Loved our stay at the doubletree hotel. The pool was a little bit cold but the room were clean and overall good price for our stay.

My original room was beside a group of young guests who were extremely loud, shouting and making a lot of noise. I was there to relax, but there was no way I would have been able to enjoy my stay with that level of noise. I complained to the front desk, and after some back and forth, they were eventually able to move me to a different room on another floor. The room had two queen beds instead of the king bed I originally booked, but at least the new room was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. My main suggestion to the hotel is to be more proactive in situations like this. Security should be making regular hallway checks, especially when there are groups of young guests being excessively loud. A little more attention from the staff could prevent guests from having to complain in the first place. Overall, I appreciate that they eventually resolved the issue, but the situation could have been handled much sooner and more proactively.

Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de ma déception concernant notre séjour de deux nuits au DoubleTree par Hilton Montréal. Nous avions choisi votre établissement pour célébrer les 55 ans de mon conjoint et espérions profiter d’une belle expérience pour cette occasion spéciale. Malheureusement, plusieurs éléments ont nui à notre séjour : beaucoup de bruit et de cris, notre déjeuner servi froid, ainsi qu’un rabais sur le déjeuner dont on m’a informée seulement après coup, alors que j’aurais dû en être avisée à mon arrivée. De plus, je n’ai jamais reçu les biscuits qui devaient m’être remis. La situation la plus préoccupante est survenue dans le stationnement. Au moment de quitter l’hôtel, une personne était couchée directement devant mon véhicule, avec une partie de son corps sous celui-ci. Je ne pouvais raisonnablement pas la voir en arrivant à mon véhicule. On m’a expliqué que cette situation n’était pas sous la responsabilité de l’hôtel. Je comprends, mais cette situation m’a tout de même beaucoup préoccupée et mise mal à l’aise. L’accumulation de ces situations a malheureusement rendu notre séjour très décevant, particulièrement pour une occasion aussi importante. Plutôt qu’un remboursement, j’aimerais que vous puissiez nous offrir un séjour de deux nuits sans frais, dans une catégorie de chambre similaire, afin de nous donner la chance de vivre l’expérience que nous espérions avoir et de retrouver le goût de revenir chez vous.
