This it's the second time we have stayed at Graceland Phuket. The staff are FANTASTIC, the location is really close to everything. Right across the road from the beach, taxis at your back door, tuk tuks across the road. Cheap laying service and restaurants near by. Grat place to stay

The staff were very good and polite. The hotel itself needs refurbishment as its starting to look dated. Other than that a good resort in a good location

Very friendly staff. Hotel overall good, but rooms and facilities showing age now, as it was celebrating its 20 years. Good location close to beach etc. great to have use of pool and beach towels. Food options need to improve a little. Doors can bang loudly and rooms don’t offer much insulation to keep noise down.
