La puerta del ascensor me golpeó un hombro y estoy pendiente de hacer radiografía. Luego me doy cuenta que el ascensor tiene deficiencias grabes indicadas en inspección realizada en junio de 2025. El hotel no informa a los clientes ni tampoco impide el uso. Poniendo en grave peligro a los clientes.

Nice and clean hotell with a service-minded and friendly staff. The room was good. The sleepingsofa could have had a better mattress, but for one night it was ok. Nice and sizeable bath and toilett. Breakfast ok for the price we paid, but do not have high expectations. Perfect with parking just outside the hotel.

Seleccioné un holiday inn para tener un servicio conocido, pero definitivamente es el mas deteriorado que me ha tocado. La habitación olía a cigarro, como que fumaron en ella pero no le pudieron quitar el olor impregnado del todo. Por la noche el ruido de las otras habitaciones no dejaban dormir, hacian còmo reuniones en las habitaciones y nadie les decía nada, una terminó a las 3 am y otra cerca de las 6 am La verdad decepcionado del servicio de un holiday inn

The hotel overall was clean, quiet, and pleasant to stay in; however, the shower faced downwards and would not stay up in an appropriate position. We had also specifically requested a room away from the elevators so it would be quiet; however, our room was the second room away from the lobby where the elevator is. Although that it technically a bit away from the elevator, the reason for asking is so it would be quiet; however, being near the lobby is not quiet. The staff person who checked us in was considerate and closed the fire doors between the lobby and hallway with rooms on the first night; however, the other 3 nights the staff did not do this, and it was quite loud. The breakfast was included and was good, although for vegetarians the choices are primarily pastries, fruits, and beverages.

Après un voyage fatiguant, ma famille et moi sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 00h20. Comme nous dînions tôt, j'ai essayé d'acheter des sandwichs dans un distributeur automatique à côté de la réception. Comme cela ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai demandé à la réceptionniste si elle pouvait m'aider d'une manière ou d'une autre et elle m'a clairement répondu qu'elle n'avait pas la clé et qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Je lui ai expliqué notre situation et que les enfants avaient faim et elle a clairement dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire pour nous. A côté de la réception se trouve un café où nous avons vu qu'ils avaient servi des boissons à quelques clients et à 2 policiers qui étaient présents, ce qui me laisse penser qu'une solution aurait pu être présentée pour au moins satisfaire la faim des enfants, même si c'était le cas. avec un morceau de fruit.

En general excelente estancia! Sobre todo la atención de Alejandro y Claudia en la Recepción muy buena, amables y eficientes! En el comedor, Ana merece destacar por su paciencia y gran servicio, a pesar de la cantidad de gente en el Desayuno.

Good hotel in the new northern urban area it’s good for touring or to access MAD - 12 minutes drive. Not well located for the center of Madrid as being on edge of industrial / warehouse but has footbridge across main road in front of hotel where many shopping and dining options.

Este hotel está en una excelente ubicación para accesar la ciudad y el aeropuerto, razón por la que lo escogimos. Dado que buscabamos una combinación entre buen precio, comodidad y ubicación. El desayuno es muy bueno. Se puede pedir delivery a la habitación. También en las cercanías hay locales comerciales.

Es un hotel en medio de una zona industrial. Está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto pero lejísimos de Madrid centro. Cada Uber o Bolt salía en 30 euros de ida y de vuelta. La parada más cercana del metro es a media hora caminando. Definitivamente es una locura. El desayuno muy bien, todo muy fresco y rico. Las habitaciones mucha bulla y sucias en general. Creo que mi exigencia es mucho pero se siente un hotel pobre. Si es para una noche si pero si es para conocer Madrid jamás

O hotel é perfeito quando se precisa de um quarto renovado, estacionamento, boa cama, otimo chuveiro, silencioso, perto do Aeroporto. O café da manha é excelente ele fala que é continental porque nao faz pratos quentes (ovos mexidos, bacon, etc). Mas tem todas as outras coisas, queijos, paes presuntos, iogurtes, frutas cereais, etc. Mas ainda colocaram ovos cozidos e salsicha. É de fato um excelente cafe da manha. A equipe é otima,. Apesar de nao ter restaurante, indicaram uma pizzaria que fez a entrega em 30 min e estava muito boa. Como é perto do Aeroporto, fica ao lado da rodovia, mas é muito silencioso. O cafe da manha comeca as 7h.

Staff was amazing- helpful and informative, but according to the list it had laundry facilities (turns out it was only dry cleaning services), it was near a metro (it was a zone 2 metro and would take more than an hour to get to the city central. It was in a very industrial part of town and without a car, it not possible to get around. We ended up leaving after one night due to location and lack of laundry service and could not get a refund.

An old building and old rooms. For what I paid, around 130€ per 1 night it is absolutely crazy! I asked for a silent room and all the night a big noise for the general air fan (the AC was set off) and the electrical system of the room (finally I had to remove the key card). Very bad esperience!
