There was a lot of property difficulties for my taste. Including a kitchenette without utensils and a fridge that was not working. The staff was nice tough.

4.5 stars is probably an honest rating. I stayed here a week and it was perfectly adequate, not amazing but not bad. The pros, the aqueduct was the view out our window, staff were friendly, cleaners were excellent and left bottled water every time they came through. The location is the best you can get and its easy access to the metro and rapid bus and in the centre of everything. The cons were minor, I couldn’t pay for my full stay using their POS terminal with any of my three credits cards even though they worked elsewhere (maybe I’ll just opt to pay though Expedia next time). However, the staff was flexible and I ended up paying for a couple nights at a time. I was traveling with kids so booked a suite so I could do things in the other room while they were in bed, but it’s not a true suite just a larger room with a four foot high divider, so when they went to bed the lights needed to go off. The AC sometimes didn’t work and we have no idea why. There is a gym shown in the pics but it’s actually in the other property. Also as said in other reviews, because of the odd naming Ubers never drop you off in the right place, but it’s around the corner so a minor inconvenience. The showers had good water pressure but was oddly laid out so it was hard not to flood the bathroom. Overall I would recommend staying here as the pros outweigh the cons.

I felt like home, but I was missing a refrigerator and sometimes a microwave. Staff was very nice.

Great location and property is good. Very spacious. My only complaint is- what is the point of having stove, chimney in the suite when there are no utensils. Not even a single utensil or sugar/salt. Not even a coffee machine. There was no usage of entire kitchen area and couch as you can’t do anything.

Tiene un excelente ubicación. Acceder al estacionamiento es problematico al estar en una calle tan estrecha.

I liked that the hotel was centric to the area. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is ok. The hotel is fairly smail with published amenities being restricted. No gym onsite - although you are able to use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner a block away from this property. The elevator is small and the speed of the elevator was noticiably slow. I ended up using the stairs primarily to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times daily. It rained fairly consistently, so it was much appreciated that the hotel offered loaner umbrellas to get around. The room was spacious for an executive suite. While the suite had a kitchenette, there was no cutlery to use. Everything required a call or a visit to the front desk. Also, aside from the kitchenette and the extra space there is no noticable perks between the executive suite and deluxe room options. Hotel cleanliness could be improved - from the towels to the cleaniless in the room. This hotel is a great option for price conscious guests or guests who do not intent on using the room for other than sleep.

Due to sudden changes in our schedule we had to extend our stay and having the kitchen facilities helped us cook our own meals. It can still be improved but we got by. Everything is very close by, with good cafe options. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will definitely choose if we come back to Mexico City.

Me desagrado bastante el servicio de valet Parkin, el personal es poco amigable y te hacen sentir como si te hicieran un favor por el servicio de estacionamiento aún y cuando ellos lo ofrecen gratis, lo sentí que lo brindan de mala gana.

The room smelled bad and it's not a suite, it's a normal room, I don't recommend it.

It is in a privileged spot, walking distance to various points of interest, and that is an awesome aspect. Towels, sheets and the room in general could use an upgrade in cleaning methods; both sheets and towels had some very noticeable stains.

El inodoro estaba inestable y se movía del piso; además de que tenía fuga de agua, y aunque lo notificamos en recepción, como que les dio igual. La habitación estaba limpia, pero no impecable. Ya para dormir en la noche, no sé qué tienen a lado de la habitación, pero se escuchaba un ruido como de refrigerador o motor bastante fuerte TODA LA NOCHE.

I was expecting a 3.5 star hotel but actually got a 2 maybe 2.5 star hotel. The shower handles had major limescale. The bed was super firm, I slept well on it though so I can’t complain. No bedbugs which was great! The windows have no screen so be careful opening the small windows because bugs can fly or crawl inside. There was a horrible stench throughout our stay, idk where it was coming from but be aware of leaving anything outside on the bed or hanging because it will get trapped on your clothes. When you go back home your luggage will be very stinky. It smelled like sewage tbh. It was not a pleasant smell and there was no way to get rid of it. I wish there were more reviews about how bad the stench was. The cleaning was very basic, the floors were not swept and the counters were not cleaned. Travel with mini sized hand cloths because they don’t have any at the hotel. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby so that was a major plus! Many places were walking distance so that was one of the upsides at staying at this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location. The bed I had had beg bugs and I got bit 2x. I went downstairs to complain and they have me a huge suite. The AC in that suite leaked all over the floor making a huge puddle. To be honest that happed. 2 days before I had to check out and I had no energy to deal with someone coming to fix it. Would I stay in that hotel again? NO! The staff were nice-ish tho. Very safe area.

La habitación que nos asignaron tenía un olor horrible a drenaje, era imposible estar ahí, tuvimos que llamar a recepción y solicitar apoyo porque el olor era insoportable desde que abrías la puerta, nos cambiaron de cuarto y el olor era menos fuerte en esa otra habitación, pero igual olía mal, las instalaciones se ven descuidadas y sucias, cuartos y pasillos muy oscuros, por el costo hay muchos mejores y limpios por la zona, no me quedaría ahí nunca más.

