Love the location of this hotel and the staff is amazingly friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. The pool area small but beautiful. Somewhat overpriced though. Funny not having any BBC or CNN available. I am okay with it though as I speak Spanish.

Very clean- didn’t pay for breakfast. The television wasn’t working properly- i mentioned this to reception and the lady said to swipe, got onto a channel but it was blurry. I couldn’t go past, so gave up. Also didn’t like the way I wars treated at check in initially saying that they had not received payment for my hotel asking me to wait although she gave me the key to my room. In the end it was resolved by the other staff about 10 minutes after. Overall the stay was good. Would stay again possibly because the beach accessibility was perfect and the area too. May try other hotels in the area. Loved the fact that there was a balcony and the cleaning lady was also great.

We were given a family room on floor 5 which was not what we booked. The air conditioning was dreadful even though we left it on all day & night. The WiFi did not work at all in the room only outside. The balcony was supposed to have a sea view but it did not unless you stood up and looked to the side as it was on the roof of the building which had the dining room in it so had all the chimneys in front of it. The power went early in the morning so we had no lights air con and some sockets didn’t work.

Great location if you want easy access to the beach. We had an ocean view room which was nice. The bathroom was updated and the pool area was okay. Friendly and helpful staff.
