Amazing location, super clean, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for any visitor as this hotel is perfectly located right near one of the central stations. Lots of food and drink places nearby. Rooms were clean and comfy for 2 of us. Pillows were not that comfy though!

I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Very easy access to JR station in Shinjuku. Lots of food and entertainment options. Despite the location the rooms start on the 9th floor so it was very quiet. Also the Godzilla theme was really cool. Well done Gracery Hotel Shinjuku!!

Hotel location is excellent, but room’s size not as usual 4 star hotel, it was difficult to move between bed and 2 suitcases. We did not try breakfast in the hotel as price was extremely high to compare with others outside hotel restaurants or coffee shops.

Rooms are small and Shinjuku is filled with bars and adult entertainment so be forewarned if you’re traveling with kids. i’d certainly avoid early AM walks in the area

This hotel is in the center of the action in shinjuku. A 5 minute walk to the train station to go anywhere in Tokyo. Lots of food around including a 7 eleven and a few restaurants in the ground floor below the hotel.
