All facilities available in one roof. Breakfast was nice, variety of food to choose. Perhaps some area require some restoration. Overall, it was a good stay.

Everything was okay but everytime drove back i have to fight for parking spaces with the public and always have to park 200 meters and walk back to the hotel. The hotel should provide parking spaces for its guests and not to leave its guests like me having problems during my stay..

Bed was comfy, room seemed abit dated for a new hotel. Hinges of the shower were creaking and lots of dirt under the sink. Hotel had terrible access road as we were driving, and parking was not available and had to park at govt issued parking on the road side. A car next to us had its window smashed in one morning, and I guess that shows the lack of safety without own compound.

The room was clean and comfortable with the two for drinking water a huge benefit. The breakfast buffet was good quality with a good mixture of local and western foods. Eggs cooked to order was a huge plus too. The rooftop pool and restaurant were lovely in the evening when the sun was setting. I ate here twice and the quality was great and staff very friendly

Was our first time to Kota Kinabalu and the room we were given was dissappointing as I specifically picked this location to have a sea view, might have been my fault for not reading the rooms correctly but the hotel didnt seem busy so we could have been moved but we were not. The foyer was welcoming but once up onto the floors the presentation here is in need of a refurbishment. Rooms not very sound proof and door do not soft close so the comings and goings of others was very loud at all hours. Pool area was the best view and staff their were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again but would make sure to get a better room.

Other reviews are accurate...very run down. Is not 4 star. Windows didnt open and were filthy but as i looked out over a void into eindows about 3m away, jstvas well! First room and corridor stank of cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. Eventually got a new room but staff not at all concerned and didnt believe me as 'no smoking in hotel'! Italian wasnt open. Breakfast not great especially for veggies/vegans. Good they have water filtervtaps and toiletry regills...not so mych the drntal kurs though. Worst thing...no soundproofing. Can hear everything in next room and was woken up by the sound of coughing. Pool was pleasant but rooftop restaurant dreadful.

Hotel is dated and not the cleanest. But the location is pretty good, as many things are within walking distance. I feel like for the price we paid this was fine, but don't come in with high expectations.

位置一流，出行及飲食購物都方便，我訂了5晚高級大床房，相片顯示有大落地窗近床邊，但被安排住尾二房，窗戶極小及完全冇景，感覺被欺騙，加上浴室衛生不理想，隔音亦極差，絕不推介。

Don't want to give even 1 Star. Allocated room was not clean, got a new room which was pretty much the same. Windows were disgusting with 90% covered with limescale or something, wobbly taps, then the AC wasn’t working. I had to stay up till around midnight till the maintenance guy fixed it. To top it off, at breakfast, just one guy in the egg station catering to a restaurant full of people. The guy was slower than sloth bear. To summarize, WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE again.

優点：交通方便，近出島碼頭，附近餐廳多，近夜市 缺點： 早餐選擇少，變化少 泳池今次比上次衛生差，沙灘椅之前（6個月前）有7張，其中三張藍色長椅質素都己經很差，藍色綱布完全下陷，躺下全接解在鐵支，今次首兩天只剩兩張沙椅(藍色)，之後全都搬走，只可躺在地上，感覺很不舒服 房間今次發現很多長頭髮，連床上都發現有，牀單有污漬，朋友房間用完沖涼液都沒有加

1. Requested adjoining room was totally ignored (not communicate to from agent to premises). Instead two rooms next to each other was provided with twin beds (not as selected choice earlier) 2. Shower hose was broken for both rooms upon check in. 3. Toilet bowl blocked on 1st day check in. 4. The floor was not vacuum cleanly during house keeping, still found food debris on the floor from previous guest. 5. Cloth hangers are not in good condition. 6. Room is small and no privacy for toilet and bathroom.

Hotel is conveniently situated in the city centre. A short walk to the harbour and markets, restaurants, and a shopping mall. Rooms are spacious and has everything a traveller might need. As with most hotels in Malaysia, it needs some housekeeping attention and maintenance.

まずスタッフの対応はすばらしい！スーパーやレストランも近くにあり困ることはない。ただ、施設が古いこともあるのか隣りの部屋の話声がうるさいくらい聞こえる。朝食は麺コーナーやエッグコーナーがあるが、他メニューが変わり映えしなく飽きてしまった。

We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. The suite had three bedrooms and the service staff cleaned our used plates, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent since it is right beside the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, which greatly facilitates our trips to adjacent islands. And it is very close to the Gaya Sunday Market. The location is unbeatable. The room is clean and spacious.

