The parking for this hotel is small and very limited, there was an empty beer box when I got out of my car to go to my room. The room was clean. The bathroom fan was super loud but we managed just fine by not using the light in the bathroom. Pillows were small and lumpy. However, the staff upon check in and out were friendly. You get what you pay for, in this instance. :)

2nd time staying there. Very adequate for our needs. Good location. Parking is a bit tight. Heating pipes make noise when the thermostat turns off. Might need to bleed air frim the system. Price was right. Will be back again.

Bad experience. Very limited parking space. Bare minimum breakfast. Rooms not properly cleaned. Duty Manager didn’t permit to keep the TV in the store room overnight. May be there no store room. Overall very bad experience and won’t return and recommend for a stay again.

Our stay at the Econo Lodge for one evening was pleasantly nice. The facility and our room was clean. The check in staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast - there was a selection of muffins, toast, coffee and tea and a waffle machine for you to make your own waffles. My only negative comment was not enough parking. Had we returned back to facility an hour later after dinner, we may not have found parking. Not sure if it is normally this busy or if there was an event that particular weekend we were there. Overall the facility was clean, pleasant staff and economical. I would stay here again if I was in Lethbridge.

The comforters on the beds had lots and lots of big stains on them. The bathroom floor was not clean. Also two out of three mirrors weren’t cleaned very well. Lots of streaks from trying to clean them but the streaks were bad enough it made your reflection look foggy. Front desk staff were very helpful. Just wish it looked a little cleaner.

For the price it was ok. Room 206: First thing, a note on the wall switch to indicate that it controls, the FRIDGE, TV, and microwave. There’s a plumbing fixture in the surrounding area with running water every 15-19 seconds all night long. Very annoying. The air conditioner is VERY NOISY, we had to turn it off after about 1 hr as is started to make a rattling noise. Bedspread had a big stain on it. More effort could be made to dust/clean the baseboards and floor corners. Perhaps a Mr.Clean eraser could be used to clean bathtub. I wouldn’t dare walk around with out something on my feet.

Everything was in good repair, but the smell in my room was very awful. It was some kind of toxic smell that made me feel sick. I ran the exhaust fan all night, but it didn't make a big difference. My room was also advertised as non smoking, but most likely had been smoked in.

The bathroom was dirty and the wall covered with hair , the doors were dirty and the carpets felt gross. The curtains were to short for the windows. When I mentioned this at check out, I was offered no compensation.

The property is fine, except that the water pressure in the bathroom can be higher than it is set. Also, the drainage for the bathtub appears to be restricted. When taking a shower, the tub is flooded to about an inch from the bottom. Quite disgusting feeling for one taking a shower.

Nothing to complain about except the beds. There was only a sheet and a very old, polyester blanket with a bedcover and two very small deflated pillows on each bed. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Room was nicer and newly renovated. Clean. Breakfast was the usual motel breakfast, nothing hot like eggs or sausages. Staff was polite and helpful.

The staff here are amazing! On the day I checked out, that evening I got a call from here and was informed that I had left behind a pair of sunglasses and a phone charger and charging block. I was asked what I would like done to be able to get my items back and thankfully I was going to be back in Lethbridge the following week and the young lady on the phone said that they would hold my items at the front desk until I was back in the city 7 days later. And sure enough I stopped by the following week and I told the lady working that I was there to get some things left behind and she knew my name and what I was picking up and made it a very quick stop for me! Very impressed with the level of customer service here!!

Check in experience was not good,. It was disrespectful. Check in staff was not well trained. Room phone & coffee maker were not working. I requested check in staff to fix it but no one came to fix it. Check-out staff was professional. Check-in staff needs to give proper training. I do not want to write the name of check-in staff here. Requesting hotel management to take action and give proper training to staff.

Housekeeping was adamant about being on top of cleaning, and breakfast was decent with waffle maker, toast and coffee station. Would like a few more hot food options like sausage or eggs. Lobby had a water station and laundry which were both convenient. Stayed as a solo woman and felt very safe during entire stay!

Housekeeping was adamant about being on top of cleaning, and breakfast was decent with waffle maker, toast and coffee station. Would like a few more hot food options like sausage or eggs. Lobby had a water station and laundry which were both convenient. Stayed as a solo woman and felt very safe during entire stay!

It was a perfect place for an overnight stay as we commuted to our destination. The breakfast area was very busy however the front desk staff member tried her best to keep the food continually replenished and the tables cleaned. :)

The rooms are suites which is a nice bonus that I was not expecting. Breakfast is cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, yogurt, and fruit - fairly standard, but definitely nice to have thrown in for free.

Clean but very outdated. Outdoor room doors so as a single traveller did not feel safe and felt this wasn’t well advertised on the pictures. Limited seating in the breakfast area and the food was horrible: no muffins left, no utensils, no fruit and bread was stale. When asked front desk person for a knife I had to explain to her why I needed it! Had it booked for two nights and left after one due to everything mentioned. Would never stay here again and would not recommend. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere more modern, safer and better service.

Our stay at the Econo Lodge for one evening was pleasantly nice. The facility and our room was clean. The check in staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast - there was a selection of muffins, toast, coffee and tea and a waffle machine for you to make your own waffles. My only negative comment was not enough parking. Had we returned back to facility an hour later after dinner, we may not have found parking. Not sure if it is normally this busy or if there was an event that particular weekend we were there. Overall the facility was clean, pleasant staff and economical. I would stay here again if I was in Lethbridge.

A part la vue extérieure je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi dégueulasse !!! Heureusement que javais ma literie sinon je couchais dans l'auto,Tapis pas de balayeuse, vitre miroir,porte du frigo noir, assiette de micro onde sale toilette dégueulasse plancher pas laver depuis ???? Et non remboursable je ne parle pas assez bien anglais pour m'expliquer ont est aller acheter du nettoyant avant meme de toucher à quelque chose, notre voisin de chambre un travailleur nous a dit que c'est lui qui nettoyait meme le bbq extérieur, piscine vide le bain épouvantable !! Et je vous dit qu'ont a pas marcher nue pied ont fait le tour du BC depuis 8 jours et ont voyage beaucoup mais ca c'est du jamais vue!!!

Easy, clean, helpful. Only hiccup was 24 hour access to water/juice etc. But door was locked at 5am when we left so had to leave our keys in the room.
