We loved our stay at this hotel. It is modern, clean and has a great restaurant. We could also enjoy the rooftop pool a couple of times. The reception and restaurant staff were polite and professional. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall where there are planty of fast food restaurants if you want a quick, cheap meal.

The room is not really high end but the hotel has a very good breakfast and a nice roof top pool that was very enjoyable. There is a shopping mall next door for forgotten items and a good coffee.

Foi excelente. O quarto super confortável, cama mt boa,roupa de cama boas,café da manhã cm muitas opções e sempre repondo,amei demais. Agora o que deixa a desejar é a piscina,ela estava meio suja cm um pouco de lodo,precisam dar mais atenção a isso,pois a piscina fica em cima e é uma vista linda porém ela suja não tem como ficar dentro dela.

Tudo maravilhoso, desse da recepção com a Michele, com o Sr.Julio que nos receberam mto bem, com toda comodidade. Quarto ótimo com cama confortável, espaço mto bom. Café da manhã excelente. Usufrui bastante tb da academia, piscina, massagem no Espaço Zen, e ainda o acesso que tem ao Shopping Millenium. Com certeza irei voltar e levar a família tb. Um abraço com carinho em todos. A localização é boa pois tem um pequeno shopping anexo. No geral o quarto é bem confortável. Entretanto duas coisas incomodaram bastante: a noite haviam 3 baratas pequenas circulando pelo chão do quarto, e a torneira da pia é horrível, daquelas que fecha sozinha (inapropriada para esse uso) e a pressão é imensa, espirrando água em toda a nossa roupa.

A estadia foi boa de um modo geral. O corpo de funcionários é muito educado e acolhedor. Nossas solicitações foram sempre atendidas. Encontramos por duas noite,ao retornar ao hotel, pequenas baratas . Foi fornecido pela recepção um spray. Após aplica-lo em todo o quarto,as baratas não mais apareceram. O café da manhã é bom . Todos os alimentos de boa qualidade.

Achei o hotel bom. minha única queixa é sobre a limpeza. Matei 3 baratinhas no meu quarto. E soube de colegas que estavam em outros quartos que também tinha baratas. Inadmissível isso. Tive que pedir para colocar sabonete, pois não colocavam diariamente. E a toalha (quarto duplo), só colocaram 1 e sem toalha de banho. Tive que solicitar tambem.

A estadia só não foi nota 10 devido ao cheiro forte de morfo no quarto, MT decepcionante. o hotel em geral é muito bom, atendentes simpáticos, piscina boa, vista bonita, quarto grande e espaçoso, restaurante bom, café da manhã variado, massssss o bendito morfo transformou o descanso em rinite atacada.

Segunda vez nesse hotel. Experiência excelente. Equipe toda muito simpática, desde as camareiras até o pessoal do café da manhã. Cama confortável, quarto amplo, ótimo café da manhã, ótimo chuveiro. Excelente localização “dentro” do shopping, facilitando muito a alimentação e compras. O único ponto negativo é que não há um cofre nos quartos, mas nada que comprometa.

Bathrooms are not the cleanest. They don’t have a safe. The bed sheets don’t have the elastic to hold on to the mattress so if you move a lot you will be sleeping directly at the mattress. My brother’s bed felt like he was sleeping in a deep hole. The restaurant was good and we ate excellent fish. I love the city view and that the hotel is next to the millenium shopping and close to the Amazonas shopping but not coming back.

Retornamos à recepção, informamos e ocorrido e rapidamente disponibilizaram outro quarto. Limpeza excelente, toalhas limpinhas e produtos ok. Café da manhã muito bom! Único ponto negativo é a internet, que é muito instável. Foi nossa segunda hospedagem no hotel e, na primeira, a internet nem funcionando estava, então, entendemos que é algo recorrente...

Property is connected to a small mall which is nice. But property is noisy!! The Carnival celebrations were loud and went into the early mornings. The rooms on G3 and 3rd floor not real good. Seem smaller. Need to be updated. 18th floor room was nice. Room service was prompt. Transportation pickup confused most Uber drivers.

