Excellent hotel , great area wonderful Breakfast ( waffles) , eggs , bacon. Very well trained staff , safe area, Wonderful rest place after a long flight. Extremely quiet, not to close to the airport but worth the extra few minutes. Parking safe and awesome. A very nice hotel, its worth the money! Thank you for the great stay .

We stayed one night before a flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. We walked to the nearby mall for dinner (typical mall food). The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and coffee pot. Shower snd bed both very good except, as others mentioned, the notorious flat, floppy pillows which were truly awful. Breakfast was actually quite good and it was easy to take a ride share to the airport (there’s no shuttle).

The rooms were very small. Communication was difficult. But the worse part was, the bathroom and part of our room flooded every time we took a shower. We reported the issue and maintenance was unable to fix it.

The room was excellent (10/10). Very clean, comfortable mattresses, and a spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities. - breakfast is not worthy of a “by Hilton” chain. There are hardly enough tables available; it is a small area for the number of guests the hotel has. There is almost always a queue to get coffee or any food, except towards the very end of breakfast service (10:30 am). I heard that the Nutella had run out at 10:00 am and was not refilled. Again, the common breakfast area, where you almost have to share tables or wait carefully to find a comfortable place to sit before serving yourself, does not match the quality–price ratio. As for the variety, it is acceptable: both sweet and savory options are available, which is appreciated. There is also freshly cut fruit and hot dishes. However, due to the limited space, the options are also limited. - gym consists of 3 treadmills, 3 stationary bikes, one elliptical machine, dumbbells up to 18 kg, one bench, and a cable machine with only one handle. In my opinion, it does not meet the quality or amenities expected for the price paid (over €100 per night). - The free parking is outdoors and almost the same as parking on the street, as anyone can access it. The underground parking is paid, even for hotel guests. - This is not the hotel’s fault but rather the guests who smoke inside the rooms despite it being prohibited. On the third day, the bathroom smelled slightly of tobacco at night.

The hotel was very clean and had good natural lighting in the lobby. The rooms looked new and clean, plus I loved how bright the lights were in the bathroom. I hate whenever a bathroom is too dim, but this hotel had nice lighting everywhere. The breakfast was good and varied. We asked for extra pillows on both nights staying there and received none. On the second night we told reception we didn’t receive a pillow and was told he couldn’t leave reception because he was by himself. Reception didn’t write anything down after saying there was no record of requesting the pillow the previous day. Guess what no pillow received on second day. Poor service from reception probably due to manning the bar as well.

Ligger ca 25-30 från centrala Madrid - perfekt för oss som skulle spela Padel på La Vida Padel - max 5 min promenad. Bra avstånd till flygplatsen också, ca 10 min med Taxi. Dock finns det nästan ingen annat runt omkring förutom en bensinstation.

El hotel está bien cuidado, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y en general buen trato de los empleados. El desayuno completo y bueno. Muy buena ubicación para ir al aeropuerto, hay centros comerciales cerca y puedes pasear, comer, etc. En Madrid todavía hacian 30 grados, no estaría de más tener la piscina funcionando los días de calor tan potente.
