Super godt hotel, venligt personale og flot udsigt fra værelserne som alle ligger fra 9-14 etage. Hyggelig restaurant på 15. etage og Rooftop på 16. etage med 360 graders udsigt over hele London. Grundet højden hører man ikke trafikken. Kun 5. min gang til Oxford Circus station og 9 min gang til Bond Street station, så er man dækket ind på de fleste linjer. Alt shopping starter ved Oxford Circus. Og teater distriktet er lige rundt om hjørnet.

Third time staying here and it has definitely gotten more run down. The towels are like rags, we had to call for toilet paper because they didn’t refill. Then on bill there were service charges and when we asked they said that was if we wanted to leave a tip for staff but it was at our discretion. If we hadn’t asked we would’ve been charged an extra 200$. I would advise guests to beware I have never heard of this at a hotel before.

The property is not as described. Rooftop restaurant and bar were both closed for private events 3/4 nights of our stay! Would not have booked if we had known! The Treehouse Hotel London website, and its advertisement on Hotels.com is full of images of the lovely rooftop bar, the Nest, and its scenic outlook restaurant, Madera. The hotel does not really have a lobby or other areas for guests to spend time, it is only these two areas where you can order a drink, have food, or entertain clients. During our four night stay, on three of the four nights these facilities were closed for private events. One one evening, when we had invited clients to come over to our hotel and enjoy the famous rooftop bar, we were told that yet again the facilities were closed for a private event. The staff told us we could order Room Service instead. This was, of course, totally inappropriate - imagine asking our clients to hang out in our bedroom and order room service! There was a very bad smell coming out of our air conditioning that smelled like rotten food. It got to the point that we could not use the air conditioning anymore. We asked the staff to move us, but they said the only room available was 'under the restaurant' and would be very loud (as there was a big private event going on, which we were not allowed to go to!). They are famous for their breakfast, and while the food tasted good, the server messed up our order. Terrible experience all around.

Check in was incredibly strange. They asked us how long we were staying. Didn’t ask for ID. No acknowledgement that they had our booking. “Welcome…we see you are with us for 3 nights. Your breakfast is included on the 15th floor, served between (insert hours) our bar is located on (x) floor….” Etc etc Would have been a normal greeting. This was nothing of the sort. They asked for our deposit and then sent us on our way with no info. Didn’t know if breakfast required a reso, or what floor it was on or when it was served. Our shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom. We called 4 times to get it remedied. Came back after a long day out and about and it wasn’t fixed. They put us in another room. There was a dirty sock on the floor (that didn’t belong to us). The location is great, and bed was extremely comfortable. For the price, we would never stay there again. If you are looking for similar pricing, and great location book the Broadwick. It’s fabulous and the service is unmatched.
