I arrived and check in was seamless. The staff, Jocelyn, at the checking desk was professional and very welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my room and had everything I needed for the morning shuttle. I enjoyed the buffet as all food was fresh and delicious. I love this property for its proximity to the airport, great staff, and reliable shuttle. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The garden is lovely to relax in if time allows.

Todo esta bien, solo que cobran el estacionamiento y es algo molestp porque son $150 diarios. Y cuando me hospede me fueron a tocar la puerta a las 8 am!!! Ademas se pusieron a podar. No me dejaron descansar

El hotel está muy bien, tiene trasporte desde el aeropuerto, es muy conveniente para pasar la noche y viajar al dia siguiente. El hotel está muy cerca pero el trayecto es algo complicado por que hay que rodear la cuadra para entrar, aunque con el transporte gratiuto no es gran inconveniente. Si lo recomiendo.

El servicio de transportación del aeropuerto al hotel terrible. se suponía que nos recogerían en un máximo de 15 minutos y tardamos casi una hora esperando el transporte el pasado domingo de las 22.00 horas hasta casi las 23.00 horas. Al llegar finalmente al hotel, el registro en la recepción excesivamente lento, tanto que pudimos llegar a la habitación hasta las 24.15 horas. Obviamente sumamente molestos y cansados. En el baño de la habitación, el lavabo estaba tapado, por lo que se estancaba el agua sin poder desaguar convenientemente. Increíble y decepcionante de un hotel de este nivel.

La habitación se veía descuidada, el AC demasiado ruidoso en general un poco incómoda por qué el mini refrigerador también hacía demasiado ruido. El baño poco higiénico, y los ruidos exteriores de escuchan demasiado sobretodo las máquinas que usan en jardinería. no descansamos del todo.

Ocupamos la habitación 3207, al ingresar nos dió la sensación de que está en declive, lo corroboramos durante las pocas horas que la ocupamos, El baño, aunque limpio, al abrir la llave del lavabo despedía un olor a caño y aparentemente no estaba tapado. Al usar la regadera el agua se salía debido a que colocaron el piso después del cancel y por más sellador que le pusieron, el agua se desbordaba.

El personal es muy amable, la camioneta que traslada al aeropuerto muy puntual, las instalaciones bien pero requieren un poco de mantenimiento. Lo que si es muy molesto es que las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, se escucha todo lo que hablan y hacen en las habitaciones que colindan a los lados y arriba.

This is a good choice for an overnight stay before having an early flight out. The airport shuttle was very convenient and ran on time, no charge. The location is not attractive, but it was convenient for proximity to airport. We arrived at 5 p.m. the day before our flight out and wanted to see Mexico City and have dinner that night. We asked about getting an Uber and where we should go with limited time. Hector, at the front desk, offered to connect us with a driver to arrange a private tour, which was exactly what we wanted and not too pricy. The driver, Carlos, took us to the main places of interest, let us get out to take pictures, walked with us to ensure our safety, and took us to a good restaurant with tipical Mexican food that was not so crowded as to have a long wait. That was what made our stay at the Fiesta Inn really special. Our room was okay -- clean and comfortable, but small and very basic.

I stayed here last minute for the warped tour. I could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of this hotel! While I loved the staff, I didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the full hotel, restaurant, pool, etc. One of the best things is the location, and the transportation to and from the airport, which I’ve found to be tricky with other locations in Mexico City. The location is close, the staff is friendly and they had English speakers available when my Spanish failed me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
