Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

The staff were very poorly informed of services in the hotel. The check in took far too long. The transport from terminal 5 and back is pathetic! All the hotels need to get together to provide a comfortable reliable transport. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Ideal location for staying over the day before a flight from Heathrow. Excellent restaurant and bar area.

Whilst we’d previously stayed at the Sheraton Skyline Heathrow, this was our first stay at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. All round, it was probably the best value for money, Heathrow hotel we’ve stayed in at. From the friendly staff at check in, who were polite, helpful and quick. Our room was a nice size, very clean and with a comfortable bed. We ate in the hotels Flat Iron Grill. The meal was lovely, a great menu and was very reasonable. Very polite and attentive restaurant staff, who provided first class service. I used the 24 hr gym. It’s a good size, clean and well equipped With a range of CV machines, weight machines, dumbbells and floor space etc. The Sheraton Hotel Heathrow is easy to get to and a stone’s throw from Terminal 5. I would highly recommend the hotel and wil definitely use it again.

朝食は、メニューが充実していて、とても満足でした。 空港Terminal5からは、路線バス（1.75ポンドで、クレジットカードのタッチ決裁で乗車時支払い）で１駅目で下車5分程度＋徒歩５分程度で到着できるため、とても便利。バス停からホテルが見えていて、間違いなく安全に到着できます。 帰路も、同じ路線バスの道路を渡ったところにあるバス停まで徒歩５分＋バス１駅でTerminal5で空港まで5分程度で到着できるため、とっても便利で速く空港に到着できます。
