Was not told when booking the facilities were not available (swimming pool). Constant smell of damp throughout the hotel.

Food choices and quality @ club lounge & coffee house need to be improved drastically Guest shall be given free parking facility.

Sadly this hotel did not meet our expectations. Although a pool is advertised, the pool has actually been closed for some time. The gym facilities are very run down and most machines do not work or a poorly maintained. The gym areas have obviously had lots of water issues ie. probably leaking air conditioners which makes the area damp and pungent. Staff are excellent and the breakfasts' great.

Pro: Good location. Friendly Staff Cons: The lobby smelled like smoke even though it was non -smoking property.

Location - good and safe. Hotel door was a bit too tight so had to use a bit of weight on the door whenever we open it. There are 2 convenience stores opposite the hotel, around 3 min walk. Bedroom slippers, hair dryer and necessities like lotion and soap etc were provided. 2 bottles of mineral waters were being provided as well daily. Hotel room was clean, just a bit dark, could be brighter. Hotel breakfast was not the best, but ok, lots of variety. Parking was cheap, RM4 for 24 hours for basement carpark parking. Would stay here again if I am here!

Arrived after checkin time but was told rooms werent ready..They had to move us to different floors different from what we booked (connecting). Both rooms fridge not working, one acond was on super cold and cannot be adjusted and one safe was faulty. These were reported on day 1, 2 and 3 but noone came to do anything. Fortunately we had a parking space given so thats a big thanks. On checkin day, the lady who was doing the checkin was not very friendly but fortunately her partner helped us out. Breakfast was good and staff there were very friendly and helpful. Overall I was pretty disappointed as I have stayed there pre Covid and was then impressed but not now.

The hotel was well kept however, not to the fault of the hotel, the water line to the hotel was broken and there were no flush toilets working or faucets/showers. The resteraunts at the hotel was limited in selection but several resteraunts were available within walking distance. The staff was very helpful

Check in was slow. No bedroom slipper. Asked for shaving kit; they gave sewing kit. The electricity supply was cut off momentarily at night. The wifi (PH10) was down from night (when power cut) till next day (mid morning)

Hotel bien situé. Grande chambre, par contre forte odeur et moquette tres sale . Petit-déjeuner moyen malgré un large choix. Piscine a côté du parking ne donne pas tres envi.

Le séjour était conforme aux avis, le service de nettoyage est impeccable. La réception au top, le seul bémol est une petite odeur d’humidité. Sinon, le séjour était parfait, je le recommande fortement

Very nice stay. Carpets are dated and needs thorough cleaning or replacing. Breakfast was good, but the staff was too eager to clear the tables, even when I had a full plate of food as I went to refill my coffee

Room was ready and clean upon check-in. Will stay at Promenade Hotel again.

Hot water in bathroom was not available. I had to take a cold shower.

Excellent 4 star property. Staff are very froendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from. Property was very clean and well maintained.

Buffet breakfast is excellent, the staff are very helpful. Also, room cleaning is efficient too.

Everything is good though but for the shower which flood terribly after every use. Maybe the drainage is blocked. Maintainance should look into it. The breakfast buffet is excellent though. I'd give it a four and a half star. Nice overall👍

Lovely hotel overlooking the ocean. Our suite room was spacious with a wonderful view out to sea.

市場やレストランに歩いて行ける便利な場所にある。部屋も綺麗。壁が少し薄く、隣の部屋の音がして聞こえる。

Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. Prefer to have manual swtches for practicality.

ホテルは街の中心部にあるため、立地は良いです。近くにやや大きめのスーパーがあり、ショッピングモールも歩けば数分なので、ショッピングには困らないと思います。 スタンダードの5階の部屋でしたが、広く綺麗で設備面は、特に問題なく、快適に過ごせました。 全体的に中国系の旅行者が多く利用しているようでした。しかし、滞在中は日本の大手旅行業者の団体もいたので、日本の方の利用も安心してできると思います。 なお、チェックインの際にスタッフのかたが、事前に頼んでおいたこと（ケーキの注文など）を覚えており、スムーズな対応が好印象でした。

Pleasant hotel overlooking the ocean and close to the central area of KK. Attentive staff and excellent food choices within the hotel and surrounding area.

It’s clean, the staff are friendly and nice, their facilities are quite advance, they have the touch screen switch to turn on the lights. However, some of them are not functioning, I can’t turn it on. The lights in the room are quite dim. There is only one socket at the table, it is used for the table lamp. I used it to charge my laptop then I can’t turn on the table lamp, the room will be ever dimmer.

Update the room for us. Nice view to see the sunset. And breakfast is valuable. Highly recommended. 5-10mins walking to shopping mall and local night market.

Spacious and comfortable room. Good location.

This was such a bad experience. They had a new year countdown and they were practicing for it on 30th December and 29th December even. The 30th one had the windows vibrating and the lights reached the room. I was terribly sick and I could not catch any rest. When asked; they said it was a last minute event and that they are not responsible for a state event. I then asked for a room change, but they said I may need to top up, as the rooms above are suite? Then they proceeded to relocate me when I asked them for some effort, and they placed me nearer to the stage. This is absurd. This is clearly an indication for lack of integrity. There was no indication of such an event. I booked my tickets the week before coming here, thus I am sure the event will have been announced by then. This is unacceptable and very annoying. Also mini trigger factors will be the different toothpastes in both rooms, the new room has Colgate. The water heater was working better in this floor. There are different standards for different floors? I don’t even get this. Don’t book this place. It’s really a scam. Then the roads were closed for the event and even that was not indicated. Only one doorman came to my rescue but could not help much. Thus, I ended up draaging my luggage and walking to the mall that was 15 minutes away, in the hot sun. See; this may not be a very difficult task but my point here is the need to INFORM these details so that a customer can be well prepared. HUGE LACK OF INTEGRITY.

저렴한 가격에 이용하기 좋아요. 수영장이 있어 알라 동반한 가족은 이용하면 좋을 것 같구요. 체크 인 할 때 시간이 너무 걸려서 기다리기 힘들었고 일처리가 너무너무 느려요. 이게 제일 불만. 서비스업에 맞지 않게 직원 Staff의 표정도 너무 어두었어요.

Poor check-in, took around an hour , receptionist not sure what she was doing, failed to collect the tourist tax which was then collected at check out.Booked 4 rooms , one toilet did not flush at all, another had a view entirely of walll. Requested packed breakfast as we were leaving early to the airport, but it was late and the chef spilled one

I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel gives you a takeaway breakfast for an early flight. Brilliant!

Staff very helpful & polite.

The original check in time was 3 pm but i waited until 6 pm, they said the room is not ready. I felt bad a little bit at first, but room was clean and the sea view was awesome. There was a small problem that we could not flush toilet but it was fixed by the person in the hotel.

The hotel itself was great but walkways around was not very safe with slabs not even or missing. Electric or telephone cables hanging down- which is very unsafe.

Great value hotel with great facility. Location is also good, very central to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

部屋が思ったより狭かった、1人だったが40㎡位を予約したかった。スリッパが付いてたのは良かった、ホテル内にランドリーが無かったので近場のコインランドリーを利用した✨朝食バイキングではスイーツが無く物足りなかった。
