Transportation to/from Naha airport available via Airport Limousine Bus or local bus (extra cost) - make sure to co-ordinate flights with bus schedules. Property is showing it's age a little but overall excellent value although a lot of recreational amenities are extra.

Rizzan Sea Park Hotel is a beach resort and is very family friendly, a lot of people that were there were families with younger children. It is certainly not an "adult" type of resort. The hotel is quite old and dated, they do keep it clean but you can see that the hallway rugs are stained and worn, some spots all the way down to the floor so it is in a state of badly needed renovation. The style and design is early 90s. The rooms are adequate and the views on the beach side are great. There are several restaurants, unfortunately only 3 of the 6 restaurants were running at the time and they are all buffet style, so it is a cafeteria style atmosphere, so not very elegant - however I thought the food itself was pretty good. There are no other restaurants in walking distance so you\'re very limited in your options. The food at the little izakaya on the beach was not good, I had their soba and it was not much better than instant. The beach is nice but small. They have an indoor (heated) pool and an outdoor pool. I think it\'s good for families with younger children but not for adult singles or couples. Parking is available but across the busy street and you have to pay extra.

Room was not as shown in pictures. Large carpet stains, dirty fridge, stained duvet covers, weird room and hallway smell with suspected mold in wall. The staff were great and did their best. Food was okay but we often seen dirty dishes in the clean piles(at buffets). Midway through our week stay my husband and kids all came down with an 24hour stomach bug. I suspect food poisoning. Absolutely everything was a charge(i.e beach chairs, life jackets (which had to be used for snorkelling), etc. Perhaps we overpaid but based on this property being rated as a 4star, we were very disappointed. I never leave these types of reviews as I am content with a great view and clean room. The view and beach was fantastic, just be sure you show up with the right expectations or book elsewhere! I would rate this property as a 2 star at best.

快適に過ごせました。部屋の清掃をしてもらいましたが、ユニットバスの部屋の髪の毛はそのままで、掃除してもらいたいところがされてなかったのは残念でした。部屋の照明が少なく、暗く感じました。ホテルの工作体験は良かったです。プールも程よい広さで楽しめました。

We stayed as a family, with a small child. Old style hotel. Delux rooms were of room size, nit sure of cleanliness of the carpet. Toilets were clean and tidy. We didn't know Japanese language, bit of a struggle, but staff were friendly and ready to help. Thanks a lot 🙏

そこそこ古いので、水回りがちょっとアレだったり、ベッドサイドにコンセントがなかったりしましたが、その分宿泊費は安いし、最近はシャトルバスでビーチに行かないと行けないホテルも多い中、ビーチは目の前だしプールも気持ち良いし、全体的には満足です。お土産屋さんやコンビニの品揃えにとても良かったです。

A much older building and electrical and furniture is old. Gives a 80s feel. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything is pretty clean. The food options are great, especially with breakfast or lunch buffet included each day. It's great value and an overall fun experience. Lots of kids and families, so it can get pretty loud. Very family friendly. But if you want a quiet and less people environment, might not be for you during peak season. Beach access is very easy and extremely beautiful.

今回で2回目ですがとてもいいホテルです。海側の部屋がおすすめですね。ただ一つ不満が部屋の照明がスタンドライトしか無いので暗いです。スタンドライトを点けてすぐは暗過ぎて何もできないです。時間が経てばある程度の明るさと目が慣れてくるのでマシですが部屋自体の照明が欲しいですね。

From check in there was a big line of people waiting with only three counters to check in. We waited for 40 minutes before we could check in. Would recommend allocating some people for check in at 14 o clock as the hotel looks very well staffed but not at check in time. The rooms are old and wore out, they unfortunately smell like smoke even tho it’s non smoking. The beach is nice but there is lack of maintenance and cleaning. You had to pay for using the chairs and parasols even if you were a guest at the hotel. The gym is small and you even have to pay to use it. The breakfast buffet is huge and therefore quite loud with a lot of people at once. You can sit outside but they have placed a big jumping castle there for kids so it’s also noisy there. All over quite disappointing hotel for the price there asking. We went to the neighboring hotel to use there beach facilities which was vastly better.

台風であまり観光ができなかったのですが、ホテル内のプールやイベントで子供たちは楽しめたのが良かったです。食事の場所も何ヶ所かあり、美味しく頂きました。部屋も予約していた時に思っていた部屋より広くて海の見える部屋に変更してくださっていてとても嬉しかったです。飛行機の欠航があり急な延泊もありましたが快く対応していただきました。台風で外出できなかったけど、お土産はホテルのお土産屋さんで選ぶことができました。３泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 1つだけ改善して頂きたいのがチェックイン時の混雑です。ロビーはあまり冷房が効いておらず、混雑していて座る場所もなく、1時間近く待ち時間がありました。

2泊3日利用しました。フロントの方は分かるように説明して下さり、様々なサービスチケットを貰いました。夕食を外で済ませ遅めに部屋風呂入っていたのですが、お湯しか出ず裸のままフロントに電話。。。すぐに女性スタッフが来て下さり、別の部屋への移動で合意しました。オーシャンビューの最上階、いちばん広いお部屋でグレードアップとなり、設備不良がありがたかったです。お詫びに大浴場の入浴チケットを2日分頂きました。朝食も種類豊富なビュッフェが付いていて、沖縄料理もしっかり堪能しました。目の前の海もすごく綺麗で、テラスBBQやボートなどもできるようでした。丁寧なスタッフさんの対応と高級なお部屋、施設、美味しい料理に、ホテル選びに迷っている人には是非行って頂きたいです。今回レンタカーを利用しましたが、本島の真ん中辺りで北へも南へも同じくらいの時間で移動できたので、便利でした。施設の方々、本当にお世話になりました。

Staying at this hotel with such a breathtaking view was a wonderful experience. The staff was also very cheerful and friendly. When we encountered some problems with our car, one of the receptionists helped us contact the car rental company as we didn't speak any Japanese. She even followed up on the issue just to ensure our trip ran smoothly. All in all, I'm very happy with our room, the service, and the facilities there, especially the public bath :)

We live in Okinawa and took our four kids here as a treat for finishing the school year. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting. Someone had diarrhea in the pool and left a trail of it on the pool deck and all the way to the restroom. Staff and other patrons were continuing to walk around it and continuing to use the pool. I was horrified. I notified the staff about the long trail of fences and they were slow to respond. They did not act quickly. Someone finally did come to clean it up after about 15-20 minutes. The staff did not seem in a hurry about the issue at all. Feces can make people gravely ill and instead of feeling relaxed after this trip, I am closely monitoring my children to see if they develop symptoms of becoming ill. I am very upset about this and feel like my husband and I wasted our money coming here. I did not wish to pay $300USD to expose my children to such unsanitary conditions. We will not ever be coming here again.

I’m impressed with the facility given the price point i got. The included meals were nice, and the staff incredibly friendly. There were certainly some updates that could be made, but it was a great value and location, and I would definitely consider staying again if I were to return to Okinawa.

Great setting, beautiful. Most dining options are buffets. Not our preference. We aren't big eaters so ate most meals elsewhere. There are good restaurants/izakayas nearby. The biggest shock was only one bar and it wasn't open (off season?). Staff was great.

初めて宿泊しました。古さは感じますが、部屋は広く、ホテル内のレストランも多く、コンビニもあり、立地はとても良いです。この価格にしては安くて満足しました。朝食のブッフェは種類豊富で沖縄料理がいっぱい食べれて嬉しかったです。大きいホテルなので部屋からエレベーターまで遠く、大浴場も迷路みたいで遠いのがネックです。けどまた泊まりたいです。
