プールがあるとのことで楽しみにしてきましたが、予約制しかも宿泊者でも追加料金がかかるとのことでがっかりしました。大浴場はオープンしている時間も長く、何度も利用しました。館内に２４時間営業するコンビニがあるのは助かりました。

駐車場がいっぱいで、近くの横浜市役所の駐車場に16時から翌日 10時まで止めましたホテル地下駐車場なら2500円のところ横浜市市役所駐車場は6600円もかかり驚きました

宿泊人数からして大浴場が小さい。26時に終了で21時以降はずっと混んでいる。利用されたい方は早めがおすすめ。総体的に施設やスタッフはよく、24時間のコンビニがホテル内にあるのがすごく助かった。また利用したい

This is a very popular hotel located right next to Minatomirai, World Porters, and the Red Brick Warehouses. A number of train stations/lines nearby, as well as various bus routes, so it is in a great location. The hotel and rooms are very clean, feel modern, and the hotel has a Family Mart, restaurants and popular spa onsite. I booked a single room which was a little too small for the amount of luggage I had (suitcases can be stored under the bed) but given the room layout I found this was only practical with one suitcase. I booked a room with a view, but as the bed ran alongside the full length of the window I couldn’t experience it to the fullest. Aircon appears to be centrally controlled, which meant a couple of nights I did feel a little chilly. Great selection at breakfast, but it is insanely busy and given the number of people and the volume of food prepared things like fried eggs were often cold. In the morning and at some other times of day the lifts are also incredibly busy. Staff were probably the most impersonal of any hotel I stayed at this year, but given the number of people requiring assistance with check-in etc thats not at all surprising. In summary, it is a great hotel, in a perfect location, very popular (including with many Japanese people) just be prepared for it to be busy and perhaps follow the suggestions in the lifts for avoiding busy times !

一頃はチェックインにかなりの時間が掛かったが、中国の規制によるものかは分からないが、極めてスムーズにチェックインできた。スタッフの誘導も良かったと思う。設備はとても良い。コンビニが４階にあり、レストランも広く使い勝手が良い。

部屋の浴室が生乾き臭がひどく不快でした。広くて種類の豊富な大浴場があり大変助かりました。部屋の空調吹き出し口のウィングにカビが生えていたが、これは簡単な清掃で改善できるとおもうのですぐにでも対応してもらいたいところ。全体としてはセキュリティ対策、コンビニ在庫などとてもよかったです。

Although the view was amazing, the room was dirty with lots of dust and the sheets were yellowish. My eyes were puffy and my throat hurt as a result of dry and dirty air. I requested extra towels and they asked me to go downstairs to pick it up, which I thought was disgraceful. The lovely night receptionist brought me an humidifier to alleviate the dryness. Not impressed.

I will never come back again. The ventilation system inside the room is unbearable-too hot. Staff said the entire building is set to heating mode. The corridor is much cooler and we are forced to open our room door to get some cool air. We can’t even sleep. The only thing that we appreciate is that the staff are helpful and friendly. They tried to help but it’s centralized system. There is nothing they can do.

チェックインの際、部屋のカードを渡されたのみで部屋番号や階数の口頭での伝えられず。なによりエレベーターが高層階用と低層会用に分かれている事の説明をされずとても不親切なフロントスタッフでした。すっかり迷ってしまい部屋まで辿り着くのが大変でした。せめて初めての宿泊客には説明があってもいいのではないかと思います。

Room was extremely clean and matched pictures on Expedia’s website. Security had card in required for each floor. Check in was fast due to many available counters and machine assisted with check in with many languages. Check out was fast, only needing to drop off card into check-out boxes by elevators. Hotel is close by to minato Mirai and the station, making it a confident location.

Great hotel in a very nice location in central Yokohama, walking distance to many areas. Check in was fast using kiosk, rooms are ready at 3pm, no earlier. The rooms are very small but well equipped with everything. The spa or onsen is very nice, a reason to stay here. The breakfast is amazing, so many wonderful things to eat, western & Japanese. Would recommend highly.

チェックイン後お部屋に入って大画面のテレビに必要な情報が載っていて大変便利。大浴場がよかった。駐車場がすぐ満車になる。安かったので建物からの眺望は☓でした。赤レンガ倉庫に近くランドマークタワーや周辺の観光も◎。15階の通路は所々お部屋の前で非衛生的無臭がして臭くて嫌でした。それ以外は良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。

Good facilities, newer and in a good location near Yokohama Bayside, so a lot to do nearby. Room was clean, everything you need. Not luxurious of course, but good for type of room.

Great hotel in a very nice location in central Yokohama, walking distance to many areas. Check in was fast using kiosk, rooms are ready at 3pm, no earlier. The rooms are very small but well equipped with everything. The spa or onsen is very nice, a reason to stay here. The breakfast is amazing, so many wonderful things to eat, western & Japanese. Would recommend highly.

The place is friendly for vegans which came off as a huge surprise to me they have a vegan cafe that literally connects to the hotel. Everyone was super helpful and were patient with me. I would recommend this bay tower since its close the metros to go to shibuya and other locations honestly worth every penny

This is a very popular hotel located right next to Minatomirai, World Porters, and the Red Brick Warehouses. A number of train stations/lines nearby, as well as various bus routes, so it is in a great location. The hotel and rooms are very clean, feel modern, and the hotel has a Family Mart, restaurants and popular spa onsite. I booked a single room which was a little too small for the amount of luggage I had (suitcases can be stored under the bed) but given the room layout I found this was only practical with one suitcase. I booked a room with a view, but as the bed ran alongside the full length of the window I couldn’t experience it to the fullest. Aircon appears to be centrally controlled, which meant a couple of nights I did feel a little chilly. Great selection at breakfast, but it is insanely busy and given the number of people and the volume of food prepared things like fried eggs were often cold. In the morning and at some other times of day the lifts are also incredibly busy. Staff were probably the most impersonal of any hotel I stayed at this year, but given the number of people requiring assistance with check-in etc thats not at all surprising. In summary, it is a great hotel, in a perfect location, very popular (including with many Japanese people) just be prepared for it to be busy and perhaps follow the suggestions in the lifts for avoiding busy times !
