O hotel é bom, mas precisa de reparos urgentes nos elevadores (um está sem uso há bastante tempo), nos armários dos apartamentos (que estão muito danificados) e na academia (está realmente precisando de melhorias urgentes. A equipe é ótima, o hotel é limpo e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. Bom custo/beneficio.

A acomodação foi boa, pessoal da recepção tb atenciosos; porém deixa a desejar em alguns quisitos. O andar que estavamos hospedados estava com o botão do elevador quebrado e tinhamos que descer um andar para poder descer. voltamos a nos hospedar 3 dias depois e o botão continuava quebrado.

Booked this for the pool, only to find it was being renovated. This was nit advised even though i booked no more than month in advance. What's more the noise of the works could be herd past 18:00. Whole building was dated and life less with no charter particularly the restaurant which is plain and echoing bathroom grout all mouldy. Deluxe had tiny single beds. No free Shuttle. Area is a dump

O hotel é ótimo, excelente localização. O café da manhã é super gostoso, com variedade de pães, frutas , sucos. Não tivemos problema com os elevadores, pelo contrário todos estavam funcionando normalmente.

I made two reservations on different dates. The first time I was given a key to the room and when I checked in there was a couple inside the room. The room was noisy from the old elevators and there was no insulation from outside noise. The second time I arrived three times the key did not open my room. The air conditioner did not work and they sent a technician to fix it. The elevators are very old and unpleasant to ride.

Good location and good rooms. Staff were nice. The bad - terrible breakfast. The worst was the constant breakdown of the lifts. We got stuck in the lift twice - a unpleasant experience with a full lift and the heat. It is obvious that this is an ongoing issue that they are not fixing. If you have issues getring stuck in a lift then don't sstay here.

Lo staff è simpatico, ma non è riuscito a risolvere dei problemi che ho avuto. È vicino al centro, ma se tornassi a Manaus, sceglierei un’altra opzione.

Staff was great and super helpful! Our flights were delayed and they ready and waiting when we arrived at 2:30 am for 5 rooms. Had heads on pillows by 3am ! Breakfast in the morning was a really good spread of foods too! And it went till 10 am which was super. Property is older and a little tired but it was clean, safe and very reasonable.

Chegamos no hotel por volta de 04h da manhã. O atendente que, por sinal foi bastante prestativo, percebeu que o quarto de casal que havíamos reservado estava sem lençóis na cama e nos forneceu. Mas ao chegarmos no quarto, o mesmo não tinha sido limpo, os lençóis não cobriam a cama, o banheiro estava com lixo nos cestos e o box completamente sujo. Até chegarmos ao quarto, levou cerca de meia hora, pois o atendente da recepção ao perceber que tinham disponibilizado um quarto que não estava limpo, tentou amenizar. Tivemos que descer e solicitar uma troca de quarto por um quarto limpo. Nos forneceram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas que pelo menos, estavam limpas. Até conseguirmos nos acomodar para dormir, era cerca de 05h da manhã. Não houve um pedido de desculpas por parte do hotel e muito menos desconto na diária por um quarto inferior. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.

Bem localizado, só isso. Sujo. Na arrumação do quarto só arrumam as camas. Meu chão e o chão do banheiro estavam imundos. Pedimos para trocar a toalha um dia e colocaram a mesma toalha de rosto (que estava no chão conforme solicitação do hotel). Acabou a cerveja em duas ocasiões. Acabou o queijo a noite, ou seja, você não podia pedir nenhum lanche com queijo. Se pedisse algo para o quarto, senta e espera…. Os atendentes são cordiais.

Em alguns, vejo que os móveis já estão bem danificados. De qualquer maneira, os apartamentos são bem confortáveis, modernos e muito limpos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. Tem uma piscina pequena, mas que atende às necessidades de quem quer se refrescar. A academia precisa de reparos e modernização. O atendimento é bom.

