Everything was great! Room was clean. View was great! The water slide wasn’t functions properly and the hot tub jets barely worked.

Its hard to access for pwd person ! No elevator

Nice place, older, heated pool, hot tub not working, breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was great. A few more breakfast options would be nice. The pool and hot.tub were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was actually decent! The overall hotel was super affordable. The room looked a little dirty and the door was so hard to get into for some reason. It doesn’t seem like the pool / hot tub gets cleaned very often.. we stayed 3 nights and the same pair of socks, towels & a can was in the same spot the entire time. And not to mention that each time we had to ask for pool towels as there wasn’t any stocked. Also the garbage was heaping full the whole time too in the laundry / ice room. I will say the staff were super nice though!

I have to say overall my stay was pretty good. I read some not so favorable reviews but overall was happy with the cleanliness. It was my biggest worry and turned out to be a non issue. Breakfast was good. They had bacon, eggs, cereal, bagels and waffles Yogurts and oatmeal. It's only from 6:00 to 9: 00. Would have liked to seen it. Been open till 10:00 but overall pretty. Pool was good. Water slide was good. Hot tub was so so. Jets did not work and by reading reviews it's been that way for a while. Was still hot the one day but so the second. They said their were issues with the boiler. Whole point of getting room was the pool and water slide and hot tub. So hopefully that gets fixed. Was on bottom floor and you could really hear every step when people were walking above. Wasn't an issue for us but might be for some people. Overall would stay there again. Not the newest place but also not paying for that either.

Nice to have a pool and water slide. Close to some restaurants and fast food options which was convenient. Glad breakfast starts at 6am for our early departure.

This is a very run down motel. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in 30-40 years. Dead plants sitting around and can’t be bothered to throw out, peeling wall paper and holes/nicks in paint, among other things. I had to check the beds for bedbugs it gave me that kind of feeling, but thankfully all looked A-OK. I have to say the beds were very comfortable, and I am thankful they could accommodate 6 of us in one room, but it is definitely a 2 star hotel. I am sure it was amazing in its day, but now it is just worn out, tired, not given the TLC and the good cleaning it needs, and it shows. Our shower wouldn’t drain so I was standing in almost a foot of luke warm water by the time my shower was done, and even though we stayed 2 nights, no one came in the first day to make beds and restock (which I’m almost relieved they didn’t as it was a little sketchy and I wouldn’t have felt completely safe with them in my room with my stuff without me there.) It was hit or miss to find a parking spot outside our door, and the second night a large commercial truck had parked sideways taking up 3 spots! Which left us to park way over on the other side of the building. Breakfast was decent, but cheap. Pool was fun but also run down, and made me think: if the hotel is this poorly kept, is this pool water going to make me sick? Thankfully it didn’t, but makes you wonder. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, this is not it. The website pictures are deceiving, as well.

Room 235 has some kind of bugs in the bathroom you might want to look at.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub. Room was not as clean as expected, found items under bed and could tell it was not cleaned. Bathtub was full of stains. We also found someone’s old dirty toothbrush above a light fixture from a previous guest. Fitted sheet of bed was inside out. Details like these could be improved on.

Found big brown dried water stain in front off bathtub that was to big to miss is previously checked before. Also found dried blood smear on bathroom sink counter and later dried blood on the side and tube of the toilet paper roll we used. Can tell walls and brown residue and dust on walls. Have not been washed in long time. Was offered a second room after first complaint but would have been more work to live at that point. Found more things after that offer. Was to afraid to use shower due to over all cleanliness or lack there of.

My room was very clean and quite comfortable. This is a good motel if you are looking for a place to spend a night or two, nothing fancy just clean and comfortable.

Staff was kind and friendly. Free breakfast was limited for choices and healthy options. Really bad chemical smell when entering the room, bed spread had stains, floor didn't feel clean, hotel needs renovations badly as the only upgrade have been furniture to cover the poor maintenance of the building. Limited channels to watch on TV. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Bed bugs, hair on the sheets, blood on the pillow case, dirty tub found everything in this place. Never going back there.

The rooms were not clean nor kept clean by staff. The bathroom had mold and mildew. The door was missing the deadbolt. Lots of homeless hanging around the parking lots.

Room smells like smoke, it is very dated, TV doesn’t seem to work and there is a dog howling endlessly.

Very noisy rooms by the hot tub and swimming pools. TV is still in SD mode.Third world tvs. Hardly can see the pictures in SD mode on old old tv. Communication is very difficult.website says check in beforehand to avoid lineup. Attended didn’t have any idea about precheckins.

property needs update rooms and bathrooms are old and need refurbishing

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom in particular was really worn and outdated. It was hard to tell if it was stained or if it needed to be resurfaced. The door did not seem secure. I don't think that the stay was not worth $100/ stay.

