Lo elegí porque está cerca del aeropuerto y acepta mascota. Buen precio-calidad, pero la cobranza de 15 euros por mascota debería ser por toda la estadía como otros hoteles en que me he hospedado, no por diaria.

Hotel y personal aceptable. Encontrar el hotel horroroso, sin parkin ni acceso directo, hay que ir arrastrando las maletas desde unos 500 metros que se logra aparcar, hasta el hotel. Personal amable y atento, el hotel un desastre.Ni ubicación ni acceso.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

La limipieza de los baños no es luy eficaz, se sentia una olor a alcantarilla cada vez que abria la puerta del baño. Una de las toallas estaba sucia. Uno de los ascensores el del lado derecho no funcionaba bien, cada vez que pedía ir al piso 3 me mandaba al 2 y después no podía acceder a ese piso, incluso colocando la llave, no funcionaba.

Trato pésimo, además de saber inglés, se debería saber de geografía. No saber dónde está Murcia, es lastimoso. No somos Andalucía como intentaron poner en el checking de entrada. Sin nevera en la habitación, la moqueta del pasillo apestaba a humedad y el agua caliente NO funcionaba. Pet friendly si, pero le dieron comida de gato a mi perra como regalo. Malo, malísimo. Lo único bueno, el desayuno. No volveré a este alojamiento. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Colchón duro, suciedad debajo de la cama, y ducharse en esa ducha, es horrible. Hotel claro ejemplo de como hemos normalizado la mediocridad como algo bueno.

Es un buen hotel, ubicado cerca de varias empresas, el metro esta como a 15 minutos caminando, el desayuno esta muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto, es que pague el Early checkIn, llegue a las 8 am, y la habitación me la entregaron a las 10 am. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Es un buen hotel, ubicado cerca de varias empresas, el metro esta como a 15 minutos caminando, el desayuno esta muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto, es que pague el Early checkIn, llegue a las 8 am, y la habitación me la entregaron a las 10 am. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

La atención de la recepción es deficiente, debe de ser más empática la recepcionista con las personas. Las 2 recepcionistas españolas tuvieron un trato desigual para las personas de su país que para un servidor que soy mexicano, cuando le pregunté direcciones e indicaciones para salir de ese lugar tan alejado de la ciudad se molestó y dijo que no sabía, recomiendo poner micrófonos y camaras para grabar al trabajador

No ofrecen soluciones a cualquier planteaminto basandose solo en las politicas del hotel. Ademas el servicio de desayuno muy desorganizado y deficiente. Evitar si es posible.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Realmente muy desagradable trato a los huespedes, incluyendo el gerente. No consideran las politicas de hoteles.com, ya que su intermediario es expedia. No ofrecen soluciones a cualquier planteaminto basandose solo en las politicas del hotel. Ademas el servicio de desayuno muy desorganizado y deficiente. Evitar si es posible.

Hemos tenido un hotel acordé con lo esperado. Buena atención, sobre todo por las mañanas. El buffet variado y calidad buena. Valoro mucho que el zumo de naranja sea natural. En general un hospedaje tranquilo y grato. Muy buena experiencia.
