Just bring clothes and food! Everything was so well provided otherwise! Bringing food is optional due to all the eateries in close proximity. The trolley is about a block away which we took to Bricktown and Paycom Center. Never had to get our car out of the secure parking the entire weekend! The apartment is so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. And the tenants I met are so nice and welcoming! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Accurate description of property located on the second floor of the 1928 Sieber Motor Hotel. What lovely, thoughtfully planned out decor and details throughout the property. Location cannot be beat. Walkable to coffee shops/bakery and restaurants. Nice to have covered gated parking. Property felt safe and secure. We had activities planned in Norman for OU parent weekend - was easy drive to/from property. Check in details provided by owner had a typo and we panicked that we could not access keys. I would have liked a contact number for such emergencies- maybe it was in my info but could not find. Luckily, I found the correct code in the detailed pictures that were attached to the written instructions. Overall experience was A++, would definitely stay here again.

Everything is as advertised here and better. If you love old buildings you'll love this wonderful, spacious & light filled apt. Kitchen filled with all needed for cooking/eating. Parking is gated and secure. Entry is simple with no fussy locks etc. Location is fantastic for access to shops and restaurants tho on an extremely quiet street. We will return !

Great location to downtown OKC. Very clean cute little apartment. Also wheel chair accessible with your own bathroom chairs. So much better than staying in a hotel. And if you get a sweet tooth in the middle of the night insomnia cookie will deliver!

This was a Great place to stay!!! Easy access to any place we wanted to go. We did have a few nights that the outside patio was really loud after quiet, and the only other problem was the elevator stopped working the day before we left. My mom is 82 so the elevator was necessary for her!

We were in Oklahoma City for a friend’s multi-day birthday celebration. The location of the building was convenient to downtown events and museums. The accommodations offered wonderful natural light, it was clean, bed was comfortable, it had the charm of an old building with a beautiful facelift, and the residents of the building were very friendly. An issue with the microwave was attended to within minutes of contacting our host and a new microwave was installed the same day. We highly recommend this place for anyone planning a stay in Midtown Oklahoma City!

Live in Dallas and traveled to OKC for the Edith Head exhibit. We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra day once we knew we could book another night. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean, pictures were accurate best of all no surprises. Directions for check in and getting keys were a bit wonky for me but I have a hard time finding my way out of a parking lot most of the time. Host was nice and responded quickly.

This sunshine-filled apartment in Midtown OKC was the perfect space for us! The location can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and boutiques. If you’d rather drive, then everywhere you want to be will only take you a few minutes in the car! The area is safe and the people you might meet are so kind and welcoming! The apartment has everything you need including comfy beds, lots of towels, wifi, and even shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and soap. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home, for real. The condo was bright, airy, comfortable and neatly decorated. Enjoying your morning beverage with the rising of the sun filling the room was relaxing. The condo is 1 block from the transit system that can take you almost anywhere around downtown, including the OKC Memorial, the Banjo Museum, Myriad Gardens or if like us, a concert at the Paycom Center. The food around the city is scrumptious. We enjoyed the pizza and service at Hideaway Pizza. The OKC area is riddled with some amazing history and museums. Expect to spend about 4+ hours at the Memorial.

This 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for our family of three. Perfect location to get to the Convention Center for our daughters cheer competition. It was great to have the kitchen so we could relax in the morning and evening without having to go out if we didn’t want to. Property manager sent out clear instructions on checking in/out. Definitely recommend.

If you’d rather drive, then everywhere you want to be will only take you a few minutes in the car! The area is safe and the people you might meet are so kind and welcoming! The apartment has everything you need including comfy beds, lots of towels, wifi, and even shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and soap. We would definitely stay again!

Everything is as advertised here and better. If you love old buildings you'll love this wonderful, spacious & light filled apt. Kitchen filled with all needed for cooking/eating. Parking is gated and secure. Entry is simple with no fussy locks etc. Location is fantastic for access to shops and restaurants tho on an extremely quiet street. We will return !

This 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for our family of three. Perfect location to get to the Convention Center for our daughters cheer competition. It was great to have the kitchen so we could relax in the morning and evening without having to go out if we didn’t want to. Property manager sent out clear instructions on checking in/out. Definitely recommend.

My girlfriends and I came and stayed at the property and it was perfect for walking to breakfast at Harvey’s! It was clean and laid out well plenty of room and we would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Home away from home, for real. The condo was bright, airy, comfortable and neatly decorated. Enjoying your morning beverage with the rising of the sun filling the room was relaxing. The condo is 1 block from the transit system that can take you almost anywhere around downtown, including the OKC Memorial, the Banjo Museum, Myriad Gardens or if like us, a concert at the Paycom Center. The food around the city is scrumptious. We enjoyed the pizza and service at Hideaway Pizza. The OKC area is riddled with some amazing history and museums. Expect to spend about 4+ hours at the Memorial.

Great location to downtown OKC. Very clean cute little apartment. Also wheel chair accessible with your own bathroom chairs. So much better than staying in a hotel. And if you get a sweet tooth in the middle of the night insomnia cookie will deliver!

My daughter and I stayed here during the AQHA World show. Very comfortable place to come home to after a long day. Nice, secure parking. Easy access to local resturants.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay with our 17 month old. The building is quiet, beautiful and the apartment itself is gorgeous. We felt very at home there. Well stocked, clean, comfortable, huge, great beds and the natural light really does lift your mood.

Have stayed here a lot and this is my favorite apartment in the building. We always enjoy our stay in this building. The host is always helpful and gets back to you in a timely manner. My only complaint on this trip is that the living room area rug needs washed. I left a message on a note pad to that effect. Hopefully our next visit it will have been taken care of.

I was not able to access my accommodations. The note that the “main entrance closes after 6” implied that there were other entrances after six. However, that was not the case for my visit. I called the host and it said the phone was disconnected. I messaged the host, and the response I received later that morning was that she was in Europe. My sister and I were stranded outside at 2 in the morning after my flight was delayed, with no access to the building. I had to get a hotel for the night. When I came back the next morning to figure it out, the host was unavailable due to being in Europe, and the two contacts that she connected me with had either never been to visit the area, so they couldn’t help and the other person was busy with a baby shower. The host didn’t even bother getting my name right in the initial message. Just disappointed, as I’ve never had a bad Vrbo experience before this.
