Absolutely one of the best hotels in Mykonos. Second time returning here and loved it even more. Hotel is 2 minute walk to Platis Gialos beach which is super nice. Efisia restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal and George’s bar makes amazing cocktails all day and well into the evening. Staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is beyond anything i’ve seen in a hotel breakfast. Stayed in the Horizon Retreat room and it was spectacular. The views from the balcony are incredible and the pool is heated but refreshing. Overall its an absolute 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This was not a vacation, it was an experience of a lifetime. The entire staff from the Concierge to the Chef at Efisia was a work of customer service excellence. I don't have anything to compare this to. The spa and the gym were private and part of my experiences. They make you feel like you are at the best place Mykonos has to offer. 5 stars at least!

Great Hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. Lovely little touches such free ice cream by pool in the afternoon. Delicious cocktails and lovely food. Really refreshing that all the guests were really considerate with no one reserving beds !!!

We loved the hotel! We think they can improve their wifi as it never worked in our room. The gym also can be improved and having access to the sauna/steam bath if you are a guest at the hotel as most of the 5 stars hotels do.

The only decent area at this hotel is the pool And spa. The staff are terrible, there were ants everyday on the floor from the min we checked in, the previous guests hair in the floor too. Even after I requested a cleaning there was still more hair and ants everyday. You’ll find tons of staff standing around the front desks though but no one to clean or maybe change the stained carpets in the waiting area! This NOT a 5 star hotel NOR is this anything like any other Relais & Chateaux. Stay away from this hotel.

Modern, clean and bright hotel with a beautiful pool area with outstanding service from all members of the team. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class, so much choice and the food at the hotel’s restaurant, Efisia was superb. Convenient location, 10 minutes from the airport and Mykonos Town.

O Hotel está bem localizado. O serviço de recepção é péssimo, as pessoas não são de todo simpáticas, são extremamente frias e rudes, jamais pode ser um 5 estrelas. O staff da piscina e restaurante são irrepreensíveis. A limpeza é horrível, as camas mal feitas e tudo a despachar. Serviço de room service péssimo também.

This is one of the best property in the area. The staff made necessary change to accommodate my need from the room with unheated pool to a preferred one with hot tub. You have to make sure you pay attention with the rooms with pool whether it’s heated or not- it’s a breezy island and the pool water is freezing cold! You may be paying for amenities you can’t use. Although the room with the hot tub was cheaper, and I was not given refund but at least I was able to soak after a full day sight seeing. It’s not on the beach front but believe me the beach front properties I found out are more rowdy and noisy. So we loved our stay and the food was very nice!! One more thing- the rooms are NOT sound proof, -just so you know!! Overall very great experience, will highly recommend here especially in the warmer weather!

The service was above par. The dinner was absolutely incredible. Everything we got was explained in detail to us and our wine glasses were least full. I was a little under the weather one day, so I stayed in. The walls can be a little thin if you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, zero complaints.

Séjour de 7 jours en chambre standard. Chambre spacieuse avec très belle vue sur la plage, agréable sans être luxueuse. Petit-déjeuner de grande qualité, avec des produits locaux et ultra-frais et un choix d’options à la carte. Restaurant cher à l’instar du niveau de prix élevé de Mykonos. Personnel jeune et très aimable. Les transferts depuis et vers l’aéroport sont offerts, ce qui est un avantage vu le prix des taxis. Pour aller dans la ravissante ville de Chora, un bus est accessible à proximité pour 1,80 € le trajet. Une très belle plage à 2 min de marche. Le rapport qualité prix dépendra beaucoup du tarif que vous paierez, car la 5e étoile de l’hôtel n’est peut-être pas tout à fait méritée au regard de la simplicité du décor et de l’attitude un peu robotique du personnel. Un point négatif, peut-être anecdotique pour certains, est l’absence totale de politique environnementale de l’hôtel : des draps changés tous les jours et des serviettes remplacées 2 fois par jour, sans laisser le choix au client de les réutiliser, voilà qui apparaît un peu décalé par les temps qui courent…

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms are luxurious. With incredible post card views outside of a porch attached to each suite. The staff is extremely hospitable. The hostess guides you to your room. When we entered the room, there was a complimentary bottle of fine wine waiting in the room for us. Painted in white to match the island’s theme, the Ambassador is immaculate. Several people are on call at the front desk so that any request may be satisfied within a matter of minutes. TV selections were limited, and we couldn’t link the TV with our Apps, but that was the only flaw we found. The complimentary breakfast with the hotel room is a banquet by itself. The food was first class and delicious. Hotel is convenient and located adjacent to one of the popular beach area on the island. We had no problem finding restaurants within walking distance. Highest recommendation for this hotel. You’ll love it.

5 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff, service, amenities, food, drinks, etc; all on POINT! A special shout out to Evi, who greeted us with such kindness & professionalism, and set the tone for the entire stay. Will not be staying anywhere else when I return to Mykonos!

I loved everything about this property, as this was my second time here. One front desk employee with a terrible attitude upon check in: Jacqueline - she was not friendly, did not do her best to accommodate us, and almost ruined our entire stay. Thanks to her manager who fixed the situation, and to the rest of the staff who was absolutely incredible, we were able to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful hotel, Mykonos style, very white with clean lines, delicious breakfasts, lovely views, friendly staff. Bed super comfy, bedroom service very good. Sandy beach just five minute walk with good Greek restaurants along the beach. Waiter service on the beach and comfy sunbeds. Just 15mins from airport and less than ten mins to Namos.

Overall amazing stay. Hotel, facilities and staff were great. Only drawback is that it is not on the beach so you have to pay 50 to 150 EUROS for a sunbed on the beach depending on the venue or restaurant.

Restaurant was bland and the location means you have to pay $40-$70 to go anywhere so unless you came to go only to their small beach, stay somewhere else. The front desk clerk asked for a tip on the checkout after I had tipped the spa, waiters, baggage people… not relax and chateau standard

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff at the property was horrific. I got food poisoning from their food and was sick the entire night and next day. Upon letting them know what happened, they did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t comp my meal. It is so disturbing that this was the outcome. I have never stayed at a hotel or met people who aren’t empathetic to a medical situation involving the hotels food. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning.
