Super cute, great location. Smal but to be expected for that area. Only negative was the elevator didn’t work on our way out and we had to lug suitcases down the stairs (I’m sure if we had called front desk they would have helped we just were running late and by the time we figured it out we just did it ourselves). Would stay there again!

Our stay at the Beaufort was excellent! The staff are so attentive and offered assistance so promptly. The complimentary afternoon tea was excellent and the location of the hotel is wonderful. Fantastic hospitality all around!

There is no fridge in the room or tea of coffee machine, and you hear everything the building is not isolated enough, the location is good next to harrods but is not worth the money.

Great location just round the corner from Harrods. Great rooms we had a junior suite which was very comfortable, large and stylishly decorated. But for that money and room size would have expected a fridge. Also coffee and tea were provided free of charge from reception, but no facilities in the room, which tends to be fairly standard for hires these days.

Here are the pros: Staff: super friendly and really helpful and kind. Rooms were clean as well. Location: located conveniently near Harrods, public transportation was really easy and was in a great quieter street off the main road so you didn’t have to hear as much (at least not our room) Price: decently priced for a double room Cons: The hotel is a bit older. The elevator only fits two people and is very old with a metal gate that you have to drag open. It moves very slowly and often doesn’t operate unless every elevator door on each floor is actually closed, otherwise it will not know to move. Noise within the building: as it is older, the ceilings are very thin and not insulated. We were on the fourth floor and the family above on the fifth floor sounded like they were stomping around all night long, beyond 1 am and would also make noise starting at 7:30 am. This is of course not the staff’s issue, but just something to deal with due to the building structure. If you are looking here I recommend asking for a room on the 5th floor, but the con would be having to either walk up and down the stairs or wait for the elevator every time.

Charming 5th floor walk up (elevator available to the 4th floor). Lovely complementary tea. EXCELLENT location! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I will definitely stay again!

Quiet room, friendly helpful staff, nice room. Shower is goofy. Had to take a TINY elevator up to 4th floor, walk up another flight of stairs, go through a door, down a few more stairs, through another door to finally get to our room.

This hotel was in a beautiful location, on a beautiful street. It was a very charming looking. Staff were so attentive and professional: there was tea and scones in the lobby every day. The building is obviously old and the elevator is tiny (3 trips down for luggage), but not an issue …just fyi. The room was clean, but just a bit in need of an update. Would. Not probably pay for the breakfast option again…it was good, just pretty limited. Hated to leave and would absolutely go back here, in fact hope to.

Handy location for me on this trip, but expensive for a tiny single bedroom. However, it's Knightsbridge and you have to expect it. Staff were nice. Free tea, coffee, water etc, which was good, and a small cosy lounge for relaxing.

The location is excellent. Upscale neighborhood. A few minutes walk from Harrods and the train station. Easy train ride to Heathrow. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and spacious but needs updating.

Our bathroom was not clean. My wife had to clean multiple black hairs off the floor. The next day we asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not. They said we must have put a do not disturb sign on the door, which we did not do. And now it was too late! The stairs were never cleaned. There was the same skittle on the carpet for the whole 6 days we were there. We have stayed here before both times for a week and it use to be very nice. Unfortunately, it is not being maintained.

This is a nice boutique hotel in London in the Knightsbridge area. It’s easy to get to/from by subway or other transit and it’s near the Brompton Road shopping areas including Harrods. Rooms are very clean and quiet but a bit small with narrow corridors. This is no problem if you are travelling alone and don’t mind the smallness of the rooms. This is typical of many boutique hotels in London. I found the location very convenient and super quiet when sleeping there.

Staff where very friendly and welcoming, had a lovely gentleman carry our bags to the room which was nice and ordered room survive in the morning and that was quick and easy. The room it self at first was cosy and neat however we did find loads of stains on the curtains and mould by the side of the window. We unfortunately had a terrible night sleep ….. the bed was hard and due to the large gap under the door a lot of light came threw from the landing making it hard to sleep. Around 3-4 am the alarm clock started to go off several times and we struggled to turn it off which added to the unpleasant sleep!!! For £180 for the night I expected a better night sleep and more cleanliness from the room! But the staff themselves where lovely just a-shame the sleep let it down.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The only flaw we found was that our room was a bit small however we did not spend much time there so it did not matter as much to us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and walkabout to shopping about 2 blocks from Harrods and many other shops and restaurants. About a 10 min walk to the closest underground stop knights bridge. And about a 20 min walk to Buckingham palace. We loved how easy it was to walk around or catch the bus or tube. The hotel is in a very safe area and even though it is in a busy area the hotel nestled back on a side street so was pretty quiet at night. We loved London and its beauty and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge area of London. The service was very friendly and staff was always available for our needs and questions. The continental breakfast was very good and had options for Vegan and Vegetarian eaters. Only downside was noise from the lobby area, the adjacent room and hotel next door. In the morning and evenings.

