Das liegt sehr zentral, gegenüber dem Bahnhof und kurzen Wegen zu Shopping und Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Dusche mit grossen Frotteetüchern und Ritualsprodukten. Excellentes Frühstücksbüffet wir im Saal Le Marrakech geboten. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Mooi verzorgd hotel in historisch pand, in het stadscentrum van Konstanz. Prachtig restaurant met gamma originele gerechten. Parking in parkeergarage vlak achter hotel en station voor de deur. Zeer verzorgde (wat kleinere) kamer.

In allen Bereichen hat das Hotel tolle, kompetente, äußerst kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter, die einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. Schöne klassische Zimmer. Toll der Bettvorleger für nachts. Schade kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Gute kleine Bar mit tollen Cocktails (aber: in den Whisky Sour muss Eiweiß rein!). Sehr schönes Marrokanisches Restaurant. Gerne wieder. Oder immer wieder.

Schönes Urlaubshotel, Wir waren im Juni dort das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Frühstück ist super alles vorhanden sollte bei dem Preis auch so sein. In unserem Zimmer waren gefüllte 30 Grad Klima ohne Funktion. Fenster geht auf zumachen leider durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof immer sehr laut ab 7.00 morgens unmöglich Schlaf zu finden. Wer morgens früh aufstehen den wird das nicht stören.😂 Die Bar ist sehr klein die Getränke aber super zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war funktionell eingerichtet ein Tresor fehlt für 4 Sterne. Das Duschgel wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt ich denke das sollte bei dem Zimmer preis mit drin sein. Wir haben auch täglichen Zimmerservice gewählt wer macht sein Bett im Urlaub auch selbst?

Hôtel très bien placé, possibilité de stationnement (payant) juste à côté (24 euros les 24h) Accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner vraiment très varié et savoureux Chambre côté petit square à l’arrière donc très calme.

The room was ok but the bed was not comfortable. There was a mix up with our room because I had done two separate bookings and they had put us in the wrong room. We didn’t want to change half way the so just put up with it. They give you a welcome drink but you only have a choice of Prosecco or water. The location is great.

Es war ein armes Personal, zu wenig Personal und die mussten viel springen und waren unter Druck. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Am Samstag Abend gab es nicht Mal ein Cocktail um 22 Uhr, weil nur eine Person angeblich an der Bar stand. Für uns unerklärlich, wenn wir ein Hotel mit Hotelbar buchen und das Hotel voll ist, aber kein Personal zur Verfügung steht.

Perfect hotel for my touring holiday. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast served in the beautiful Le Marrakech restaurant salon. Sites in the historic Altstadt a short walk away. Even better for me the hotel was directly opposite the train station (routes to Switzerland and Germany),the bus station and a short walk to the harbour (for ships to Mainau Island and Bodensee towns). The room i chose was comfortable but quite basic. A kettle or coffee maker and supplies would have been a welcome addition. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Malm.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was fairly comfortable and clean however, there was a bad smell coming out of the shower. It was manageable by keeping the bathroom door closed. Being across from the train station was very convenient.

Ich habe 1 Nacht in einem Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, recht klein, aber für eine Übernachtung mehr als ausreichend. Die Hotelangestellten an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers. Maar want ik een grote min vind is dat de kamers slechts eens in dagen schoon gemaakt worden. Dan kan ik net zo goed een appartement boeken. Het prettige aan een hotel is dat je badkamer elke dag weer schoon is en je bed opgemaakt. Dat heeft niet met eco friendly te maken maar met verkeerde bezuiniging of personeels tekort.

Een geweldig hotel! Inchecken ging vlot, het personeel is heel service gericht. Hier hebben we tot nu toe het heerlijkste ontbijt gehad met veel keuze mogelijkheden. De kamer was heel schoon, goede vedden.

Ehrwürdiges Haus mit renovierten, sauberen Zimmern und maurischen Essensaal und guten Service. Nicht gefallen haben uns die getrennten Matratzen im Doppelbett, welche sehr weich waren. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ging Richtung See, aber somit auch Richtung Bahnhof raus. Leider sehr laut mit offenen Fenstern. Preislich für das gebotene zu teuer.

Ehrwürdiges Haus mit renovierten, sauberen Zimmern und maurischen Essensaal und guten Service. Nicht gefallen haben uns die getrennten Matratzen im Doppelbett, welche sehr weich waren. Zimmer okay, haben ein Superior plus gebucht. Uns störte, dass kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer war. Auch die Flasche Wasser musste man für die zweite Nacht bezahlen.

