Its our new go to Hotel when ever travelling through Munich. We have stayed there a few times now and simply love the ability to relax in the spa after the gym, grab some awesome food and then catch an early flight the next day.

Great pool/hot tub/fitness area, spacious rooms, dining options, right at the airport. Not particularly welcoming service except at pool. All feather pillows, wished I’d remembered to report allergies. Weird motion activated nightlights kept waking us up till figured out how to block them. Overall convenience can’t be beat and comfortable with some luxury as well.

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Munich Airport! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Beim Check-in wirkte das Personal leider etwas gelangweilt und spulte den Standard ab – das war etwas unpersönlich. Ansonsten fühlt man sich aber willkommen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und der Service dort war äußerst zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist perfekt, besonders für frühe oder späte Flüge. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel – ich komme gerne wieder!

Super convenient to be right at the terminal. Have an early flight and it saves so much stress, it’s worth the price when you factor in time, money getting here via taxi, etc. Room is beautiful with a great shower and lots of cool extras like a nice work space and reading chair. Only issue is shower drain doesn’t drain fast and shower has no door, so leaks into bathroom.

Para um hotel de aeroporto, ok. Café da manhã pode melhorar, não havia opções para celíacos. Cama e chuveiro bons, tamanho do quarto razoável, isolamento acústico ainda permitia ouvir ao fundo o som dos aviões. Agora o imperdoável: frigobar estragado e vazio!! Como pode um hotel 5 estrelas ter um frigobar sem o básico como água, refrigerante e suco??? E o do nosso quarto estava estragado, tivemos que chamar a manutenção. Enfim, não me senti num hotel 5 estrelas.

Beautifully designed room and amenities within. Loved all the lighting and the clean linens and decor. Only a few comments: the water from the shower spray leaked into the main bathroom floor, enough to soak the towel that is normally used to step onto after the shower. Wasn't sure of the 2 bottles of water in the room were free as there was no sign, so we didn't use them.

Very convenient for night before our return to the US. Front desk was terribly understaffed and, to make things worse, they appeared to be doing training at this time! No matter how good a hotel is, the first impression of quick and courteius check-in is very important...and was not present at this property. Saw the same at checkout but was able to do express drop off and not have to interface with the, again, understaffed front desk.

La habitación en muy buen estado, la ubicación excelente para tomar un vuelo muy temprano. El personal de recepción muy amable pero solamente una persona, lo cual hacía que el tiempo de espera fuera largo. Con una persona más en el mostrador, el tiempo en línea hubiera sido mucho más corto. The slow check-in made for an unpleasant arrival. Clearly not enough staff for the number of reservations. The wait for regular check-in was close to 45 minutes and approximately 25 minutes for premium check-in. They redeemed themselves with an upgrade and great service for the rest of the stay. Investment in online or mobile check-in could probably reduce the amount of time and provide guests a better start to their stay.

Night i checked in , there was a problem with the digital keys. My key didnt work, at all. Had to go to the desk 4 times, after the third time i was yelled at by a rude desk agent that my key should work. Another staff member came with me to my room to see that the key wasnt working, at all. Couldnt even use the elevators. When you land late in the evening and you only want to use your room, thats not fun. Also, the pillows are horrible, way too soft, not worth the price at all.

Room spotless. Staff friendly and at check in she got us rooms next to one another (2 couples). Because our arrival flight and flight the next day were considered connecting flighgs, our luggage was held. Actually my husband and I were Ok but the other couple needed toiletries. Barely had to go outside from arrivals to hotel. We needed to eat but the restaurant served only big meals. All we wanted was a burger and fries, wine for the girls and a beer for the guys, which they ordered from the bar for us. I was a lot shocked to find that for one couple the bill came to €92, around $150. CAD. Good thing it was good. Other than that, it was a fabulous hotel.

Great staff. Our room was incredible, clean, comfrotable and large. Our bathroom floor was even heated. Made it so easy to make our flight the next morning. This is a top notch Hilton stay all the way. The breakfast was also incredible with lots of options including a chef to make eggs your way.
