The breakfast was great. When we tried to use the free amenity we were denied access as we had not booked a reservation. There was no posting provided stating that the free foot bath required a reservation, the communication was that it was open to call guest staying on property. Great with the extra security having to key to use the elevator.

The hotel was conveniently located between two train stations (Rinkai Line which can go straight to Shinjuku and Shibuya Stations, and Yurikamome Line which goes to Tsukiji and Ginza area). The hotel is also connected to Ariake Garden which is a mall and has Aeon market, so great to buy last minute toiletries ans groceries when needed. And there is a food court that stays open until 11 PM if want food late at night. The rooms were big enough for our family of 4 and 10 luggages, and they maintain rooms cleanly and well during our stay. It can be loud with large tour groups that stay here and conference attendees, but it’s not too bad. The hotel also had free bus shuttle to Ginza and Tokyo Station every hour on a first-come, first-serve basis which was great! Overall, we had a good stay and the staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed help. The breakfast buffet was also great addition to room booking too!

Everything is good with spacious room and quiet community, yet connected with a shopping mall. Transportation is convenient for common areas. The hotel service could be improved with more frequent shuttle bus schedules. Besides, I stayed for 6 nights and requested for a 1-2 hours delay check out. The reception gave me a direct reply of ¥3300 / hour.

A lovely place to stay. The only exception to a perfect score was or Check In experience. Our reservation came into my email and it showed out Check In time started at 3pm... okay, we had them hold our bags which went fine. We left for 5 hours exploring the area and grabbing a light meal. We showed up at 3:50pm and immediately the Reception Gal (using a translator which helped quite a bit) told us that we didn't have authorization to Check In until 6pm... even though printed on my reservation clearly showed 3pm. She explained with the help from another Reception Gal that much lower on our reservation email stated "Run of the House, CI (6pm - CO 11am)". I had no idea what that actually meant and had to ask for a higher Manager because she told us to get past her screen we had to pay $45 USD or 7,600 Yen! That's when I want going to move into another person could override it. Within 10 minutes, she had the person on a phone giving her code to get us checked in. I've traveled extensively & have never seen Run of the House, nor did I know it would charge me extra. Now I know to avoid that disclaimer.
