Set in a beautiful location in the Old Port area, I felt like I was staying in a bit of history (I was). Staff were incredibly helpful, fluidly moving from French to English and back (my French has gaps). Three great restaurants, including a rooftop resto with a view of the port (the lobster roll was to die for). If I can afford it, I'll stay there again.

Loved everything about our hotel—public spaces were warm and inviting, restaurant food was delicious, ALL staff were wonderful, and our room was spacious, airy, and maid service perfect every day. Only two challenges were slow elevator, and lots of late noise from the street on Saturday night. Location was perfect, though!! We would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay here! The property was at the perfect location and the front staff (especially Veronica) were so accommodating and lovely! Highly recommend for a trip to Montreal!

This is an AMAZING hotel. Great location on the waterfront, The rear entrance leads to Rue Saint-Paul E, which is great. The staff, especially Julia C. was awesome. Julia was so polite, friendly and helpful with leading us to great nightlife spots. Her service on the rooftop was top tier. And the food at this hotel was 5-star. I will return here for sure.
