Easy to find, large car park, excellent staff, room was ok, a little tired but fine really. The restaurant was very good, except for the desserts which were quite bland! 10 minute drive to terminal 3 for our flight. Will definitely stay again!

There is a hotel shuttle from the airport. It costs £7 each way and might be a 45 minute wait. Taxis are £28 and Uber £12. The receptionist are kind and helpful. One gentleman offered to take my postcard to a mail drop since they didn’t offer the service at the hotel.

Just what we needed, with an early flight from Heathrow. Only surprise and disappointment was when we discovered that their shuttle only comes once an hour AND we each had to pay 6.5 GBP per ride. In the US, shuttles are free unless noted. Otherwise, everyone and everything was great.

Very close to terminal 5. Comfortable room. Restaurant, bar and check in closes at midnight. Our flight was delayed and we barely made the check in. Transport to airport by Hoppa not frequent and when we asked the hotel to book a taxi, we got a car hire instead which was more expensive than a taxi.

The property is nice but we got there in the afternoon and trash was outside several rooms in that hall on the first floor. One room (across the hall from us) had 3 empty 750ml Jack Daniels bottles. That was cause for concern. We went to dinner and had housekeeping drop an additional towel in our room. When we came back the trash was still in the hall. I would have thought they saw it and picked it up, but not the case. The second issues were the stains on our sheets. Lastly, the service in the pub was horrible, to say the least, and the food even worse. I had the steak sandwich and the meat was thin and tough.

Stayed one night as convenient to Terminal 5. Staff pleasant but disappointed with overall cleanliness and standard. Bar and Grill was good. Breakfast tables cleared promptly and re-layed but without being wiped down at all. Corridors to rooms had lots of trays from room service which did not appear to be collected very quickly and dirty cups outside our room on arrival still there when we checked out. Dirty towels in bathroom from previous occupants unacceptable, poor quality, old towels. Bedside light not working. Overall did not have a feeling of being cleaned properly. No view from room.

The stay was unexpected due to a cancelled flight at LHR. The room appeared very clean and nice. Sadly I got bedbug bites on my legs and feet from here. The breakfast was good and I included it in my stay. I would for sure recommend to purchase the add on.

It's a nice enough hotel for a layover. Not much airplane noise. The "Hoppa" bus takes about 30 minutes. The bed is comfy. It's freshly renovated and modern looking. You can control the temperature. The only real down side is that the room lighting is poor. The lights have bad PWM flicker, so if you are one of the people who sees that, it kind of sucks. When you move quickly, there's a strobe sensation like a nightclub or hallucination. It's so bad that my phone and laptop camera picked it up and Zoom/Facetime calls were impossible. There's not a lot of lighting in the room and I had to use a flashlight to see inside some of my bags... but if you need dark in the daytime to sleep, it's great.

Very happy with our stay. The hotel allows dogs to stay in the rooms, which was ideal for us, as we were travelling with our dog. If there is one criticism, it is that the room has a very small window and no overhead lighting, making it very dark.

Decent enough for an early start at Heathrow T5. My room was fairly spacious and had working air con. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but adequate enough. The mattress seemed very old. The hotel was bigger than I expected and I wasn’t there long so didn’t try any facilities so can’t comment on. It was fairly straightforward to get to the airport, even before 5am. Would probably stay again if I had an early T5 start.

The staff was very nice, clean, quiet room, the airport shuttle was on time. Our only issue is we left a lightweight dark blue down jacket in the closet ( room 1343?) on May 10-11. We wanted to know if they could mail it back to us at our expense ( it’s worth $150) We called and were told to email the request. We did but never heard back. 😢

Urghh! The staff was the biggest disappointment. After we checked in our room around 10pm, we noticed we didn’t have air. we attempted to call the front desk. They never answered. I had to go down to the front desk to request assistance. 45 minutes later, no one showed. I called again, no answer. It’s now around midnight. They changed our room to a double instead of a king, but never offered a refund. We we happier with the second room, because the first room had a funny smell. The room was is decent condition except for the brown stain on the bathroom ceiling. In the morning, my husband noticed he forget his toothbrush. We attempted to call the front desk, no answer again. The only other complaint was that the To-Go menu didn’t have food descriptions so couldn’t tell what accompanying sides or additions were I caused in the meal.

At check-in they told me they couldn’t process my credit card and they asked for a 2nd credit card. Now, they have charged me on BOTH credit cards. I called the hotel but they will not respond or issue a refund. Don’t trust Sheraton Heathrow London by Marriott!

Required hotel to catch morning flight at Heathrow – fitted the bill. Confusion caused by TWO Sheraton hotels on the same road was unhelpful – cab driver didn't even know, required a further cab at £25 to get to the correct one. Suggest creating clearer delineation between the two with secondary names or branding.

The hotel room was spacious, the shower OK, the bed was saggy and poor lighting! Overall it was pleasant enough and the hotel interior felt fairly business like. The worst aspects was the food in the bar area! We ordered Cod and Chips at a cost of £19.00 each! The fish was NOT Cod! It was thin, tasteless and greasy with a thick black skin coated in thick batter! They shrugged it off, offering another choice, but no refund. You would expect better from a Sheraton Hotel!

Decent hotel near Heathrow airport. Breakfast buffet was really good. On site restaurant was good. Not great, but good. Bar on site has food available although we didn't eat there. Drinks seemed a little pricey.... But then again, it is in the greater London area.

Stayed night before early flight, room lovely and comfortable. What spoiled it was the fact we went down to bar for a drink for something light as it was 8pm and had eaten at 3.30pm so just ordered glass of wine and beer with some nachos and chips. £44.44!!!!! They were cheap nachos with squirts of guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Chips were dry and hard. Such a shame. Rest of hotel you couldn’t fault.

This hotel is good for anyone doing an overnight stay from or for Heathrow Airport. Breakfast is nourishing but lunch and dinner menu options are limited. Bar is only open from 5pm not good if you want a drink beforehand.

Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Reception staff were excellent .Akhil looked after us and the room was clean and well presented. Evening meal was good value and the breakfast was also very good

Restaurant closes at 9:45pm and last order for room service is 10:45pm. I placed an order to room service at 9:50pm. Order never showed up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. My evening meal was delicious and the server was very attentive, and the selection of food for breakfast was amazing.

As big tea drinkers had to ask for extra complimentary milk sachets which the staff were more than happy to supply to the room.

Got in late with a child and the check in staff was not very friendly nor helpful. The room assigned was on the first floor but felt like it was in the staff headquarters in the back wing of the building past the airline crew room which was very loud at night. The room was a decent size but there was mold all over the walls of the bathroom and it smelled a little like mildew in there. If it hadn’t been so late at night traveling with a child, I would have asked to switch rooms. The buffet breakfast we paid extra for was a nice spread with good variety, which was nice. And the front desk staff then were much more hospitable and helpful! Overall, good for convenience to airport and the shuttle was not too expensive but I would likely try another hotel next time.
