My husband and his sister and I had a wonderful stay at Prima Kings. We were there in 2022 and plan on returning on our next trip. Loved the Lounge, and all the buffets were delicious. Very comfortable rooms with a nice view. Friendly and helpful staff.

Prima Kings has consistently provided wonderful service. The location is ideal, an easy walk to Ben Yehuda, Mamilla Mall, the Kotel and all things Jerusalem! The staff was warm and welcoming and the Lounge foodies and perks were a wonderful surprise! The breakfast - as always - delicious and plentiful before a full day of walking and doing all!

This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. The level of dress and composure is far more respectful then you might find in tel Aviv. One thing I wish I'd known about this hotel was that it does seem to cater to a religious crowd. There is a synagogue in the hotel itself, and very large synagogue just down the block. On my next trip to Jerusalem I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's in walking distance to essentially all the old traditional sites in the city.

Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge.

Decent hotel but on the expensive side. Rooms were spotless but common lobby seating areas were generally unclean. Food was plentiful but hot breakfast items quote stodgy and dry. Non pre booked meals were very pricey and feel we were ripped off!

The staff is super courteous and welcoming. On the other hand, the lower floor rooms are smaller than those found in other 4-star hotels, and we found our replacement room stripped of many electric bulbs. Though they were promptly replaced by maintenance, there seems to be poor communications between housekeeping - which should make note of the missing bulbs, and maintenance - which is in charge of replacements.

Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious and bright and modern.Particularly outstanding was the extremely comfortable bed (nice and firm), and also the great lighting in the room. Wherever I have stayed all over the world, I have found the lighting in the bedrooms not plentiful or bright enough. At the Prima Kings, the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent.

However, the hotel is older and our bathroom was beyond tiny. Also, two double beds pushed together does not equal a king bed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of foods but is not top notch (ie; canned fruit not fresh, orange drink not orange juice).

Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.

Awesome location. Easy walk to old city and the shuk. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very accommodating to any request we had. I would definitely stay there again and I do recommend it as a great Jerusalem hotel option.

This was a first class experience! Our room was beautiful and clean with fabulous views. The breakfasts are amazing! The good was plentiful and so many salads and eggs and so many options! Suppers were also delicious and so many things to eat or choose from. The staff are helpful and friendly. Roey made us wonderful and fresh omelettes every morning. Shabbat was a great e person r here!! The location is perfect It’s walking distance to the old city and Ge’ula and meah Shearim. What a fantastic e Perrin r! We can’t wait to go again!

Decent hotel but on the expensive side. Rooms were spotless but common lobby seating areas were generally unclean. Food was plentiful but hot breakfast items quote stodgy and dry. Non pre booked meals were very pricey and feel we were ripped off!

Awesome location. Easy walk to old city and the shuk. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very accommodating to any request we had. I would definitely stay there again and I do recommend it as a great Jerusalem hotel option.

Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.

Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge.

Very helpful staff and nice clean room. The only issue was the bathroom completely flooded when you showered, but when we notified reception they sent someone very quickly to come fix the problem.

The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

We liked the clean room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good. The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient.
