No hay restaurante, solo desayuno. Dos piscinas confortables, sala de estar viendo una naturaleza prorrompente. Encantados.

Very new and modern hotel with spacious and pleasant rooms (very clean!) a beautiful garden out back where you can watch birds and monkeys from your room. Pool area is lovely and very relaxing (and also features good animal watching).The breakfast is nice. The hotel is just a short drive (8 min?) from Manuel Antonio park.

Really nice and new casa with garden, delicious breakfast (incl.) and very warm hosting. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly located, close to the sights. Many animals can be observed from the hotel. The pool next to the rainforest was amazing too.

I really liked this place! We had the largest room — very clean, neat, and comfortable. The room has a sliding door that opens to a small private patio and swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The only issue was the shower water temperature — it didn’t stay consistent and would fluctuate between very hot and cold. Other than that, great reception, excellent breakfast, easy parking, and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay here. Convenient location to both Quesop and Manuel Antonio via local bus or taxi. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bonus to have a little kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Lovely pool and rainforest view from the balcony. Managed to see some wildlife whilst relaxing by the pool including, sloths, toucans and monkeys. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was tasty too

Hotel Yara ticks all the boxes. Exceptionally friendly, communicative and supportive staff. Speaking perfect English, the reception staff gave us lots of information to make our stay safe and interesting. Hotel Yara is highly organised, neat and efficient. We enjoyed a small kitchen space, fridge and a very comfy beds. The accommodation was lovely and clean, spacious with nice hot shower. Tasty, well presented each morning with lots of choice. Delightful outdoor space with small pools for cooling off. Lovely foliage in the outdoor space with visiting monkeys and birds. Hotel Yara is on the public bus route for Manueline Antonio National park. Buses are cheap and frequent. We would highly recommend as excellent value. Thank you for welcoming us and for taking such good care of us.

Perfection! My room was beautiful and clean. While I didn’t use it, the pools looked great. The back patio off of my room was a great place to relax when I had downtime from activities. What really made my stay at Yara and in Quepos memorable, were the two gentlemen who work reception. They helped me book my tour for the national park and order pizza on a rainy night when I didn’t want to leave the hotel and just made everything so easy for me. I also can’t forget to mention Carl. The cutest little French Bulldog who helps watch over reception and the gallery, he absolutely stole my heart. I feel lucky to have gotten such a great experience for my first time in Quepos.

This place was everything you could hope for in a rainforest stay. Excellent views of the rain forest, monkeys playing around the pool area. Excellent pool. Very clean rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very close to Manuel Antonio NP.

Our room was much nicer than I had expected. The hotel overall is beautifully kept up and very clean; the staff were all friendly and helpful. And the reviews were correct that you can just sit and look out the back and see lots of birds, monkeys, etc. Not all the time, of course, but if you sit and look, they will show up. We loved our stay.

The staff and the hotel was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is located in the perfect spot with lots of wild life right outside. Our stay was wonderful. My only request would be for them to invest in new towels and sheets as ours had holes in them. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and delicious breakfast daily!

We stayed at Hotel Plaza Yara for 2 nights. We loved this property. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by. We swam in the pool and had the free breakfast each morning which was our best breakfast on our whole Costa Rica trip. Amazing portions and service. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here. :)

Pulling up to this hotel on the street you would never guess how lovely a property it is. The rooms are huge, the view from the lanai/porch in the room towards the back of the property is beautiful, and the staff, particularly the front desk staff, are extremely warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful two night stay and would highly it recommend it to other travelers.

The rooms are huge, the view from the lanai/porch in the room towards the back of the property is beautiful, and the staff, particularly the front desk staff, are extremely warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Wir hatten zwei riesige Zimmer, die sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen sind. Auch hat uns der Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten gut gefallen. Verbesserungsbedürftig ist die WLAN Performance. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, jedoch war der Bacon und die Kartoffeln allen drei Tagen kalt.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was just great. We needed to have an early check-in to make a lunch-time tour and they were glad to help out. Then, when we said that the next morning, we had to leave earlier than the start of breakfast service, a wonderful breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola and cake was brought to our room the night before. The cooked to order breakfast was lovely as well.

Friendly staff , Nelson, Caleb and other all are very helpful. Caleb helped to make dinner reservation for us and shows us how to use the bus to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, other staff takes pictures for us in the reception area which is also an art gallery and they are so beau. This is a beautiful and clean facility surrounded by rain forest in the back. Good free breakfast and their associated restaurant , El Arado has excellent menu and tastes very good with live music . We will stay at this hotel on our future trips .

We stayed at Plaza Yara for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and provided great recommendations for the dinner and even where to watch the NFL semi final game. There were squirrel monkeys playing by the pool and 2 macaws. The hotel is close to both Queopos and Manuel Antonio. There isn't much within walking distance and it is a busy road so getting out of parking was challenging at times, but the staff helped with that when needed also. They really were committed to making our stay enjoyable.

Perfection! My room was beautiful and clean. While I didn’t use it, the pools looked great. The back patio off of my room was a great place to relax when I had downtime from activities. What really made my stay at Yara and in Quepos memorable, were the two gentlemen who work reception. They helped me book my tour for the national park and order pizza on a rainy night when I didn’t want to leave the hotel and just made everything so easy for me. I also can’t forget to mention Carl. The cutest little French Bulldog who helps watch over reception and the gallery, he absolutely stole my heart. I feel lucky to have gotten such a great experience for my first time in Quepos.

Had an amazing stay here. Convenient location to both Quesop and Manuel Antonio via local bus or taxi. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bonus to have a little kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Lovely pool and rainforest view from the balcony. Managed to see some wildlife whilst relaxing by the pool including, sloths, toucans and monkeys. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was tasty too

If you plan to spend time in Quepos, I would not hesitate to book your stay here because the customer service & free breakfast are excellent & the room was very nice. So was the property overall. We have no complaints. Also, it is close to Manuel Antonio.

This is a cute boutique hotel with a great location. It is close to restaurants along with Manuel Antonio. It was clean and also had a great balcony where you can hear monkeys and even see them in the morning. The breakfast is very yummy and staff is very pleasant. I would stay here again!

I was traveling with my 20 year old son for spring break. Overall, Hotel Plaza Yara was a very nice place to stay. The staff was professional, attentive and helpful. The daily breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty -- fresh fruit, eggs, plantains, rice and beans, toast, banana pancakes -- lots of choices! The coffee was delicious and is served with hot milk -- the best. My only disappointment with this property is that it's located on a very busy, narrow, winding road with little to no "shoulder" which makes walking anywhere nearly impossible. We had a rental car so we could get where we needed to go, but I would have preferred to be able to walk to some places. Reviews I read in advance of booking indicated that walking to restaurants was possible, but I would disagree, unless you don't fear for your safety. Cars drive fast, buses and trucks are frequent and the roads are very narrow.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was right off the pool deck with a view from the living room of the forest. We were able to see monkeys, macaws and a sloth. The hotel is in the hills and I didn’t feel comfortable walking on the roads with no sidewalks so we either drove or got a ride.

We stayed at three different places in Costa Rica - Manuel Antonio, Monteverde, and La Fortuna. We loved this place the best. The breakfasts are AMAZING!!! We say monkeys, a sloth, lizards, and scarlet macaws, all from the hotel.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Plaza Yara. The staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and information. The property backs up to Manuel Antonio National Park. We heard the howler monkeys in the am and pm and saw lots of macaws!

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and sitting on their beautiful back porch watching the spider monkeys play. The breakfast is made to order and very good. The only down side I would say is the road they are located on is busy so you do hear traffic noise.
