Staff was great, helpful. Rooms were nice (we stayed in 2 different rooms as booked 2 nights in separate bookings). Loved all the bunnies around the hotel. 😀 Restaurant staff was also polite and efficient, food was not really good value for money but it was there and available. We purchased a voucher (we paid £20 and the value was £25 so that was also helpful.) We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Though they mentioned (as we had to leave when the breakfast time started) that they would be happy to do it for us to take it with us so that was very kind. Loved the decoration on reception and the whole place had a clean smell to it.

Everything was lovely, food was very good, staff were really friendky, helpful and pleasant. My only observation is that the carpets are stained and tired! They need a desperate clean or replacement!

Very poor main light in bedroom...get some brighter bulbs!!! Bathroom lighting poor....no light over the mirror,difficult to wet shave and make-up!!!! As always bath towels too small for average sized person to wrap round at the waist....let's have proper BATH SHEETS next time you but towels....please!!!! Internal phone didn't work had to walk all the way down to reception to ask how the tv remote worked!!!! Get some basic instructions on the room amenities!!!!
