The staff were really friendly and happy to help. Good breakfast. Worth noting that there is a private car park with a gate but only has space for about 6 cars. You can park infront on the hotel if needed.

First time visiting CR from USA. Wife and I stayed here for 7 Days. The locals and staff in the area were very friendly and there are multiple amazing restaurants within walking distance. The Free daily breakfast on site was beyond expectations, very good and very convenient! The hotel is safe and clean. Staying in Quepos instead of up on the hill and around Manuel Antonio was very cool and it was nice to experience a more authentic local vibe. The beach and park were all a very short cab ride away. We had no problem getting around the area via taxi from this hotel. The pool was also a great way to cool off during the day and offered a great sanctuary to relax and unwind. Being in downtown Quepos there was a little bit of street noise and activity however as an American I found it all very fun and interesting to take in. My wife and I also enjoyed getting to meet and have a couple beers with some locals in the casino. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers. This hotel helped to make our trip to Costa Rica super great and we love the country we experienced and people we met during our stay here! We hope to return soon and will definitely be choosing this hotel again!

Hotel is clean and located in the center of Quepos, which makes it very accesible for people visiting town. The bad part is this hotel is also located in the busiest street in town (day and night), and shares the building with a Casino, therefore getting a good night sleep can be almost impossible.

My only complaint is that the pool was out of order (major inconvenience) and the construction crew was annoying (not their fault, I understand they had to work) Other than that people were FANTASTIC!

It was nice. Beds are comfortable, breakfast was good but I would include more options. Parking is out of the hotel and it is very small. The view from the room is nice. It is located very close to the center of Quepos.

We used our hotel as a home base for our vacation and this Best Western had the ideal location for that. The walking distance from the bus station and different stores and restaurants was very convenient. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel room though, our room was pretty small and didn’t have a fridge or microwave. It worked for us but might not work for everyone. Also, the floors in the room were dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black if we walked barefoot.

Nice clean hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and the entire staff of both were great! We stayed in the oceanfront room, which is great for sunsets, but not so great for sleeping because of the road noise and the birds that suppose to roost in the trees that are between the room and the ocean. The motor bikes and a few cars, scream up and down the road at all hours. Thank goodness the hotel has ear plugs! If you stay in one of the pool side rooms, the noise is not bad at all. Still, we felt very safe at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location as it was close to all our excursions. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint was the beds are too hard not comfortable at all. For that reason only I would not use this hotel again. The mattresses felt like those massage parlor tables with those thin pads. My FM and back injuries were aggravated during my stay here.

Breakfast was very mediocre but service there was good and waitstaff was nice. Our bed had a spring coming out of it and once we got it switched it was still very uncomfortable, almost like a trampoline. Shower water was cold but tolerable. Close to restaurants and stores but in a very awkward and shady position in town.

Everything was good except that it was very noisy at night. Due to the location of the hotel and the construction of the building, it was not sound proof. I was waken up at night by loud motorcycles and a loud bang noise. It made me feel like I was sleeping in a tent and the walls didn’t exist.

Sharon was AMAZING !! She help us when trying to check up early. Went all the way with our requests. You have a incredible asset on her. We had no problem getting around the area via taxi from this hotel. The pool was also a great way to cool off during the day and offered a great sanctuary to relax and unwind. Being in downtown Quepos there was a little bit of street noise and activity however as an American I found it all very fun and interesting to take in. My wife and I also enjoyed getting to meet and have a couple beers with some locals in the casino. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers. This hotel helped to make our trip to Costa Rica super great and we love the country we experienced and people we met during our stay here! We hope to return soon and will definitely be choosing this hotel again!

The front desk was AMAZING! We stayed at this hotel because our tour company picked up from here. It was clean, air conditioners worked, and they accommodated us with a late check out as well as a bagged breakfast to go. It was mid week and I had no problem parking in their small lot. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. No beach... It's a marina area.

First time visiting CR from USA. Wife and I stayed here for 7 Days. The locals and staff in the area were very friendly and there are multiple amazing restaurants within walking distance. The Free daily breakfast on site was beyond expectations, very good and very convenient! The hotel is safe and clean. Staying in Quepos instead of up on the hill and around Manuel Antonio was very cool and it was nice to experience a more authentic local vibe. The beach and park were all a very short cab ride away. it's a great mid price range hotel!! not an expensive resort, it's safe, the staff is great, the location is superb. we had a view of the ocean, we were warned that it would be very loud because of the noise from the street. they were correct, but we got the room knowing full well what we were getting into and earplugs solved everything. we will be back at this hotel again.

Breakfast was very mediocre but service there was good and waitstaff was nice. Our bed had a spring coming out of it and once we got it switched it was still very uncomfortable, almost like a trampoline. Shower water was cold but tolerable. Close to restaurants and stores but in a very awkward and shady position in town.

I stay at this hotel every Christmas. I love the location and the hotel it's self. THe hotel is very clean and full of smiling faces. The restaurant on the third floor offers a Buffet style breakfast and it is delicious.

Hôtel en plein centre de Quepos ,face à la mer ( pas de baignade mais une jolie promenade le long de l'eau ) chambre grande et agréable . Piscine belle ,agréable et propre . Petit déjeuner moyen . Petit buffet le premier jour et après à la demande mais somme toute très limité. Et la service aucune empathie,serviable mais sans un sourire .

Hotel was actaully rather nice, well decorated and very clean. The air conditioning wasn't the best, barely sufficient for the rooms, and patio dorrs did not seal very well. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was a little inconvenient, but plenty of options nearby

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Cute hotel in the middle of town. Easy to walk to everything and easy bus ride to Manuel Antonio. Very loud at night…the hotel does provide ear plugs. Breakfast was buffet and had lots to choose from. Great stay!!