The family room was awesome, the view to the harbor is nice, but: 1.The Wi-fi did not work, 2.they have no hand towels!?! 3.toilet paper finished on first use 4.the internal phone was broken 5.the breakfast was simple and paid apart.

Nice enough hotel. My wife has diabetic medication that needs to keep cool so we like to use freeze packs as we travel to keep the meds cold. The rooms don’t have a freezer and the hotel would not freeze the packs for us. Every other hotel in Borneo was willing to do this for us. Security guard out the front (Aidi) was very helpful and organised a taxi to get us to the airport when our Grab failed to pick us up. We are very greatful to him for ensuring we made it to the airport in time. Sister in law left her phone at the hotel and the staff kept it safe until we returned to pick it up a few days later. Again we were very grateful however I was a little surprised they didn’t contact us when they found it originally. We didn’t contact them for a few days after we realized where we had left it.

Hotel is marked 4 star, have stayed Mercure 4 star hotels before but this one was not that great, facilities are the same, Front office etiquette when we checked in was not polite enough perhaps through lack of training and ignorance Room curtains were so dirty looked like some left hand marks with smudges all over them, Buffet - plates were not clean, so dirty saw the food particles from previous use.almost every plate checked so bad Food options and quality so bad, not 4 star like a overnight motel type of food,

The hotel is located in a busy area with lots of dining options. It's steps away from the ferry port which takes you to the surrounding islands. I found the staff less helpful compared to other SE Asian countries, things like not helping with booking tours. Little things like not greeting you when you walk by the front desk, but that really was not an issue, just a noticeable difference from other places. Overall, the hotel is good and i would recommend a stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable with the two for drinking water a huge benefit. The breakfast buffet was good quality with a good mixture of local and western foods. Eggs cooked to order was a huge plus too. The rooftop pool and restaurant were lovely in the evening when the sun was setting. I ate here twice and the quality was great and staff very friendly

This hotel is beer centrally located - the drive to the airport was average 20 mins; the Suria shopping mall is a 3-5 min walk and the boat docking port to the islands (gaya island; Sapi island etc) is also 5 mins walk. The staff were always really nice and smiling. The breakfast was definitely fresh and varied. I would recommend staying here and booking the sea view room.

The hotel is very close to the mall and the harbour. We booked it mainly because we needed to take a dive course, and the price was a great deal. Breakfast was okay, and it was also conveniently close to all the restaurants we wanted to visit.

The location is great—very close to Jesselton Harbor. We booked the OWD course, so it was super convenient for us—only a 3‑minute walk. There’s also a big shopping mall nearby, plus it’s easy to find the durian street, fruit market, and seafood market. The hotel price is quite cheap, and it’s clean enough. It could be a bit better, but overall, it’s all good.

Don't want to give even 1 Star. Allocated room was not clean, got a new room which was pretty much the same. Windows were disgusting with 90% covered with limescale or something, wobbly taps, then the AC wasn’t working. I had to stay up till around midnight till the maintenance guy fixed it. To top it off, at breakfast, just one guy in the egg station catering to a restaurant full of people. The guy was slower than sloth bear. To summarize, WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE again.

Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm.

Other reviews are accurate...very run down. Is not 4 star. Windows didnt open and were filthy but as i looked out over a void into eindows about 3m away, jstvas well! First room and corridor stank of cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. Eventually got a new room but staff not at all concerned and didnt believe me as 'no smoking in hotel'! Italian wasnt open. Breakfast not great especially for veggies/vegans. Good they have water filtervtaps and toiletry regills...not so mych the drntal kurs though. Worst thing...no soundproofing. Can hear everything in next room and was woken up by the sound of coughing. Pool was pleasant but rooftop restaurant dreadful.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. Some of the air-con remote controls weren’t working. The water in the shower was pretty dirty - the filter of our own shower head turned all brown after a 10-min shower. I was warned of the water quality by a friend before travelling to Kota Kinabalu so I brought my own shower head with a filter. No bottled water is provided in the room - only filtered water from the tap is available for drinking. Poor sleep due to noise from motorbikes. Slow lifts. Bad breakfast - not much options, 2.5 star level, with flies flying around. Not much air conditioning, heavy reliance on the very strong fan. Attentive servers. Prime location in the city centre.

We had an excellent stay here, with two teenage children. We booked the three-bedroom suite. It had a wide common area, and two large bedrooms (and one much smaller one) plus three (!) bathrooms. Whole unit was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families with older kids. Nice rooftop pool. Hotel staff were friendly, good breakfast, and the location is also convenient - within walking distance of Suria Sabah mall, the new jetty, the waterfront, and Gaya street market. Whole family enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