We really liked how the rooms are laid out. You have your space to sleep, sit and relax, a place to apply makeup, an area to make tea/coffee… all without feeling cramped. The staff were very helpful, and its steps away from loads of shopping and eating. All without noise and crowds. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location right next to Harrods and the big museums, atmospheric London lane. We arrived after 5 pm so weren't able to enjoy the cream tea and scones, but got upgraded to one of the penthouse rooms. Room was clean enough and comfortably warm in February (despite single glazed old sash windows), but no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. The roofs are low, and when other guests walk by your room, you can both hear and feel it. I would rate it higher if it advertised itself as a 3-star venue.

This was a phenomenal hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms spacious and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our 4 nights and would absolutely return there in the future. We were 2 adults and 2 young children.

Nice neighborhood. They offered a lovely, complimentary afternoon tea service with scones and clotted cream. Easy walk to Hyde park. Many restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi was okay, connection was spotty at times. Shower/bath didn’t drain very well.

This little hotel worked very well for me and I would stay here again. The location is great, the rooms (though small) are very well appointed, the staff were reasonably engaged, and the cost was fair for London. The one thing that bothered me was the response to a radiator leak in my room. The carpet was soaked with dirty water that rapidly chilled. I reported the problem and the leak was fixed but the carpet was not dried and I was not offered another room. Very poor service. Overall the positives of the hotel outweighed that negative but the hotel really should have done better.

Front desk night employee was not professional. Had to change room because the bed was broken, he vame in and try to solve it flopping the mattress. After changing my room , second room heating was not working properly and bathroom was as cold as outside.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The only flaw we found was that our room was a bit small however we did not spend much time there so it did not matter as much to us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and walkabout to shopping about 2 blocks from Harrods and many other shops and restaurants. About a 10 min walk to the closest underground stop knights bridge. And about a 20 min walk to Buckingham palace. We loved how easy it was to walk around or catch the bus or tube. The hotel is in a very safe area and even though it is in a busy area the hotel nestled back on a side street so was pretty quiet at night. We loved London and its beauty and will definitely be back!

Very homely boutique hotel. Rooms are small but functional, clean and quiet. Location is about 200m from Harrods and a little further on from Knightsbridge tube station. And the hotel serves a delightful scones afternoon tea to its guests FOC. I will definitely come back.

This was our first trip to London and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Knightsbridge tube station is the closest station and it’s about 3-4 blocks. Great options for coffee within a block- which we loved. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge area of London. The service was very friendly and staff was always available for our needs and questions. The continental breakfast was very good and had options for Vegan and Vegetarian eaters. Only downside was noise from the lobby area, the adjacent room and hotel next door. This hotel was in a beautiful location, on a beautiful street. It was a very charming looking. Staff were so attentive and professional: there was tea and scones in the lobby every day. The building is obviously old and the elevator is tiny (3 trips down for luggage), but not an issue …just fyi. The room was clean, but just a bit in need of an update. Would. Not probably pay for the breakfast option again…it was good, just pretty limited. Hated to leave and would absolutely go back here, in fact hope to.

The Beaufort Knightsbridge is a beautiful property with equally beautiful staff. We stayed in a jr suite on the 2nd floor. The only drawback was the shower. The shower head did not work and you had to use a wand to shower. Not at all a dealbreaker, but it could have been repaired when I first reported it. The room was cold, and very quiet. Would stay again at anytime. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beaufort! We were there for 7 nights. The location was great! We loved that it was near so many many shops, sights and restaurants. It was also near several Underground Stations. It was in the middle of everything but the street the hotel is on was so beautiful and quiet. The lobby was also very pretty The staff was friendly, excellent and accommodating! The room was cleaned and refreshed each day of our stay. The hotel also provided chilled water bottles for us at no cost. This was a huge help as it was quite warm during our stay. We also loved the air conditioning! We would highly recommend the Beaufort and we would stay there again!