Great place to stay my only dislike was the small shower

Overall stay was ok. The surrounding area and view out the coulee are beautiful! The room was something to be desired. It was insanely hot in the room so I’d have preferred that the air conditioning was turned on to have the room ready for our arrival. The air conditioner was also super loud and can’t set it to kick in and out so you can have some quiet sometimes. The bathroom has no fan so when we showers the whole room got hot and muggy and it even steamed up our exterior window. The heating vent that was in the bathroom beside the toilet was disgustingly dirty as well. Considering the amount of guest you have that likely have peed all over that, it should be cleaned between every stay. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was fantastic and the price was decent. The staff took a long time to come to the front desk when we checked in and checked out, but they were friendly.

I stayed for four nights while attending a conference at the University of Lethbridge. I had a great stay. It has definite budget motel vibes type of thing (which I expected) but everything in the room was in good condition, smelled good, etc. The breakfast wasn’t the fanciest, but I enjoyed it and it was great that it was included. My only complaint was the wifi - it basically didn’t work (it would connect, but terribly slow and kicked you off… just used my data). The hotel is a super close walk to food and downtown. My favourite part was the viaduct directly behind the hotel… lots of trails… went for a walk every evening. I would stay again.

Not enthused about the poolside room and noise.

Because of my job I've worked all over the province of Alberta and there is no comparison to the friendliness and respect that the manager displays everyday without fail. He does not hesitate to assist you no matter what the request is. He is genuinely engaged in conversation and is always smiling and greets you everytime you pass his desk

The front desk personal were absolutely the friendliest ive had the opportunity to deal with in all the hotels ive ever stayed in, extremely helpful in all aspects and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant as well and always willing to help stock us up when we needed anything, location was in a key area as to where we needed to conduct our business with ample parking and very little noise highly recommend

This Days Inn was mediocre at best. It’s a very dated facility with little to no modern offering. It definitely could use some modernizing. I did really like the central courtyard and the pool and hot tub. However I had a really hard time understanding what the staff were saying due to language barrier.

Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Misleading Amenities My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Lethbridge was frustrating from start to finish. Pre-Check-In Hassle Before I even arrived, I was bombarded with calls from the hotel demanding I complete the online pre-check-in. I explained that I was traveling through an area with poor cell service, but the calls persisted, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Rude Customer Service When I did manage to complete the pre-check-in, none of my credit cards were accepted, so I used my partner’s card. The front desk immediately called back, rudely insisting that I couldn't use his card since the booking was in my name. Despite explaining the situation, they threatened to cancel my stay unless my partner was physically with me, which he was. The entire exchange felt hostile and unprofessional. Room Was Not As Advertised The room was old, outdated, and nothing like the photos shown online. It had worn-out furniture, and the bathroom was in poor condition. This felt misleading compared to what was advertised. Broken Amenities The pool and hot tub were out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I was even told to enjoy them, only to find out they had been down for days. This was very disappointing as these amenities were a key reason for booking. Overall I expected much better from a Wyndham property, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short. I would not recommend this hotel.

They gave me a free upgrade when someone else had cancelled

The room was dirty. Service was severely lacking and grumpy about having to to do ANYTHING. Shower temperature was horribly erratic. Bed was uncomfortable. Unable to change shower off jet and desk just kept smiling and saying that yes it turned. It was also very loud and the “quiet time” was not enforced. I will never stay here again

When we first arrived i was frustrated because I did the online registration and had to do it all at the hotel again. By the time we had our keys the guy at the front desk had me smiling and these days that is hard to do. The people who are running this hotel are great.

It was a nice hotel, the staff were kind and friendly. The only complaint I have is our key cards would only work once then we would have to go get another one. I did not indicate initially that I had a puppy with me, and although they put me in a non pet friendly room. They accommodated me. So thank you.

Hotel was in a good location, however the room was old and musty, with the water pipes being extremely loud. The were a lot of street people wandering around the hotel giving a bit of unsafe vibe to the area.

We checked into this hotel pretty late in the evening after an event we were attending. Check in staff were friendly enough, but once we got to our room we had concerns. They were very dated and old, but the concern was the people hanging around the parking lot, right outside our rooms, the other guests hanging around outside their rooms, the homeless population wandering around, and the fact that neither door closed and locked properly, and that both our rooms had the windows unlocked and open. We had two rooms and they were both like this. We did not feel safe, as mentioned the door locks were flimsy and not in good working order. We felt uneasy, and actually left and went to a different hotel for the night. I understand this is a basic, no frills motel, but we've stayed in that type many times before, and this just felt off, with bad vibes.

Good value, great location, breakfast was very good. Plenty of free parking.

The staff was very cordial and professional. Kids loved the pool and breakfast. Definetely recommend it!

This property was an okay place to stay if only the price was reasonable but for the price point it needs a bit of upgrading. Especially the breakfast was terrible. The other thing is there is no elevator which was a big surprise for us bcz the price was high for the property.

Check in was friendly, efficient and staff helpful. There was a continental breakfast free with the room which was appreciated. Property a little dated and alot of flies in the dining room, but it is the season. Maybe more santizing and garbage removal more often would minimize that.
