Good facilities and things to do in the resort for families, indoor pool, spa, tennis court. Need to put up a basketball hoop as was broken when we were there. Would be great if large outdoor pool was heated a bit. Takeaway pizzas from restaurant on site are handy and affordable. One twenty minute walking track, and would be good if longer, or more options.

A great property for families. Kids loved the outdoor pool. An amazing new basketball court outside. Bbq facilities as well. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

We dined in the restaurant for dinner on Saturday 6th September for our wedding anniversary, i had a glass of wine & was charged for a bottle, I also asked was it possible to get an affogatto after dinner & I was told no that couldn't be done The meal was nice but service very average We think a handrail is needed to get in & out of the spa & pool as it is unsafe the way it is

Beautiful, easy location with Triabunna and Orford very close. Pools and spa quite small and dated.

The restaurant service was terrible - we waited around 30 minutes for a table before giving up and walking out (there were vacant tables but no staff). The indoor spa and pool had lukewarm water.

Fantastic. Paula and the team made us feel very welcome and the kids loved the pools and activities. We hope to return soon.

Very kind staff permitted us a late checkout - even half an hour helped. The breakfasts were lovely; beautifully cooked poached eggs on sour dough bread was divine! The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. A little disappointing was the housekeeping service - only once every 3 days. The location, facilities and ammenities of this complex were extremely impressive. The queen bed was very large and beautifully soft.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Good BBQ area. Had a gym so we did a work out which was nice.

The fantastic waterfront view from the villa added a touch of tranquility to our getaway. The cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency of the staff contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view from our villa. Waking up to the waterfront scenery was a treat for the senses, and it truly enhanced our overall experience at Eastcoaster Resort. The resort offers a range of facilities, including two pools—one indoor and another outdoor. While the pools were well-maintained and provided a refreshing break, I found the early closing time a bit inconvenient. It limited our evening relaxation by the pool, and I wish the timings could be extended to accommodate guests who prefer a late-night swim. The on-site restaurant was excellent in terms of service and food quality. However, the early closing time (7.30pm) posed a challenge for guests who might want to dine later. Having more flexible dining hours would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience. One aspect that needs attention is the games room. Although it's a great addition to the resort's amenities, the broken air hockey and other games were a disappointment. The reception staff were fantastic. Very polite and helpful. Room was spotless and location was perfect for us. There was both pool and gym available as well.

The Resort is nicely located on the waterfront. However rooms look at the carpark. There is a restaurant in walking distance and it is close to the Maria Island ferry. The room is without ambience and everything is basic. We found sticky floor, sticky bed side table, sticky and dirty refrigerator with leftovers, really dirty toilet (better not to describe the details). The feedback to the receptionist lead in an unfriendly answer and her concern was more to close before 5 p.m. than identify solutions. Thus it is not worthwhile the money. After 3 weeks of very different hotels in Tasmania this was definitely the worst experience

The room was large, modern and clean. Staff service was excellent.

Staff where lovely, Room could have really used a clean, there was tissues from previous people under the furniture, and so much dust. The indoor spa also was very dirty

What a fantastic little spot. We were so surprised about all the amenities as we had not had a lot on our tour of Tasmania and so we loved it when there were so many convenient dining options right next door and so affordable and enjoyable! All the staff were fantastic and friendly! The room was fantastic and very clean. The only negative was the kettle which was filled with rust and can't have been safe.

Two of us stayed overnight in a Waterview Suite. We wanted somewhere near the ferry to Maria Island. We didn’t arrive until after rece tion but had called ahead to let them know, so no problems with that. The room was ok. Bit of an odd set up - lots of space in the living area but not much furniture to fill it, and the bedroom had no proper windows - just a high level one on the dividing wall with the living area. We ate in the restaurant which was decent. The member of staff serving us was great. Because we arrived quite late and left quite early the next morning, we didn’t get to use any of the facilities, so it felt quite overpriced for the accommodation on offer.

Great location, accommodation and great staff. Meals were amazing. Could not find anything to dislike

The water view suite had plenty of space though I would prefer to have a window in the bedroom to having separate rooms.

호바트에서 비체노 가기 전 1박을 위해 숙박했습니다. 5시까지 대면 체크인이 가능하고 이후에 체크인 시 메일로 안내해줍니다. 우리가 갔을 때 퇴근하려던 직원이 다시 사무실로 돌아가 친절하게 체크인을 도와주어 매우 감사했습니다. 가족단위의 리조트로 수영장, 식당, 바베큐장, 놀이터, 오락실 등의 시설이 있었고, 제가 갔을 때는 실내수영장과 사우나는 운영하고 있지 않았습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소는 깨끗했지만, 소음에 취약하여, 옆방 투숙객이 시끄럽게 떠들거나 하면 그대로 들리므로 소음에 민감하신 분들은 다른 위치의 숙소를 고려하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 식당은 전망도 좋고, 직원은 친절했으며, 음식은 훌륭했고 양도 많았습니다. 다만, 마트, 주류판매점은 차를 타고 5분정도 가야하므로 미리 사오는 것을 추천합니다.

The room is new and clean. Staff are friendly. Great facilities. However, the pillows are too high and hard for adults and not suitable for kids at all.

The room was clean & comfortable but had no soap holder or toiletries holder in the shower. It also had no window covering on the 3 window's above the door and lower window so as soon as it was light the room was flooded with light making it impossible to sleep. I did talk to the receptionist about this.

Super easy check in. The woman working reception was an absolute delight. It was safe and quiet. I would stay here again.

We had to arrive late and staff made that possible by leaving access to a key to the room. Appreciate that and loved the facility itself.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Limited reception (9am - 5pm), no daily room service. The windows and door blinds do t provide full privacy. Bathroom fan was very dusty. The good thing is there’s a restaurant nearby with great view & nice food.

Perfect option if you are planning a morning ferry over to Maria Island. Rooms is a decent size and there's a restaurant on the property. Not much else around unless you go over by the ferry.

What a nice place to stay! We arrived and had a great dinner and left early so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities. The room was large, clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay when visiting Maria Island.

The staff were amazing, from check in to check out. Such a friendly atmosphere. Dinner was nice, but a better selection of GF products would have been better. But breakfast was amazing. Very clean rooms and very comfortable.

The room was great, but the meals at the restaurant were excellent. I had the steak and vegetables and the steak was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were just amazing. well done to the chef!!

Really enjoyed our one night stay, the rooms were spacious and very clean, only down side was the windows above wardrobe in the bedroom let too much light in the room early hours of a morning, a blind on them would help to elimate this issue. The restaurant was up to our standard and reasonable priced, the evening meals were nice and big breakfast spot on and great value.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly. Had dinner in the Restaurant. The four meals were disgusting. Cold and over cooked. We should have sent them back, but we decided not to make a fuss. Would not go back to the restaurant and would not recommend it either.
