Our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was nothing in the mini bar, not even water in the room. The restaurant and bar were closed so nothing to eat bar what was in the vending machine, would have been nice to have known this when we booked

I love that they secured the gates to the hotel by 11pm. It made me feel safe. Be warned though, the air conditioning is not allowed to function below 25 c (77•f) which was too hot for me and the water temperature varied wildly and for no reason between scalding hot and tepid warm in the same 10 minute shower. Don’t leave your little ones to shower by themselves! Other than that, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to have breakfast on site. The bacon and scrambled eggs could have been cooked longer IMO, but the fruit, juice, and bread selection was good. I enjoyed my stay.

Chambre 302: une latte au sol du parquet est mal fixée risque de chute. Signalé au personnel qui n’a pas pris cela en compte a priori. La couette mise à disposition était sale ( trace suspecte ) et avait une odeur très désagréable. La salle de bain est très bien. The good; breakfast. Very nice. The bad; Sound isolation is non-existent - especially the door out to the hallway. Also; Poor English even in reception (Except for one guy). The ugly; Cleaning personell stole money. I had 30 euros in a see through mesh pocket with zipper inside my travelling bag. The bag was on my room the entire stay. I don't know which day it was stolen, but I realised it the evening my last day when packing. I reported it as I was 100% sure I hadn't used/misplaced them. This was a Friday, so management was not back until Monday I was told. But monday came and the whole week gone - they did not contact me at all. Only 30 euros, but still. Not professional.
