Upon checking in with two other guests, there were several issues that made two of our three rooms unusable. When trying to address these issues with the front desk staff, we were rudely brushed aside. We were forced to re-book at another hotel (H2) at our own expense and both the property and Expedia have been unwilling to address the issue. Issues that the staff would not address: Bathroom lighting did not work (unable to see) Rooms were 80F and HVAC not functioning Stains and dirt on multiple things in the room including bedding. Wifi not functional Power outlets not functioning in one of the rooms

Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich. Leider war das erste Zimmer nicht sauber (Haare im Bett, Toilette im Bad nicht geputzt). Wir haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen, dieses war in Ordnung.

Dafür, dass das Hotel schon älter ist, steht es noch gut da. Anscheinend wird regelmäßig renoviert. Jedoch ist das Badezimmer in keinem guten Zustand. Duschvorhänge gehören ersetzt, genauso wie der Duschkopf, bei dem die meisten Löcher verkalkt sind. Es wird zwar geputzt, aber Haare bleiben zurück, sodass man diese an der Wand und auf dem Toiletten Deckel wieder sieht. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, sodass man die Fenster schließen muss. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück umfangreich.

In unserem Zimmer ging nicht die volle Beleuchtung. Auch die Klimaanlage war nicht einfach zu bedienen. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber man wird davon satt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber hat eine zentrale Anbindung an Autobahn, Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Tür. Die nächste Bahnstation ist 2km entfernt.

Es ist sehr ruhig, trotz Autobahn nebenan. Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges Manko - leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und von allem etwas da Personal ist sehr freundlich.

My stay was nice, the staff was kind and professional, they granted all my requests easly. The room was clean and cozy but somewhat crowded with the furniture design and a fridge and a water heater is needed in the room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Leider war die Halterung des Duschkopf US kaputt, so dass man den Duschkopf immer mit einer Hand halten musste. Obwohl ich dies sofort, nachdem wir das Hotel Zimmer bezogen haben gemeldet habe, konnte dies nicht bis zu unserer Abreise proben werden. Aber als Ausgleich wurden uns die Kosten für die Unterbringung unserer beiden Hunde 20 € pro Hund und Tag insgesamt 80 € erlassen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein angenehmes Zimmer in recht ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung und wir würden auch definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Lage vom Hotel ist recht angenehm.

Insgesamt gut & günstig. Teppichboden mit Flecken. Ansonsten iO für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Anbindung in die Stadt etwas spärlich - mehrmaliges Umsteigen mit Bus und Bahn nötig, sollte man vorher bedenken.

Es ist sehr ruhig, trotz Autobahn nebenan. Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges Manko - leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und von allem etwas da Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein angenehmes Zimmer in recht ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung und wir würden auch definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Lage vom Hotel ist recht angenehm.

Keine begehbare Dusche, für Ältere ungeeignet. Frühstücksangebot war ok. Kein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad vorhanden. Da das Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet war, mußte das Fenster wegen Verkehrslärm geschlossen bleiben.

In unserem Zimmer ging nicht die volle Beleuchtung. Auch die Klimaanlage war nicht einfach zu bedienen. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber man wird davon satt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber hat eine zentrale Anbindung an Autobahn, Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Tür. Die nächste Bahnstation ist 2km entfernt.

My stay was nice, the staff was kind and professional, they granted all my requests easly. The room was clean and cozy but somewhat crowded with the furniture design and a fridge and a water heater is needed in the room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Upon checking in with two other guests, there were several issues that made two of our three rooms unusable. When trying to address these issues with the front desk staff, we were rudely brushed aside. We were forced to re-book at another hotel (H2) at our own expense and both the property and Expedia have been unwilling to address the issue. Issues that the staff would not address: Bathroom lighting did not work (unable to see) Rooms were 80F and HVAC not functioning Stains and dirt on multiple things in the room including bedding. Wifi not functional Power outlets not functioning in one of the rooms