Sengene var meget bløde og puderne elendige. Hotellet var holdt i flot gammel stil men det gik ud over komforten i bla. Bruseren og vandhanerne var utætte Morgenmaden var ok, men rigtig ærgeligt at alt det varme var lavet på forhånd. Det er ikke særlig appetiteligt at se på en bradepande med fyldt med spejlæg eller en stor pande med røræg som bliver tør i løbet af kort tid - normalt ser vi at man kan bestille de varme typer af æg når man vil have det. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til gavnen og byen, men det skiller sig ikke særligt ud til prisen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller zentraler Lage. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ausstattung sowie Frühstück ließen bei uns keine Wünsche offen.

Een geweldig hotel! Inchecken ging vlot, het personeel is heel service gericht. Hier hebben we tot nu toe het heerlijkste ontbijt gehad met veel keuze mogelijkheden. De kamer was heel schoon, goede vedden.

The room was ok but the bed was not comfortable. There was a mix up with our room because I had done two separate bookings and they had put us in the wrong room. We didn’t want to change half way the so just put up with it. They give you a welcome drink but you only have a choice of Prosecco or water. The location is great.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Hotel sehr schön. Einige Sachen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schlüssel statt Keycard etc.), aber das hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört.

Es war ein armes Personal, zu wenig Personal und die mussten viel springen und waren unter Druck. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Am Samstag Abend gab es nicht Mal ein Cocktail um 22 Uhr, weil nur eine Person angeblich an der Bar stand. Für uns unerklärlich, wenn wir ein Hotel mit Hotelbar buchen und das Hotel voll ist, aber kein Personal zur Verfügung steht.

Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption und um Restaurant beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer war angenehm, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer gut funktioniert hat. Die Speiseauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Man kann dort bis 11:00 Uhr frühstücken, was für uns auch sehr passend war. Ich würde es empfehlen und komme gerne nochmal.

Ehrwürdiges Haus mit renovierten, sauberen Zimmern und maurischen Essensaal und guten Service. Nicht gefallen haben uns die getrennten Matratzen im Doppelbett, welche sehr weich waren. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ging Richtung See, aber somit auch Richtung Bahnhof raus. Leider sehr laut mit offenen Fenstern. Preislich für das gebotene zu teuer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller zentraler Lage. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ausstattung sowie Frühstück ließen bei uns keine Wünsche offen.

Perfect hotel for my touring holiday. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast served in the beautiful Le Marrakech restaurant salon. Sites in the historic Altstadt a short walk away. Even better for me the hotel was directly opposite the train station (routes to Switzerland and Germany),the bus station and a short walk to the harbour (for ships to Mainau Island and Bodensee towns). The room i chose was comfortable but quite basic. A kettle or coffee maker and supplies would have been a welcome addition. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Malm.

Prachtig statig hotel, centraal gelegen pal t/o station, maar geen last van treingeluid. En dichtbij veerdiensten over de Bodensee. Personeel is zeer hoffelijk en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerden uitgebreid en de eetzaal is ronduit schitterend en ademt noordafrikaanse sfeer.

In allen Bereichen hat das Hotel tolle, kompetente, äußerst kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter, die einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. Schöne klassische Zimmer. Toll der Bettvorleger für nachts. Schade kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Gute kleine Bar mit tollen Cocktails (aber: in den Whisky Sour muss Eiweiß rein!). Sehr schönes Marrokanisches Restaurant. Gerne wieder. Oder immer wieder.

Sehr gutes Hotel, einzig beim Frühstücksbuffet besteht noch ein wenig Luft nach oben. Die kleinen Brötchen werden schnell steinhart, vlt auf normale Umsteigen. Sonst ein hervorragendes Hotel

Sengene var meget bløde og puderne elendige. Hotellet var holdt i flot gammel stil men det gik ud over komforten i bla. Bruseren og vandhanerne var utætte Morgenmaden var ok, men rigtig ærgeligt at alt det varme var lavet på forhånd. Det er ikke særlig appetiteligt at se på en bradepande med fyldt med spejlæg eller en stor pande med røræg som bliver tør i løbet af kort tid - normalt ser vi at man kan bestille de varme typer af æg når man vil have det. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til gavnen og byen, men det skiller sig ikke særligt ud til prisen.
