Good location in downtown Montreal near McGill campus. Easy walking distance to Old Montreal and the port. We enjoyed the suite style rooms and having a kitchen and eating space. Pool was nice with a great view of the city. Parking was nearby but had limited spaces.

An absolute hidden gem! This was a fantastic place to stay with a very large room, fridge, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, desk space, and small dining table. There was space for both my partner and myself to set up our laptops at different desk/table areas. The penthouse pool was a fun treat too!

We've stayed here a number of times over the years, and it's good to see that it's stayed as nice as always. The rooms and the common areas, including the pool, are nicely maintained. The availability of indoor parking is a great convenience, especially in the winter.

I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Montreal. Roughly a kilometer walk to the Bell centre if you’re in town for an event there and close to other attractions. Had a nice walk through the McGill campus to Mount Royal grand staircase. Had an awesome hike through the park there. Also, the rooftop pool at the hotel is very nice with a great view of the city. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but the morning continental breakfast was an excellent perk to staying at this hotel.

Check in was fine, hotel is well maintained but showing its age. Be advised that the on site parking is limited and if it’s busy you might not get a spot - however there is underground parking across the street that is half the price on a weekend. Elevators can also be dreadfully slow when the hotel is full. Breakfast has a great selection but it’s just a “continental” style so no hot items like eggs/bacon etc, but there’s a lot of choice regardless. Wifi worked fine. Room was clean but again, showing its age. Also we were on the top floor so it was incredibly hot when we checked in

The room was very nice. The little kitchen area is great for longer stays. The bathroom is small but has a good shower. The bedroom was great but no independent temperature control. Fantastic staff. The main downfall is only having 2 very small, very slow elevators. The pool was also only accessible via a flight of stairs from the top floor so wheelchair users beware! The pool itself was very nice if not a bit chilly! Parking was across the street and it was OK. Overall a solid 4 star stay and for an amazing price.

Very limited and congested hotel parking. Not always availabile for all customers. Only certain cars were allowed (height limitation). This should be mentioned on their booking details. Otherwise, everything else was good. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Swimming pool and gym was excellent, clean and well maintained. Overall, a very good experience and stay. This is our third time staying at L’Appartement Hotel and it won’t be our last. While the rooms themselves are somewhat dated and are showing their age (old pull out couch and loud air conditioner), the property has so many other positive features that it is our go to place in Montreal. The free breakfast is excellent, with good seating and many food options. The view from the pool and roof top patio can’t be beat and the pool is large enough to accommodate multiple families. The location is close to public transportation and walkable to downtown attractions, the Cartier des Spectacles, Mount Royal and the Old Port. The parking is mildly terrifying but it is underground and secure, and there are a few outdoor spots for the less adventurous. Staff are excellent as well!

The complimentary breakfast was the best amenty and our son likes the pool. Even though we were on a no "no smoking" floor, our room smelled like stale cigarettes. Upon wiping a spot on the carpet, I'm sure the carpet hasn't ever been steam cleaned which is likely a culprit of the smell.

This is a great place to stay in Montreal. Excellent downtown location close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store around the corner. We really liked having a full kitchen in our suite and our kids loved the pool. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone. This hotel is very good value. The biggest downsides were that the AC is only in the living room, not the bedroom, so it can get a bit stuffy in there. The elevators are also quite slow. Otherwise this place is great and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location near McGill, place des arts etc. Clean and roomy. Room temperature was high (winter heating) and not adjustable except by opening the window. Breakfast room was chaos both days we were there - it was easy enough to take things to the room.

The two bedroom suite with kitchen was perfect for my family’s visit. Those people who went to bed early were undisturbed as were those who slept in. The space is comfortable and truly almost felt like a real apartment! Staff was super accommodating.

Fantastic apartment for the price. We're were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly spacious and well distributed with views of Mount Royal, and a balcony to boot. Breakfast is simple but well laid out and easily accessible. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Quartier des Spectacles, with loads of food and drink establishments to choose from.

The staff were polite and knowledgeable. This place has parking for a fee but also there a garage across the street you can park at. The room was cleaned everyday and amenities were stocked each time. Complimentary breakfast is very generous and there are plenty of options for whatever you may like. Staff speaks English as well as French so you will not be at a disadvantage if you don’t speak French.

I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Montreal. Roughly a kilometer walk to the Bell centre if you’re in town for an event there and close to other attractions. Had a nice walk through the McGill campus to Mount Royal grand staircase. Had an awesome hike through the park there. Also, the rooftop pool at the hotel is very nice with a great view of the city. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but the morning continental breakfast was an excellent perk to staying at this hotel.

Fantastic apartment for the price. We're were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly spacious and well distributed with views of Mount Royal, and a balcony to boot. Breakfast is simple but well laid out and easily accessible. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Quartier des Spectacles, with loads of food and drink establishments to choose from.

Stay was very good and front desk staff were very helpful. They gave me a room even before the actual check in time. Breakfast was good but it was same every day and that was bit disappointing. There should be variety of items available every day.

Loved the location, close to everything. Breakfast was pretty basic. No hot food other than toast. Elevator was really slow had to take the stairs often, as it was faster.

The suite room was spacious and clean. We brought our dog with us. The staff warned us about car theft because we parked on the street. Luckily nothing happened and it was just really easy and convenient (we could see our car from our balcony). Overall great experience. We'll come back for sure!

Large room in hotel close to all attractions in Montreal. Very comfy bed. The facility is a bit dated but still good. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety. No hot options. No tea/coffee making facilities.

Check in was fine, hotel is well maintained but showing its age. Be advised that the on site parking is limited and if it’s busy you might not get a spot - however there is underground parking across the street that is half the price on a weekend. Elevators can also be dreadfully slow when the hotel is full. Breakfast has a great selection but it’s just a “continental” style so no hot items like eggs/bacon etc, but there’s a lot of choice regardless. Wifi worked fine. Room was clean but again, showing its age. Also we were on the top floor so it was incredibly hot when we checked in

Take the stairs if you are staying in the lower floors. - Parking: if you are parking at the Delta, make sure you check the expiration of your pass. You have to insert and wait for your parking ticket to be returned to keep in and out privileges.

One of the two elevators was broken---we were on the 11th floor, had to wait 30 mins to go up and down. We waited another 20 mins from the 11th floor to check out... then we decided to carry our 40 lbs suitcases and other bags 11 floors door. When checking out, I asked the receptionist what could be done to compensate for the trouble. I waited for the manager for 5 mins and he laughed when I said we had to get down 11 floors with our suitcases, and made the comment that my son was tall and strong, so it wasn't that bad- his reaction was highly appropriate. I actually carried my own suitcase. He said to call him back, as he needs to work with Expedia to see what can be done. I asked for his card. I have zero confidence he will follow up. Really bad experience. Mold in the shower too.
