Very good hotel. Staff lacks better English skills so sometimes hard to communicate. Lights in bedroom and bathrooms are not quite they should be (ie hard to shave if you can’t see your face well). Food is excellent. Location is close to beach. Gun is very basic if that.

Great experience here. The staff was wonderful. Great rooftop bar and pool. Didn't use the spa but it looked nice. The entrance is off the main street that keeps the noise and crazy down. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is great. Super convenient location, the staff are very kind and the gym is surprisingly good! My only reason for the lower stars is that we paid quite a high price for the deluxe Jacuzzi room and it wasn't worth it. They are on the ground floor with no view, the rooms are pretty small, the neighbors above you can see down between the shades so there's no privacy and the jets in the tubs are weak so it's basically just bubbles. Overall I would definitely stay at Clover again but wouldn't pay for a Deluxe Jacuzzi room.

Top Hotel - sehr zentral gelegen und somit alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist gleich über die Strasse - Clubs und Restaurants sind gleich vor der Haustür. Zimmer schon eher auf der kleinen Seite - aber modern, schönes Bad - also ausreichend. Pool auf dem Dach mit super Blick auf die Bucht - also definitiv Daumen hoch - gerne wieder :-)

The clover was great. The employees were friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned by Nice and she did a great job cleaning very trustworthy and would replace all toiletries daily. Definitely worth every penny spent

The staff were excellent, and the location is right where you want to be. The reason I gave it a 4 star is the rooms are really small, it was difficult to find places to put your things so it was really hard to be organized. With that said, we didn’t go there to stay in our rooms and the place was a good value

I have made several trips to the Patong area, and I can say that this hotel was by far the best overall experience I’ve had. The location is excellent—within walking distance of everything, yet tucked away on a small side street so that no noise from the surroundings reached the room. The room temperature control worked perfectly, actually the best of all the hotels I stayed at during this holiday. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were evident from the very first moment we arrived and continued throughout our stay. I could especially mention Ali and several others, though unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Breakfast was wonderfully varied and a great way to start the day 👍. We were even served special blends of coffee and cocoa at the table. The rooftop pool area was fantastic, with no sunbeds reserved in advance. Swimming was possible until 10 p.m., and the pool bar also worked very well. Room cleaning was excellent and done exactly as requested. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, on my next trip here this will be my number one choice!

Great location. Short walk to Patong beach, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice property and well maintained. Smaller rooms feel a little cramped. And, walls are thin making sleeping with loud neighbors rather difficult - BRING EARPLUGS.

Arrived to have Mai at check in give us traditional Thai drink. Very nice young women. Room was beautifully cleaned by Phusai. Jay helped us with beach towels, and car hire. Alvin was a great worker who kept the breakfast buffet full of beautiful fruit and made to order omelette. Beauty was our hostess who greeted us with a smile every morning and rembered our name. Really nice staff at this hotel. Right in the middle of everything. I will return another time. Thank- you Hotel Clover!

Hotel Clover is very well located in the heart of Patong Beach. We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and other services like ATMs and transport options. The staf were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. When we had a problem with the air-conditioning it was attended to immediately. We would stay there again.

I found the pictures of this hotel deceiving. The pool is mediocre however, the view is nice since you get to see the beach. Breakfast was included in our room and the food was great. The reason this hotel is not even close to a five star was the front desk service. They did the bare minimum, were not friendly or inviting and also did not have answers to any questions we had when it came to activities to do in the area. This was lacking customer service, which we found to be great at other hotels in Thailand. Don’t bother booking any excursions through the hotel as when you walk out there are quite a few tour operators where you will get much cheaper for the same tours.

Overall ok. Staff helpful.few mins walk to Patong Beach. Personally I would prefer quieter area so will not book that location / hotel again.Bus stop from airport around 10 mins walk to hotel & cheap. We ask twice for iron but was not provided. Loads of dining options including loads of halal options& loads of smoking shop.As non smoker the area was not much for us.

Everything was excellent about this Hotel accommodation and its location. The only disappointment was the deposit taken during the check-in. It was taken from my credit card and during checkout i was told Everything was fine and i should get the refund within 3 weeks. Now its over a month and its not refunded yet.

Hotel Clover Patong is perfectly located in the Patong beach area. It’s immediately across the street from the beach and easily accessible by foot. Bangla Rd is a few minutes walk down the street (so you can enjoy the excitement without having to deal with the constant noise). Shops and restaurants are everywhere. The motor entrance has ample area for taxis and vans to pull up and for guests to sit and wait. Hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend adding breakfast package as we did lots of excursions and liked having convenient access to breakfast before starting our day. Tip: the drop off laundry service counters are situated everywhere in Patong Beach area. There is one immediately next to the hotel (next to the wave rider) so we were able to drop off laundry regularly for 50 baht per kilo

Staff at check in were very helpful and efficient. My room was large and spacious. No balcony but a large window. Plenty of space for storage. Room was clean. Nice amenities. Pool area is great. Nice large pool and sun beds. Sometimes got busy but I managed to get a bed most days. The bar is very expensive compared to everywhere else. Which I guess to be expected. But would definitely buy more if it was more reasonable. Restaurant does good deals daily for couples. But nothing for solo travellers. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road.

My 4th trip to Pating, my first time at the Clover. I was really happy with this accommodation. Great location, very clean and nice staff. The only negative for me was their Halal restaurant. I tried the buffet breakfast once but i felt like i was in Saudi Arabia not Thailand. I was not comfortable with the selection, no bacon=no breakfast for me. So i walked across the road and paid 450bht several times for a proper buffet breakfast at their competitor. That was not a huge issue for me and i would definitely stay at the Clover again.

The Hotel Clover is a hidden gem in very busy Patong Beach. The staff are friendly. multi-lingual, and provide exceptional service. The buffet breakfast is certainly a true 5-star experience. The housekeeping staff are very attentive and kept our room immaculate. The location could not be better, with a 5-minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Other restaurants and massage services abound. You will not find better value-for-money accommodation in Patong. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location, staff and cleanliness Cons: beds may as well have been concrete slabs and the food and drinks from the hotel were overpriced and underwhelming (other than the breakfast if it’s included) Overall though the place is great if you want to be in the thick of it. Rooftop pool was good with a decent view of the beach. If I stayed again I wouldn’t bother getting the room with a jacuzzi, we didn’t end up using it and it’s not worth the extra.
