Unser Zimmer war schön. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, dafür sehr ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt (typisch Münster) sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Aasee ist dafür sehr nah, sehr schön zum Spazieren gehen. Parken vor dem Hotel ist kostenlos, man findet aber nicht immer einen Parkplatz. Parken im Parkhaus ist relativ teuer. Man findet auch Parkplätze in der Nähe. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Et rigtig fint hotel med gode faciliteter. Wellnessområdet er særligt værd at fremhæve med gode træningsfaciliteter og et lækkert saunaområde, som giver mulighed for både aktivitet og afslapning. Værelserne er pæne, rene og komfortable, og sengen var god. Restauranten holder et højt niveau, og morgenmaden var ligeledes rigtig fin. Personalet var imødekommende og servicemindet, og parkeringsforholdene fungerede godt. Et hotel jeg gerne vender tilbage til – både til forretningsrejser og ophold med fokus på velvære.

Nice hotel with a nice location at the Aasee, especial good for guests with dogs. Around 20 min. Walk to the city. City was very Call and Nice not so many tourist here in the middle of August. Not so Many car parking places could be more. Room Big and fine. Only complain was an expensive breakfast at 28€ that not match the assortment and quality of the food. The hotel restaurant was on the otherside very good and very good personal service.

PROS: Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. There was flavoured water in the reception for guests to drink. Good value for money hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would possibly stay again. CONS: Found the glass door to the bathroom a bit odd. Was under the impression that there would have been a Nespresso machine on the room but there wasn’t. Furniture in the lobby looked tired. The breakfast was very expensive so we went elsewhere each morning.

Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Wellnessurlaubs mit Sauna und der Möglichkeit in die Stadt zu gehen. Der Sauna Bereich hat nur von 17:00 bis 23:00 auf was nicht vorher ersichtlich war. Die Erste Nacht war vorzeitig um 6:00 beendet da die Wasserleitung sehr waren. Sind dann in ein Kleineres Zimmer gezogen was leiser sein sollte. In dem war leider das Bett schmutzig. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl und Qualität gut. Die Akustik in dem Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Der Frühstückssaal erinnert an eine Kantine und ist sehr laut. Beim auschecken wurde auch nicht gefragt ob wir zufrieden waren.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is a very convenient location, walkable to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. Very clean with a wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Positive was the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the gym/sauna area was beautiful. Location great right by the lake with walking paths and restaurants. Negative, cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our bathroom did not look cleaned up upon arrival. Someone's razor with hair in it was left in our shower. I asked my room to be cleaned, was gone for over 4 hours and it was not done when I returned. I then asked for clean towels in lieu of a cleaning and they were never delivered until I asked a second time. Lamps and corners were dusty and some even had cobwebs. Bed seemed clean, but clearly there is no attention to detail in the cleaning. The property was also very dated looking and not like the photos. Will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff. It’s a bit of a hike from the city proper, and the on site restaurant is pretty pricey, especially compared to the area. Only major gripe is that there are not “laundry facilities” as listen in the hotel amenities. There is a laundry SERVICE at ridiculous prices.

Wir haben uns ein Upgrade zur Suite für 68 Euro gegönnt. Leider wurden wir maßlos enttäuscht. Es war nicht richtig sauber, die Oberfläche des Bettes war nicht eben, sondern knubbelig. Die Einrichtung uralt und extrem abgenutzt. Das noch anzubieten bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel und das auch noch unter dem Namen „Mövenpick“ grenzt an Frechheit.

Das Premium Zimmer (Beste Kategorie) war etwas runtergerockt. Unglückliche Badezimmer Aufteilung - das WC ist im Vorraum der Dusche, zudem Geräusche vom Nachbarzimmer, wenn dort geduscht wird. Das Geräusch hört sich wie ein Generator an. Positiv anzumerken sind das helle Zimmer durch die großen Fenster und das angenehme, bequeme Bett.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Positive was the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the gym/sauna area was beautiful. Location great right by the lake with walking paths and restaurants. Negative, cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our bathroom did not look cleaned up upon arrival. Someone's razor with hair in it was left in our shower. I asked my room to be cleaned, was gone for over 4 hours and it was not done when I returned. I then asked for clean towels in lieu of a cleaning and they were never delivered until I asked a second time. Lamps and corners were dusty and some even had cobwebs. Bed seemed clean, but clearly there is no attention to detail in the cleaning. The property was also very dated looking and not like the photos. Will not stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms. We loved peaceful location - near the Aasee lake, with greenery around. A pleasant 20-minute walk into the town centre. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Agnes on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast selection, including eggs cooked to order, & lovely range of breads. The bar was OK but rather lacking in atmosphere, especially for a late-evening drink.

Unser Zimmer war schön. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, dafür sehr ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt (typisch Münster) sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Aasee ist dafür sehr nah, sehr schön zum Spazieren gehen. Parken vor dem Hotel ist kostenlos, man findet aber nicht immer einen Parkplatz. Parken im Parkhaus ist relativ teuer. Man findet auch Parkplätze in der Nähe. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am Aasee und man kann von dort aus gut in die Innenstadt von Münster laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Ausblick aus unserem Fenster war leider nicht so besonders - hier sollte man bei der Zimmerauswahl darauf achten. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind begrenzt aber in der Nähe findet man auch kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Mövenpick in Münster ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, die Einrichtung der Zimmer war erfreulich anders und der Preis war unschlagbar. Das Mövenpick Restaurant hatte sehr gutes Essen und nachmittags ein Kuchenbuffet, das seinesgleichen sucht. Zum Schluss muss noch die Bar erwähnt werden, zur Happy Hour tolle Cocktails von einem äußerst freundlichen Barkeeper. Rundherum empfehlenswert!

PROS: Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. There was flavoured water in the reception for guests to drink. Good value for money hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would possibly stay again. CONS: Found the glass door to the bathroom a bit odd. Was under the impression that there would have been a Nespresso machine on the room but there wasn’t. Furniture in the lobby looked tired. The breakfast was very expensive so we went elsewhere each morning.

Good hotel next to a beautiful lake to walk around. Onl pne point is that the restaurant was closed and the pop up restaulrant was in a marquee tent. Breakfast was lovely but it would have been good to know this was the case.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff. It’s a bit of a hike from the city proper, and the on site restaurant is pretty pricey, especially compared to the area. Only major gripe is that there are not “laundry facilities” as listen in the hotel amenities. There is a laundry SERVICE at ridiculous prices.
