Das Hotel ist merklich alt. Mit anderen 4Sterne-Hotels kann es sich nicht messen. Außer “Body&Hair“ gab es keinerlei Pflegeprodukte (richtige Handseife, Creme, …) Das Schwimmbad konnte nicht benutzt werden und beim Öffnen der Saunatür hatte man Angst diese kaputt zu machen. Für das Schließfach in den Umkleiden und die Nutzung des Whirlpools (welcher allerdings auch nicht genutzt werden konnte) hätte man Kleingeld gebraucht (2,50€ für ein paar Minuten Whirlpool). Das Frühstück war okay, allerdings wirkte das Hotel bei normalen Wochenendaufkommen überfordert (mehrmals keine sauberen Teller verfügbar, Hinweis zum Auffüllen von mehreren Sachen notwendig, Kaffee aus Thermosbehältern am Wochenende, obwohl es unter der Woche einen Kaffee-Vollautomat gab,…)