The pros: The hotel is at an excellent location, inside a small shopping mall (millenium shopping) and close to another bigger mall. It is also close to centro (downtown). and halfway to the airport. The staff is nice, and the breakfast is excellent, with a variety of breads, fruits and breakfast meats. The cons: The wifi is horrible. It never worked well for all days that I was there. If you are here for work, and need wifi, be careful. One night a man entered our room. I screamed scared, and he claimed he entered the wrong room. The next day I brought it to the attention of the person in the reception who said he would let the manager know. 2 days went by and no one contacted me. I asked to speak to the manager, told him what happened he said he would investigate. He called me back at the end of the day and said he could not find anything on who entered the room, and that the key was not activated. I felt completely gaslighted. He offered nothing to apologize for this mistake. I did not feel safe for the entire remainder of my stay as I was a woman traveling alone with a child. I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff, with the exception of a few members, was NOT service oriented. I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. I have at hotel at least 5 previous years. The quality of the restraunt food and service has fallen. Room conditions have declined. My bill contained major errors. It felt like the hotel was trying to scam me. They did not english. Communications was frustrating.

I loved that there were a couple malls within walking distance including one next door with a food court. The staff made us a to go breakfast since we had an early flight the next morning. The beds were ok for a night or 2.

I used Google Translate with one staff member, but that was completely fine; after all, I’m the visitor who doesn’t speak the language. I loved that there were a couple malls within walking distance including one next door with a food court. The staff made us a to go breakfast since we had an early flight the next morning. The beds were ok for a night or 2.

Property is connected to a small mall which is nice. But property is noisy!! The Carnival celebrations were loud and went into the early mornings. The rooms on G3 and 3rd floor not real good. Seem smaller. Need to be updated. 18th floor room was nice. Room service was prompt. Transportation pickup confused most Uber drivers.

The pros: The hotel is at an excellent location, inside a small shopping mall (millenium shopping) and close to another bigger mall. It is also close to centro (downtown). and halfway to the airport. The staff is nice, and the breakfast is excellent, with a variety of breads, fruits and breakfast meats. The cons: The wifi is horrible. It never worked well for all days that I was there. If you are here for work, and need wifi, be careful. One night a man entered our room. I screamed scared, and he claimed he entered the wrong room. The next day I brought it to the attention of the person in the reception who said he would let the manager know. 2 days went by and no one contacted me. I asked to speak to the manager, told him what happened he said he would investigate. He called me back at the end of the day and said he could not find anything on who entered the room, and that the key was not activated. I felt completely gaslighted. He offered nothing to apologize for this mistake. I did not feel safe for the entire remainder of my stay as I was a woman traveling alone with a child. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is modern, clean and has a great restaurant. We could also enjoy the rooftop pool a couple of times. The reception and restaurant staff were polite and professional. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall where there are planty of fast food restaurants if you want a quick, cheap meal.

Estive neste mesmo hotel ano passado, muito bom, seguranca nota 10, limpeza nota 10, atendimento excelente, mas com relacao ao restaurante teve uma pequena caida, problemas que ja existiam ano passado como cardapio pouco variado e hora de funcionamento sem ser 24 horas, ficou um pouquinho pior, demora para a comida chegar, falta de troco e as vezes itens pedidos sao esquecidos como meu cafe da manha que por duas vezes vieram sem a xicara e tive que pedir para trazerem, mas sao apenas pequenos incomodos, a comida é maravilhosa e pretendo voltar no fim do ano de novo.

Quarto grande, cama confortável, ar gelava bem. Ralo do chuveiro entupiu, molhou o banheiro todo. Mas consertaram no mesmo dia. Sabonete bem ruim! Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de tudo e é colado ao Shopping. O café da manhã achei bem fraco, poucas variedades, só teve suco de laranja duas vezes em 5 dias.
