Great hotel close to the old town. Our room had a fridge and a great sized safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the brasserie was tasty and not overly expensive. Underground parking bays were large but the entrance was ‘tight’ and we were relieved our hire car just fit through.

We loved our stay. When we arrived our room was not ready (got there 30min before check in).waited 30min and checked again at check in time and were told it’s still needs 30 min but after asking if another room would be available and checking with the cleaning staff we got our keys and checked into our room about 15-20min later. We had a room with king size bed. Room was specious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. It was quiet and the A/C was nice and cool. There was a dark spot on the carpet and in the corner of the shower plus the tub did not drain properly but overall it was very nice. Will stay there again.

Wij kwamen in een kamer waar gerookt was bij de receptie wilde ze ons wel een upgrade geven naar een kingsize kamer maar geen extra bed bij zetten we waren met 4 personen daar moesten we maar 25 euro extra voor betalen zeiden ze ‘s nachts maakte de airco ineens herrie naar de receptie gegaan toen wel 2 2 persoons kamers gekregen midden in de nacht verhuist Wij zullen dit hotel niet aan iemand aanbevelen

Fint hotel og valuta for pengene - men indtjekningen var helt vildt langsomt. Fire mennesker på arbejde, hvor 2 stod bagved og 2 mennnesker sad ved computerne. Vi stod ca 20 personer i kø - det tog meget lang tid.

Everyone at the front desk were rude and confrontational ( With a big exception of Mr. Garcia - he was helpful and should teach a course in etiquette and customer service, even empathy). When he assisted me I felt well taken care of. Everyone else I came into contact needs lessons in manners.

As expected for a Holiday Inn, nothing fancy but clean, with decent room layout and reasonable internet. I was not aware however when I booked that the place that the surrounding area is not family friendly. I arrived late and went to get a snack from a vending machine around the corner and unexpectedly found that I'm walking down what appeared to be a red light district and felt a bit unsafe. I wouldn't recommend going out late in the evening or staying here with family in general.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was in the old town and made the area very walkable. There was a very nice restaurant in the hotel where we had a nice dinner. Breakfast was served buffet style with cooked to order eggs and was very good. Staff were very nice, friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