Me gusta la ubicacion, en general el hotel esta bien. Falta mejorar la limpieza

Es un lugar con una excelente ubicación, sin embargo se ve muy descuidado, el baño huele muy mal y se impregna la habitación con ese olor, he estado en cuatro habitaciones distintas en pisos distintos y todas tienen wl mismo problema. Tarifa mas o menos adecuada para la calidad del hotel

Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, la cama era muy dura, había una trabe casi en medio de la habitación antes de la ventana, no hay equilibrio entre calidad y precio por qué además todo el hotel huele a comida y cochambre viejo desde la recepción hasta el piso 3.

La habitación muy amplia, y limpia, pero la tv muy pequeña y con fallas, mucho ruido en el exterior porque esta en una avenida, el baño a veces con olores, el servicio de habitación muy bueno, el aire acondicionado no daba abasto suficiente, no hay cafetera pero se ofrece jarra de agua caliente, la ubicación muy buena y accesible a restaurantes y tiendas.

Great location to many restaurants and proximity in town. Nice staff, very friendly Cleaning staff very sweet. Unfortunately no washcloths or hand towels provided. A/C had issues would shut off for hours at a time, happened on 3 different days that I was there.

Central location, nice basic hotel. However, there were not a lot of outlets and the beds were a bit hard.

Excellent location close to Roma Norte & Zone Rosa, and short walking distance between 2 metro stations and the metro bus. Excellent cafes bars and restaurants close by. The room was quite large with comfortable beds, and the shower was great. Staff very nice. Will stay again on my next trip to Mexico City.

:conveniently situated, very clean and spacious room. However, amenities/facilities were outrageously dated and even absent. A 32-inch plasma TV offers Spanish-only channels; a mini bar is not available; there is no access to hot water for morning coffee/tea; and renovation work was ongoing next door from my day one check-in until day 5. Not a pleasant experience. At the very least, get your guests a small smart TV, so we can use our own Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube accounts to watch a program in our chosen language before bedtime. Soundproofing was poorly made. My sleep was cut into pieces by footsteps on the corridor and mortorcyclesand cars. Too annoying! However, a favourable rating is still given because of its convenient location.

What we like: - The location of the hotel. Within walking distance from a good number of restaurant, shopping, and attractions. - The room was old, but well maintained and clean. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. - Good water pressure on the shower. What we did not like: - Service. There were three of us in the room, but there were only 2 towels in the room. We asked for a third, and was given one, but once we had our room cleaned, the 3 towels were taken and replaced by only 2 clean towels. When our room was cleaned, the attendant left a half-full toilet paper roll, so we ended up looking for an attendant the next morning to ask for a new toilet paper. The TV remote battery went dead. So I went down to the front desk and asked the attendant there to open the battery case on the remote and I will replace the battery myself. I was told that he will send someone to my room to change the battery. It was midnight, and my wife was already sleeping. I told the attendant that I will change it myself, just open the remote casing. The attendant said he can't do it. Overall, it was a good stay.

O hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício. Quartos um pouco antigos, mas limpos, com um bom tamanho e tudo funcionando. O isolamento acústico dos quartos não é muito bom. Equipe do hotel simpática e prestativa. Localização boa, perto da estação de metrô, vários cafés e alguns restaurantes próximos. O restaurante do hotel é razoável, mas os preços um pouco altos pelo que oferece. O café da manhã é bom, mas é pago à parte e o valor é salgado.

Ya me he quedado varias veces y es a suerte al cuarto que te toque. Pero varios huelen fuertisimo a humedad. Y las paredes son de papel. Se escucha TOOOOODO. Toda la noche me la pasé despertando por ruidos de otros huéspedes. Pero por el precio si pueden pasar mala noche no está mal

En la mañana me abrieron la habitación para limpiar y s estaba durmiendo.

I would have rate it a 5 but some items were taken from my room . I noticed this morning when i started packing super disappointed

A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again.

La habitación está limpia pero el personal del limpieza nos abrió el cuarto 2 veces solo por q si, una que por q no sabía q estaba ocupada y la otra q según esto estaba haciendo chequeo de habitaciones

Our stay was very nice. No complaints on the room or the building/ area. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk staff. One gentleman in particular was very off-putting. We were already checked in and my sister arrived from the airport with her 2 small girls asleep. 1 in the stroller and another over her shoulder. Her check in was at 12 and it was 8 am. She had previously been told earlier check-in wasn't a problem but when she arrived this man told her she'd have to wait. I told her to wait in our room, which has a living sitting area. He said she wasn't allowed up until check in and that she'd have to wait in the lobby or elsewhere until checkin. I asked if at least the sleeping childing could come up and he was hesitant before finally allowing me to take them upstairs. I took them up and came down to keep my sister company when the guy said there was actually a room available. I'm certain he was looking to get some under the table cash and was willing to let my nieces suffer until he got his way.

Excelente ubicación. El ángel queda a dos calles y metro insurgentes también. Paseo de la reforma a unos metros. Personal muy amable a pesar de estar en calle transitada se siente super seguro y lo mejor tiene un oxxo enfrente

Somos huéspedes regulares del lugar, pero esta vez no fue nuestra mejor estancia. Nos salió una cucaracha en la habitación y la atención en el restaurante no fue la mejor.
