This hotel has great space areas, the rooms are comfortable the bed are just a little hard, they can provide transformer bio volts because this hotel is 220 and has not 110. Also has the city view in both sides. Just 20 minutes walking to the great mall, 10 minutes to the court, next to gas station and convenient store. Always has some cabs waiting in front of the hotel. The staff members are very respectful and helpful. The restaurant offer regional food and some good option and great breakfast. I think is time to painting inside the lobby. Make a huge clean carpet on the hallway or replace. Overall it is a good place to stay.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas a cama é super confortável, o quarto tem ótima climatização (o que é importantíssimo em Manaus) e a estrutura de piscina e salão de jogos é muito bem montada, aproveitamos bastante! Recomendo demais!

O atendimento é nota 1000, o café da manhã também, porém tenho 2 observações a fazer: Os azulejos da borda da piscina estavam demasiadamente sujos, e o ar condicionado do quarto ficava pingando água para dentro do quarto sempre que ele era desligado. Fora essas 2 observações, tudo ocorreu perfeitamente, todos os funcionários são muito solícitos, só tenho elogios.

Custo benefício ruim, valor da diária muito caro para aquilo que o hotel oferece, o terraço com a piscina me decepcionou bastante, pela foto parece grande e com uma vista incrível, mas pessoalmente ela é minúscula e a vista é tapada por uma proteção. A parte positiva é que os quartos são espaçosos, fora isso não acho que vale a pena pagar o preço cobrado.

Chuveiro do quarto 1503 simplesmente não esquenta direito. Reclamei 3x na recepção e nada de resolverem nem dar qualquer retorno em 5 diárias. Café da manhã fraco (suco de laranja nem era natural, não tinha expresso, pães parecendo velhos meio duros, etc.) para um hotel com esse valor de diária (praticamente 350 reais). E pra finalizar, toalha de banho rasgada (tenho foto). Em resumo, custo-benefício ruim.

We stayed in two hotel in Manaus—both in similar location and similar price. Blue Tree was a much better option—rooms are cleaner, food is better, and it’s closer to shopping mall and good restaurants. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Internet is good.

Hotel atende de forma geral. Tive um problema com ar condicionado que foi relatado no dia seguinte. Quando retornei foi dito estar resolvido, mas estava agora sem funcionar.. O pior foi chegar cansada do dia e encontrar o problema não resolvido. Felizmente a equipe disponibilizou outro quarto que apesar de não refrigerar muito estava possível de passar a noite. No mais destaco a gentileza da equipe, localização e limpeza.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas a região é um pouco barulhenta. O staff da recepção é bem simpatico e atencioso. Mas, precisei de um travesseiro extra para o joelho operado do meu marido e precisei pedir 3 vezes, e so recebi quase 2 horas depois, depois de muito insistir. O cafe da manha é OK. Nem ruim, nem espetacular. O apartamento é confortavel, mas necessita de algumas melhorias. Nao tenho certeza retornaria ao hotel!

I used this hotel just for my connecting flight the following morning(7:40 am). Due to jet lag, I could go to bed at 3am. Even though, I asked the front desk to make a wakeup calls both at 5am and 5:30am, but they did not. I missed the flight. I even wouldn't think about this devastating hotel.

The property is in good location and in less than 20 minutes you can go to centro by UBER. The breakfast is good. There is also a convieiet store at the gas station beside the hotel. The only issue that the drinking water at breakfast is not tasting very good. No free water bottle provided at room.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas a região é um pouco barulhenta. O staff da recepção é bem simpatico e atencioso. Mas, precisei de um travesseiro extra para o joelho operado do meu marido e precisei pedir 3 vezes, e so recebi quase 2 horas depois, depois de muito insistir. O cafe da manha é OK. Nem ruim, nem espetacular. O apartamento é confortavel, mas necessita de algumas melhorias. Nao tenho certeza retornaria ao hotel!

Chuveiro do quarto 1503 simplesmente não esquenta direito. Reclamei 3x na recepção e nada de resolverem nem dar qualquer retorno em 5 diárias. Café da manhã fraco (suco de laranja nem era natural, não tinha expresso, pães parecendo velhos meio duros, etc.) para um hotel com esse valor de diária (praticamente 350 reais). E pra finalizar, toalha de banho rasgada (tenho foto). Em resumo, custo-benefício ruim.

The property is in good location and in less than 20 minutes you can go to centro by UBER. The breakfast is good. There is also a convieiet store at the gas station beside the hotel. The only issue that the drinking water at breakfast is not tasting very good. No free water bottle provided at room.

We stayed here for a brief stopover in Manaus. The room was very clean and the staff kind and helpful. However the overall property is a little older and for example the pool area does not look like the same standard as the photos. Didnt get time to see the other amenities.
