I made a reservation for Hotel Topaz in NV , USA. When í checked in, reservation was for Hotel Topaz in Sri Lanka. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Please cancel this reservation and Do NOT charge my credit card. Raymonde Shearer

Beautiful property with super friendly staff and good food options for breakfast and dinner. Incredible view of Kandy and surroundings.

I would just like to thank the staff of Hotel Topaz for making our stay so comfortable! From the minute you enter the hotel the staff was always so friendly and always willing to take care of any questions we had. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was always spotless and they would go so far to make the bed in a different design every day. We were there for nine nights and so details like this were something we looked forward to and always put a smile on our faces. Special thank you to the restaurant staff - Supervisor Puspakumar is so attentive and made sure his staff were looking after the guests. Thank you to the waiters Kavindu, Sampath, and Malinda who took brilliant care of us. Also, Chef Ashitha's food is wonderful and breakfast is just fantastic at this hotel. A detail I would like to mention is that the pool facilities are being renovated however every detail was thought through and they gave us hotel transportation to and from a nearby hotel pool so that we did not miss out on swimming. Thank you Hotel Topaz and I so look forward to returning!

The property is beautiful. Clean rooms, good space, comfortable beds & good ambience. Pool is nice too! The property is on the hill so the view is amazing. I would recommend booking it
