfecto excepto la ducha del vecino que cuando la abría se oía horriblemente en nuestra habitación lo comenté en recepción para que lo revisaran y lo corrigieran estuvimos en plena hora de calor a 38 grados y el aire acondicionado le costaba enfriar la habitación si os pasa eso pedir dos tarjetas para poder dejar el aire acondicionado enchufado todo el día, por lo demás todo bien céntrico moderno desayuno decente limpio y en principio con un parking también indecente que hay que reservar el mismo día llamando a las 8 de la mañana porque se agotan las plazas

Hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect for seeing Huesca and surrounding towns. Restaurant is quite good, with excellent service. Our room was very spacious and had gorgeous views of the city from the balcony. One of the best places I've stayed in Europe.

Todo bien, no hemos tenido ningun problema. En recepcion el primer dia la persona que nos atendio nos resolvio todas las dudas que podiamos tener al estar completo el aparcamiento del hotel facilitándonos distintas opciones. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Lo tiene todo, … dentro hay tranquilidad, amabilidad, habitaciones excelentes, … y por fuera su ubicación, a un paso de la zona céntrica y comercial, y también tienes el parque grande justo al cruzar la calle, por si el paseo lo quieres dar entre árboles y naturaleza.

Mi alojamiento favorito cada vez que visito Huesca. Lo tiene todo, … dentro hay tranquilidad, amabilidad, habitaciones excelentes, … y por fuera su ubicación, a un paso de la zona céntrica y comercial, y también tienes el parque grande justo al cruzar la calle, por si el paseo lo quieres dar entre árboles y naturaleza.

Con un hermoso y grande parque enfrente es un lugar bonito y tranquilo, a unos pasos del centro histórico. El hotel muy limpio con una atención muy cordial y un buen restaurante, tiene parking disponible y lo único que agregaría a la habitación es un frigobar. Volvería sin pensarlo!

El hotel está muy bien, bonito, moderno y en pleno centro. Nos alojamos en una suite, muy acogedora y con una terraza impresionante. Lástima que no la hayamos aprovechado por el tiempo. La única pega y es bastante importante es que había un torneo de fútbol y estaban alojados muchos jugadores adolescentes y nos hicieron la estancia un poco incómoda, corriendo y chillando por los pasillos y llamando a las puertas de las habitaciones. Yo pagué por un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior para tener tranquilidad y no la encontré. Una lástima.

I liked that this hotel was centrally located, value for money and had on site parking. Reception was friendly and informative. Rooms are a good size and very warm and clean. Cafe facilities were available and were ok.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to everything and easy to find. Parking under hotel, very tight but easy to get to. We are in the restaurant, delicious lunch and not expensive. Room very spacious with every amenity. Comfortable bed. Good heating. Quiet.

Hotel céntrico y habitaciones muy cómodas. Zona tranquila. Lo peor la calidad del desayuno. Zumo no natural, nunca lo vi en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Para un establecimiento 4 estrellas S deja mucho que desear. A favor: Localización Garaje en el hotel (15€ por día) Personal muy amable Lo malo: Restaurante con menú de cena a 29€. La comida de microondas o peor. Verduras recocidas, presentación fea, parecía todo recién descongelado. El desayuno tampoco gran cosa, todo industrializado. La habitación con una tele muy pequeña. Pusieron 2 botellas de água el primer día y ya… Los productos de higiene muy limitados y sin calidad.

El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de todas las instituciones de la ciudad y frente a un parque, y cumple con todo lo que debe tener un buen hotel de 4 estrellas: Camas muy cómodas, ducha correcta (si bien la mampara deja salir agua), habitación de buen tamaño (incluso un poco en exceso), y con todos los detalles habituales. El restaurante también está muy bien. Como parte negativa, nada en especial. En todo caso, que el sujetatoallas del mueble del baño lo diseñó alguien pensando mucho en la estética y poco en la funcionalidad, ya que las propias toallas bloquean/molestan la apertura de los cajones.

One problem - Arriving at the property I learned that we had to call ahead if we wanted parking. No notice of this prior to arrival. As it turned out street parking was free and we only needed the hotel parking for one night. Dining room was expensive but there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Hotel was excellent. Reception staff were very informative and helpful. Stall all very professional and friendly in restaurant. Food lovely. Service was a little slow in bar area but friendly.

Very nice hotel. The location is very near to access centre of the Huesca. The staf is professional and friendly. And really “pet friendly “ hotel as they showed. It was important for us. Actually the hotel parking space was full, but we found several “blue lined areas” for parking near the hotel. It was not so big problem for us. The room and amenities are also value for 4-stars hotel.

Great location next to park and short walk to old town area. Room was large and comfortable, with great rain shower. At Check-in, staff explained how to "beat the parking" meter 3hr limit outside hotel. Coffee in café was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall OK. The hotel is well located, has a great buffet breakfast and a nice pool area (although bring your own towels, they never seem to be replenished). However, the room air conditioning is barely sufficient, and the hotel parking is extremely limited. And please don't ask reception about Huesca's Low Emission Zone, they will mock you and claim ignorance of it. Big thumbs down to the reception staff.

Location was very good, cleanliness of the hotel was very good, staff was nice. All was good with only one exception, the AC did not seem to be functioning well in the middle of a warm night which made it a little difficult. It may have been working, but not very well. During the day, we had no problems with it. So, who knows. But, we still enjoyed the stay. And, we enjoyed a couple of small restaurants that were really good. One of which was Benru. Small place, one guy working front and back, but dishes that we had were prepared exactly as they should be.
