The hotel was a haven in an area of Mossel Bay we were not so sure about . Their restaurant Cafe Gannet was great too . Lovely gardens .

Limited parking close to the entrance, because my wife had a knee replacement and I had to drop her every time and then park the car across the street and walk in the rain to get into the hotel.

Was a bit disappointed that when being shown to the room, the staff member took time to show us the restaurant only for us to be told around an hour later that it was fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable with a great sized bathroom. Housekeeping had not left us any milk/creamer. I asked at reception for some and was told it would be sent from the restaurant. After waiting over 30 minutes, I went to the restaurant myself and was given a jug of milk. Shame that these issues with service took some of the shine off our experience.

Lovely stay here . Location great and breakfast outside with fabulous view. Staff friendly . The only issue is the heavy door when people in other rooms close doors during the night . Very loud and you can hear people talking in opposite rooms so soundproofing an issue when trying to sleep and heavy duvet in summer. Otherwise I would def stay here again.

There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work colleagues!

We had a very noisy child a few doors away and the noise travelled across the marbled floors. We are at the hotel and tbh the food was the worst we have experienced on our trip. The room and bed were nice. Nice view over the harbour. The wardrobe was cheaply made and looked like it was about to fall over