O hotel está localizado no Centro, muito próximo ao teatro, com bela vista para unidades frontais e mais altas. Fiquei na unidade 1131-1, que por esta lê no último andar sofria um pouco com a baixa pressão da água da ducha, e que demorava a esquentar. O box requer manutenção, pois o rejunte está muito sujo. O elevador é antigo e barulhento, especialmente para essa unidade que fica próxima da casa de máquinas. O atendimento é ótimo, é o café da manhã é bom e satisfatório, precisando só de alguns cuidados nos equipamentos do serviço (bandejas de plástico com os copos, ovos mexidos além do ponto, e repetição de salsicha nos 3 cafés que tomei). Em geral, é um bom hotel, e vale o custo-benefício.

O hotel por fora é simples mas atende perfeitamente para quem está de viagem a Manaus . O quarto duplo luxe é grande e o banheiro também e a cama super espaçosa. Não tive problemas com relação aos elevadores que estavam funcionando normalmente. O café da manhã é bom , tem opções de frutas, pães, ovos mexidos e ovos fritos , tapiocas, bolos .Concerteza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel .

Check in rápido, mas o cartão quase não abria. A porta. No dia seguinte, apos o café da manhã, não conseguimos abrir a porta e foi preciso ir na recepção. Elevadores antigos e demorados, café da manhã razoável. Agora o que mais incomodou foi o barulho. Quase impossível dormir. Barulho da via, batida de porta. Parecia que as pessoas dos outros quartos estavam dentro do nosso!

Check in rápido, mas o cartão quase não abria. A porta. No dia seguinte, apos o café da manhã, não conseguimos abrir a porta e foi preciso ir na recepção. Elevadores antigos e demorados, café da manhã razoável. Agora o que mais incomodou foi o barulho. Quase impossível dormir. Barulho da via, batida de porta. Sehr freundliches Personal. Allerdings sind insbesondere die unteren Zimmer aufgrund der dünnen Fenster und der Klimageräte direkt davor sowie der Strasse recht laut. Keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett und nur eine weitere freie in der ganzen Suite.

Tivemos que descer e solicitar uma troca de quarto por um quarto limpo. Nos forneceram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas que pelo menos, estavam limpas. Até conseguirmos nos acomodar para dormir, era cerca de 05h da manhã. Não houve um pedido de desculpas por parte do hotel e muito menos desconto na diária por um quarto inferior. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.

Very convenient location. Check in was extra painful. Had already registered, but still took over 30 min. They don't number their rooms like typical hotels. So, when they wrote the wrong floor number on the key sleeve, we had to hunt for the correct floor. No hot water when we went to take a shower. Room was clean but Spartan. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Very convenient location in Central neighborhood. Okay for a night. Would not have have wanted to be there for several.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they do not have a room for us! It was late at the night. We were told that the room air conditioner is not working. They did not have time to send out a note in the Hotel app, text or email. So we were totally unprepared. We had our tour bus pick up next day at this hotel, so we had to come back the next day early in the morning. It was chaotic to say the least. The staff were friendly but unapologetic. Not sure how often it happens but I wanted to share my experience with the community.

Os recepcionistas são todos muito agradáveis e buscam te ajudar em tudo, o café da manhã é muito gostoso, sempre variado. O local é bem centralizado, porém é longe de farmácias e restaurantes. Durante o dia o passeio a pé é garantido, a noite recomendo usar transporte.

I was a quick in and out from the Saint Paul, but felt well taken care of while there. The breakfast especially hit the spot. I would happily choose it again. BTW, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. 👍

Staff were excellent. Treated us with warmth and professional demeanor. Location was excellent, just blocks away from Teatro Amazonas, which has an excellent tour. Restaurant quite nice delicious self serve breakfast and ample dinner menu.

Good location and good rooms. Staff were nice. The bad - terrible breakfast. The worst was the constant breakdown of the lifts. We got stuck in the lift twice - a unpleasant experience with a full lift and the heat. It is obvious that this is an ongoing issue that they are not fixing. If you have issues getring stuck in a lift then don't sstay here.

Clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and so was the food in the restaurant. I chose Hotel Saint Paul because they have room safes. The hotel is nice but not fancy. The air conditioning works great though. It’s is near the Theatro Amazonias so you can walk there easily during the day. We were on the third floor and there was a lot of street noise at night, so if you need it quiet to sleep be sure to get a room on the higher floors.
